YVR did an excellent job on my roof! Ricci talked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. He was VERY responsive! His demeanor was so calm and warm so it made working with him so easy. This was my first time doing any home upgrades so my nerves were a wreck but Ricci and YVR came through! I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing project! Definitely thorough, fast and efficient!

Bj and his team did an excellent job. Roof looked amazing and when i personally inspected it not one issue was found. They did everything that was needed and guided me in the right direction of what was beneficial to me. At the end his team spent a good hour and a half going through my property looking for nails alone. Not one nail was left on my ground after which shows the level of care that was given.

These guys are the best. They dealt with the insurance company to make sure they paid for the new roof IN FULL. They showed up early every day and worked long hours in the heat until the roof was installed perfectly. Messing with anyone else is a waste of time. Think twice before hiring unprofessional people. Countless red flags!

-Their communications are fishy and vague.
-They claimed that they got me a partial insurance payment, and demanded I sign the insurance checks to them immediately without a clear contract.
-The contract they finally provided would’ve allowed them to keep the entire amount paid by insurance without replacing a single piece of siding in the case they don’t get paid what they asked for from insurance.
-Also, it gives them the right to “renegotiate scope and pricing” with and if I don’t agree to renegotiated terms they also get to walk out without replacing my roof and siding and keep that entire down payment.
-They asked for 53K while an established, local, 75+ year old, family owned business with a much superior product/warranty asked for 32K.

Then they had the audacity to flip out and harass me after I refused to hire them!!!
