Ridgeline was easy to schedule with, prompt, and provided a very reasonable estimate for a laundry list of items that wanted done. Most importantly, they did a great job with the work itself.

Excellent roofing business. Never pushy to replace the entire roof. Only if needed. Repair isn't just patching. They'd open a wide area to double check that the damage or leak isn't coming from different higher areas. They provide picture proof details before, during and after the repair is done. The repair is not rushed, and it is done professionally right. This is what we needed while our roof still have about 5 yrs of its lifecycle.

The recent wind storm in February loosened the third floor shingle on our home. Courtney answered the phone first thing in the morning to schedule with us, and worked to get us an estimate after seeing a photo. They were not able to come out the same day, because of the high winds. We were pleased that they cared about their teams' safety and kept in fantastic communication with their team and with us.

Byron came out to do the repair and also provided a great assessment of the window seals while he was up there. We really appreciated the no pressure tip to look into re-sealing, as he left it up to us to request an estimate. When we agreed to move forward, they came to do the repair as quickly as possible, to prevent any rain damage. Very happy with Ridgeline Roofers. We had a leak and the weather was calling for a ton of rain and they got someone out the same day so we didn’t end up with a mess inside! They also found another big issue and addressed it while they were here.

When my roof started leaking a few weeks back I quickly read up on local roofers and read through reviews looking for someone I could trust based on other’s experiences. I narrowed this down to 3 local contractors and called them all to schedule appointments and see what was going on with my leak and how it could be fixed. 1 set up several appointments with me but never actually showed up. I had to call and was met with excuses and empty promises. The 2nd one set up an appointment but due to snow never came or followed up. Ridgeline actually over communicated and any changes in plan due to weather were spelled out.

If you want to get work done on your roof I would recommend Ridgeline and Courtney’s attention to detail on scheduling. They got the work done, sent me detailed pictures of the repairs, and most of all kept to the process and their word. Thank you!

Called about a siding issue and to get the gutters cleaned. That was on Wednesday. Had a tech out to review the work on Friday, estimate on cost on Saturday and work completed mid day Monday. Tech showed me pictures of the cleaned out gutters and showed me the fix to the siding.

Excellent service. We submitted a request for a free quote for a leak in our roof on Sunday and 3pm and Courtney called to schedule later that afternoon despite them being closed. Byron was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to fix the broken/missing shingles on the spot.

We developed a leak in our roof on July 3rd and were planning on leaving for vacation on July 9th. We called Centreville Roofers on July 5th in hopes of getting the leak fixed before we left. Courtney and Byron were extremely helpful and professional. Byron came out to the house the afternoon of the 5th to assess the issue. We had a new roof and two new skylights by the afternoon of July 6th. We are happy and extremely grateful for the turn-around time. We would recommend Centreville Roofers!

Ridgeline replaced my roof in one day. I now have beautiful architectural shingles on my roof that looks great with our siding. They also replaced the shingles on my 20’x20’ barn too. Their process for providing an accurate quote was thorough. They educated me through the entire process and never failed to answer any of my questions. I worked with Mike, the owner who came to our home a couple of times to discuss details. Once the contract was signed, we had a new roof on our home and barn within 30 days. I had a very good experience with the team and won’t hesitate to recommend them.

The wind whips in parts of Broadlands. Siding has come off our townhome once too many times. Each time I call Ridgeline to either refasten or replace. The siding they work on never comes off in the wind. Hoping I’m close to the end of needing siding service but they can be counted on and offer me good pricing compared to other local roofers. Good service. Will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I didn’t know a good roofer from a bad one. Never had a need to call one. But I had a couple of bad leaks in the ceiling around my fireplace. Called Ridgeline and spoke to the person on the phone who was courteous and professional. She had someone to my home the next day. We needed to replace some flashing which he did. Leak gone. Ridgeline replaced the metal roof on my 80 year old home in Sterling. I worked with Mike and his team to get a proposal and price. I shopped around and Ridgeline was within my budget. The trust factor was also very high with them. I had to wait for a few weeks after we signed the contract for better weather. But once it cleared my roof was replaced within a few days. Ridgeline Roofers came out to replace an aluminum ridge vent that had been partially ripped off the roof by some strong winds. They were able to get it replaced before a storm came the next week and saved us from dealing with potential water damage. Would recommend to anyone.

We had rain coming in from the vent cap and they responded very quickly. It was a short notice repair but they got it done and it was excellent. They even sent up photos of the roof afterwards.

Great team. ridge line came out quickly and corrected flashing that was done wrong by my previous roofer. The folks at ridge line diagnosed it accurately and haven’t had s problem since.

The crazy wind that happened today blew up the ridge cap and the row shingles next to it and warped the roof. With a thunderstorm warning in the area, I frantically tried all the roofing company numbers I could find and only this lady from the front office understood the gravity of our situation and was sympathetic and understanding..she arranged for a guy to come in within an hour and he did.
