Your Handyman DFW

I saw that my neighbor had used Your Handyman DFW for some repairs and updates. We’ve been looking to replace our backsplash and extend the kitchen island. So far, everything is looking great. Jorge and his team did the backsplash and it looks amazing!

Their team came out to our business and installed a new sliding door. They were extremely professional and worked well and politely around our team members in the middle of a work day. Great service and no issues with installation.

John and Jake did a wonderful job of removing the popcorn ceiling in our guest bath. We had some previous water damage and you cannot see any traces of that. The work was done in a little more than a day and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards.

I was very impressed with the services performed by Your Handyman of DFW. Jared and Jacob were the professionals that did the work we required. They both were professional, performed excellent cleanup after they were done, and explained everything as they did the work if I had any questions. I would definitely consider hiring them again if I needed any work done.

Job was done adequately, but was almost 2X the estimate due to not having parts necessary for the job. I sent detailed pictures to ensure all necessary items including tools and parts were brought to the site. Instead of sending one of the two men to get parts to allow work to continue, both men left and did not return for around an hour.

It’s tough to find nice people that do good quality work, are reasonably priced and are very service-oriented. These guys have got it all.

Jared was extremely nice and very efficient with his work. He knocked out all of our tasks in less time than I expected.

John was efficient and thorough. Had a couple of issues with doors not closing due to foundation issues, including one with a steel frame. Both are now working properly. Would recommend.

John did a great job. He understood what we wanted, and did the whole to-do list. He was cheerful and friendly without wasting time. The areas of sheetrock that he fixed for us look perfect. Very happy with the job and with the handyman.

John replaced some broken window caulk and did mortar repair for us today in a tricky location (above a 2nd floor walk out balcony) and did an excellent job. He was very quick, efficient and very capable. And pricing for this type of job given level of difficulty is more than fair.

Our first time using Your Handyman DFW, but not our last and we will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thank you John!

we had Allen who is with Your Handyman fix a couple area of ceiling one was,a generous hole in the ceiling and one was a large crack. He was very good in two days he was done and the job was as close to perfect as you can get he cleans up when he is done and a nice person. We will use him again if we need to.

Our HandyMan, Alan was the best. Diagnosed the problem and came up with a creative solution and did all the work in a fast, efficient and professional manner. And he's a fun guy!

The work product is exemplary, communication is open and frequent, and most critically we've built a trusting relationship. Gordon and his team treat my projects as their own and were able to stay within budget on a large project even in the face of unanticipated developments. In addition to repairs, remodeling, and maintenance, Your Handyman DFW has hired and managed other tradesmen, as well as interfaced with my tenants and realtors seamlessly.

This is the fourth or fifth time we've used Your Handyman DFW and, as always, we're very happy with the quality of the work. Gordon showed up in the first 5 minutes of the appointment window and worked clean and quiet. The pricing was more than fair and he was happy to provide receipts for items purchased for the job and did not mark up the supplies.

We've used Your Handyman DFW for a couple household projects and every time has been awesome. The technicians that come out are always super efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We'll continue to use this company for handyman projects that we need.

We had a garage door opener replaced and that tech was great. While we had no idea how to install the system, the tech was able to get the job done in a couple hours.

We also had a bunch of drywall repaired (after a plumbing job required cutting 10+ holes into the walls around our home). That tech (Allan) did such a good job. He was very detailed in his work and made sure each repair looked like a hole had never been cut into the wall.

I am so grateful for YourHandymanDFW. I manage a townhome complex in Denton, and without this company, I would be at a loss. John, Jared and Jake (all brothers) are excellent workers that are able to handle a range of handyman tasks with no supervision. This encompasses drywall work, painting, blind installation, minor plumbing repairs, and even picking up Home Depot supplies that I have pre-ordered in bulk based on their suggestions! In addition, the office team of Pete and Jenny are extremely organized and respond quickly to any requests. I can't end this review without mentioning the owner, Gordon, who has gotten me out of a bind by picking up and installing a microwave at one of my units. Needless to say, I am very happy and thankful for this company.

I cant believe when job was finished why the tech had no knowledge on how to accept a credit card pymt
I wanted to pay by credit card but wound up paying by check because it was the only pymt option he knew how to take
They didn't connect the fence to the driveway sectíon with gate still standing but I'm grateful the Gordon came out and corrected it today
He originally gave me a quote for a 2 day job since it only took 1 day demo to rebúilrd the final cost should have been adjusted but it wasnt

Alan was great! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate his help and hope he has a wonderful Christmas!

Tech had problem with credit card payment on his phone. He stated it failed the first time and he ran it again a second time, but it declined. I called the cc comp. and stated the first time was accepted after left with my check. So I had to cancel my credit card payment. Tech has no credit card knowledge accepting over the app.

I've hired Gordon for a couple of jobs in my office. He always shows up on time and reliably does great work, even when the job is more complicated. Now I'm getting ready for another round of changes in my office and I'll be calling him again. I would highly recommend Your Handyman DFW!

Allen was awesome. Made the appointment this morning, and he came this afternoon. We will definitely use this service again and again.

Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. At the same time the person who did the work was personable and communicative but not intrusive. We are planning on using them again in the near future.

We had our AC unit replaced and they had to take out the inside door and frame to get the new unit in. They had Your Handyman DFW come out and put a new frame in and patch where the old thermostat was. Everything was done very professionally and with care. Would highly recommend.

They really saved the day after the gas company broke into my unit to address a gas leak. They came before the end of the day to help secure my front door.

I have worked with them for the last 2 years on multiple occasions and each time I received professional, timely, quality service from people who are very pleasant to work with.
