PLEASE READ BEFORE LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE......I took my truck to york gary in Nashville for a warranty repair. Apon arrive when i pick my truck up my battery done got swap over to a bad battery and got Walmart receipt to prove it. When i got it back it still had the same problem it was knocking in the top end i took it back 3 more time telling them it was notfixed and all they done was changed the oil and charged me for it and sent it back home. So now my truck is a Chrysler in Texarkana get same job done for another $5870 that should have done been fixed the first time it got worked on. I would not recommend a single person to do business there. Not even down to putting air in a tire because im sure the way i got done they would somehow screw that job up as well. Thanks alot york gary of Nashville for costing me right at $6000 when warranty would have paid no matter what price to fix it . Great job on being the biggest screw up i have ever dealt with. People take my advice and keep driving past and go somewhere else. Unless you just got money to give them. And yeah who puts a cam in and not change the lifters and rods when that was the problem to begin with. Man yall are pathetic.i nominated york gary of Nashville the biggest screw ups of 2024 and counting. Update as of today Chrysler told me that they broke 4 bolts off in my exhaust and didn't even bother to fix them so thanks once again for costing me even mor e money. If anyone reads this please give it a thumbs up and tell everyone you know. Thanks and im not talking to you gary.

This is a great place for all your needs..if your looking for a new vehicle or used check them out. Parts and labor section is also awesome they can fix you up on what you need for your vehicle from changing the oil to making spare keys.

Our purchase was seamless from start to finish. But it York Gary’s staff it is never truly finished. They have the best staff from sales to maintenance.

As usual they did the thorough maintenance that keeps my Equinox in excellent shape. I have complete peace of mind every time I get in it.

Amazing! We were on vacation in Broken Bow when the transmission went out. They were the only repair shop that took our plight to heart and replaced it in two days! I want to thank Megan,Allen and their wonderful service personnel.

My vehicle I purchased from York Gary ran hot so they kept it a day over until the next to run a diagnostic on it. I received a call that afternoon stating the thermostat was out. If I chose not to replace it I would have to be charged diagnostic fee. If they did replace it I would not be charged diagnostic only part and labor. I agreed for them to fix it since that was the problem. An hr later I received voicemail to update me on my vehicle she then stated “oh the fan is out, part and labor 300 do you want us to fix it?” I then stated when the diagnostic was ran the first time why was I not told about them both then?

The crew at York Gary Autoplex is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I can always trust them to get any work done quickly and at an honest rate.

My check engine light was on, whoever looked at it reset the light and said nothing was wrong for it to come back on the very next day. When I called back to complain, I was told the ticket was never closed out and after investigating he would call me back. That call back never happened.

I have been doing business with York Gary for over 20 years. I love the fact that they are straight forward and honest with no games or gimicks or high pressure. They give you a fair deal everytime I have shopped around and I will always make the short drive to shop with them. Their service people are great too and actually care and treat you like family. I love that York Gary will pick my vehicle up at my work and have my services complete and returned before my work day is over. My vehicle looks like I left it and they always use a paper in the floor to keep from getting my floor mats dirty. The process of setting up an oil change is easy, they leave the bill in the vehicle seat, and I can quickly call and pay it over the phone. York Gary is our favorite place to do business!

Alan was very helpful and informative about my problem. He called me when it was fixed. Everyone was friendly and polite.

I had a great experience at York Gary. Everyone there including Rick and Brian were both helpful during my first time to purchase a vehicle. I love the hometown feeling you get when you walk in the door.

I was broke down on Highway. They sent me a wrecker and rescued me. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. I was out on the road in a couple of days.

Aaron went above and beyond to get the seat warming microchip ordered and installed. He personally brought my truck back to my office. Top notch service!

I had a service done last Friday and the service was done right but unfortunately I had a bad part and the vehicle broke down on me in it was. However, I called the service manager, and he rectified and took ownership and took care of me tremendously, and I cannot be more appreciative or more thankful for the impeccable service, and accountability that he took, and that they’re shows great ownership and leaderships.

Always so good to have them come to my job and pick it up and service my car and bring it back

Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I previously bought my trucks at Everett but all my future business will all be at York Gary. These guys go above and beyond in every way for their customers. They found me the truck I wanted in the midst of a shortage and priced it below MSRP when everyone else was taking advantage of customers with elevated prices. To top it off they sold me a 7 yr/100,000 mile warranty for less than half of what Everett charged me previously. I’ll be a customer for life.

Traveling through to go back home to Colorado when we had some engine problems. Stopped in to see if we could get the problem fixed. They were able to get us in and back on the road within about an hour and half. Everyone we dealt with was very kind, helpful, and courteous.

The experience was easy. They picked up my car and delivered back to work. After service they called to give a detailed description of what was performed.

Recently had them work on my Camaro and they were very courteous and did an excellent job we are very pleased with the quality that I am taking my Silverado truck for them to work on next week

We were headed to Dallas for the weekend and our truck wouldn’t start. Took it to York Gary, they put on a new battery and we were on our way. There was a shortage of mechanics because of covid and they were working through that issue. Very pleased with their service!

The dealerships was able to fit me in for a last minute end of the day notice for an oil change.

Hello Mc Caskill is back on line, been a while, past storms have kept me busy with repairs, but I a m back,then my horse smoke had really bad hoof's,and could hardly walk, and I found Logan Hosteler, was amazing,,he took really good care of him, and never gave up smoke on one of the last visit a couple months back my horse was running and kicking up his heels,haven't seen that in 2 years,he saved my smokes life, just as big boy had to see the doctors and nurses at York Gary, saved his life, the big boy may make another 24 years of course he is still not out of the woods,he has a small oil leak, and they will have to take some of the engine down to fix it,I have faith in them, just as I do Logan,G-D hand picked him to be who he is, he knew he would be a great E M T, and a doc for the horses, and he put the team together at York Gary's, G-D has blessed those who trust him. Was able to drive in and get my truck serviced...I had went to iowa on july 15 and forgot to check oil percent left until yesterday once I returned . Was able to get in and out !

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful people with whom to do business. My family has been working with them for years and have never had an issue with them or any vehicles we have bought from them. If we've ever had a problem with our vehicles they've taken care of them in a quick, thorough and efficient way. I can't say enough good things about everyone there! I live in Little Rock and it's worth the drive down. Yes there are dealerships closer to me but I don't do business with them as I'd much rather do business with Gary Dan and his crew!
