WinChoice USA windows are the best. From the caring salesman to the the professional installer, everyone I dealt with was kind, caring, and very professional. Shane, my installer, worked very hard, went above and beyond on cleaning up after his install, and was very friendly and professional! Couldn't asked for better products and workers! Thank you again WinChoice for a wonderful improvement and experience to my home!

The team was on-time and things were in place. The sky darkened and it started to rain. I was concerned about how long it would last, and if the project would continue or placed on hold for another day or two. We waited the storm out, and they were able to get back to work. Questions asked were immediately answered, and the work was completed. Everything was cleaned, leaving it the way it was found.
We are totally pleased with the esthetic look of the finished product!

Chad is meticulous and about his work. The windows are beautiful. Such an improvement to the exterior of the house. I recently had my windows re-done on 7/26/2025, and this time, it seems like the issues I’ve had plaguing me for the past 2+ years are resolved.

The installer (on 7/26/2025) that came out mentioned the original installation was done incorrectly, and showed me the were large holes where insulation should be.

However, during those 2 years I’ve had extensive water damage in both areas of my house.

My baseboard were destroyed in both rooms [picture example shown], my mattress was damaged due to water [picture shown], and I’ve been constantly sick (I’ve ever had a sinus infection upon install because of the bad mold) and unable to use my master bedroom for an extended period of time.

As a result, I want some money back to repair damage, buy a new mattress, and ensure there isn’t further damage to my house.

I was asking for 850$, broken down into three categories:

300$ for Mattress damage (original receipt is attached - retail value was $850) - this was confirmed by the Winchoice contractors that came out (they have the pictures - I have my own pictures attached)

375$ for re-doing & painting the baseboards in both rooms to be re-done (including painting) - these photos are were stored by the Winchoice Team (over the 3 visits BEFORE the contracted window replacement)

$175 - for home inspections after water damage (I want to make sure there was no damage in any other area) I.e. structural damage leaking into the MDF

However, Winchoice decided a trade would be a good idea. I would lose my warranty in exchange for the money.

They argued that the windows above (on the 3rd floor) could be causing problems. This was the result of one winchoice professional coming into to inspect (not actually looking behind the seams to find the real problem)

It’s a scapegoat excuse and every other window professional that has visited (sent from Winchoice) - Winchoice has sent 4 - has debunked these claims. Including the installer on 7/26/2025.

Trading a warranty for damages caused by an improper initial installation is pretty scummy and I recommend anyone and everyone to stay away.

Gary and his helpers did a very good job!! I love the windows and am sure they will be help with utilities!! I strongly recommend win choice windows!they look great!!

If you are in the market for windows give these folks a shot. From start to finish these folks were professional and very well spoken. The salesman (Matt) I believe was his name was absolutely great and worked hard for us to get financing. The installers, Shane and Dwayne were very professional and patient with us about our two dogs that can be a pain. The installers explained everything they were doing and showed us how to work the windows. These folks will get you a great deal on windows and they are made to order. Lifetime warranty on the windows and the screens! The SCREENS HAVE A WARRANTY!! NO ONE DOES THAT!! Outstanding product and great service with great prices, call these folks.
The photos below show before and after install. We couldnt use some of our windows because of the heat but now we can open the curtains and remove the aluminium foil. A big thank you to winchoice, you got a customer for life .

Just an FYI: If you have an alarm on your windows & they are wired, you will have to contact your alarm company (AHEAD OF TIME) to get wireless sensors. I was not given this information by the salesman.

It was a great experience all the way around. Mr. Dathan Herring, my sales rep walked me thru the free quote and worked with me on the cost of purchasing them. Mr. Ethan Hawk was the installer. He did an excellent job at putting them in. They took before and after pics, cleaned up everything after the installation was done, went over how to operate the windows and a final inspection before leaving. My favorite part of this whole process is knowing I have added value to my home and a lifetime warranty on all my windows no matter what happens to them! They will come out and replace them. The gentleman who installed my windows was very courteous, well mannered, came to do a job and did an excellent job, well organized, new what he needed to do and got it done in a timely fashion. Cleaned the area up better than he found it, took everything he took off the house with him.

It was an amazing experience! It was 2 guys working on 12 windows in this excessive Mississippi heat, fighting off wasps. That didn’t slow them down had that smile and confident energy. When winchoice finally came out to install my metal roof it took 1 day from start to finish. The roofers were very nice n even cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. Terry the salesman the did my estimate n paper work was great also. I hate trouble getting my roif scheduled n had to call a few times. But Terry got in touch with me rt away and straightened everything out. I now have a beautiful new roof with a life time warranity.

Michael and his crew did an excellent job on installation and the windows look great. I do however wish it was explained to us that the size of the frame on the outside of the house would change because now our shutters do not match and will all have to be replaced. The windows and sliding door look great.

Ronnie and his guys did an outstanding job and went above and beyond installing our new windows. I have no doubt we made the best choice choosing WinChoice windows and it was confirmed when they came and installed them. I’ve been a contractor of decades and I can promise you that every job is going to have details and issues that come up that are unexpected and outside of your ability to plan ahead for them. In our case there were a few defects in the windows. I didn’t even have to point them out. They were already getting the replacements ordered and let me know so I could rest assured it would be completed with no issues and no cost. We bought their premium windows that come with a lifetime warranty on the entire window to include the awesome bug screens. We have young kids and a dog. That was a no brainer to pay more to have everything covered no fault and no cost to us. The only thing you may need to consider that it will take about 6-8 weeks for them to make them 100% in the US. I’m a veteran and I really appreciate the fact that it’s also veteran owned. If you need windows this is the company to use.

My experience with WinChoice was fantastic. The technician assigned was Chad for my installation. Chad was very knowledgeable about his craft and took pride in his work explaining every detail and process. Also at the end gave a window demonstration and function check. I would recommend WinChoice and Chad as the installer to everyone that will listen. Me and my wife are very satisfied with our upgrade.

Ryan and Joe worked very well together and were so quite. They did not play around at all, but worked hard to get our windows in. They were very polite.

My first appointment was canceled because my installer became ill. I was disappointed because my mind was excited about my new windows,. 10 days later was my new appointment. They arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. In came 4 very professional , friendly young men introduce themselves .Terry and his crew did a wonderful job. The people in the neighborhood was passing by as they installed them and was saying how nice they look .I am very satisfied. Terry showed me how to use the windows once they were all finished. He made sure I had good understanding of how they work. They repaired all the damaged wood around my frames the house is old.But now it's got curb appeal. I'm just really really happy with Winchoice. I would recommend them to anybody looking for Windows, and I have. I forgot the young lady's name that's customer service ,but she was very friendly when she talked to me about my appointment.
