I'm telling everyone about my experience. First, I am too busy, like many working mom's, to take time out to handle many household items. The Xpert Exteriors team made this easy for me. They came to the appointment on time, which I appreciated. I allowed them to get on my roof to examine for damage caused by the last storm. I was surprised to see how much damage there was! They deftly coordinated with the insurance company, who sent an adjuster to examine the damage and potential coverage. The Xpert team is EXPERT - they got the insurance company to cover everything and I am now sitting pretty with a new roof. I only had to pay the deductible. This was really the easiest thing I have done all year. I want to especially thank Jacob and Brian who managed the entire process. I would never have done this needed work without them. The best part is that the crew didn't leave a mess for me to deal with later! I highly recommend this team.
