My entire experience working with Pivot Concepts from the beginning to the end has surpassed any expectations I had. This is a solid team that truly cares about their customers. Quest, Joshua, and Jesus have provided stellar customer service and are highly knowledgeable. They have taken the best care of overseeing the new siding project for my house. The team that put up the siding were also very pleasant and cared about the finished product. Marcio did a great job onsite and made sure things ran effectively and smoothly. Everyone and everything under Pivot Concepts’ umbrella was so easy to work with. I will be choosing Pivot Concepts again in the future for other projects I’ll have done. This is a wonderful team! My experience with Pivot Concept team was great. Mr Isaiah was exceptional and professional from the first day he knocked on my door until the work was completed. They did an amazing job in replacing my house sidings and shutters. So happy with their service.

My experience with Pivot concepts was great. The quality of the materials used is very good and the added insulation will help keep your house warm during the winter and cooler during the summer. I took a star away because I had solar powered home and the inverter is on the side of the house and the installers can’t get behind it…..maybe I was the first home with an inverter which took a few weeks…..if you have solar panels please coordinate the installation with having inverter removed…..other than that everything went well……

The entire Pivot Concept team, led by Isaiah Carattini, was professional and highly skilled from start to finish in replacing my home’s siding. Isaiah was a critical part during the communications with the insurance company and their adjusters. The complete installation and demolition/removal process was smooth and efficient. I am pleased with the final work and highly recommend Pivot Concepts.

Pivot Concepts and their crew did an absolutely amazing job on our home! From start to finish, they went above and beyond — not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them in every way. They handled our roofing and siding with incredible attention to detail and professionalism.

We had built a sunroom on the deck with all the confidence and none of the planning - a bold move, i know :). Pivot Concepts came in and worked their magic, updating it so seamlessly that it now looks like part of the original house. Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail!

They also took care of the soffit, fascia, gutters, and shutters, and everything came out beautifully. The team was courteous, efficient, and kept the worksite clean. You can tell they take real pride in their work.

I am leaving 1 star as employees from this company continuously come to my property and disregard all of the no trespassing and no soliciting signs on my property. This is the second time this week; however, they have been to my property several times before this. They also disregard my doorbell prompt that says "Sorry, we are not interested." Sometimes they even interrupt me during my work from home hours by ringing my bell. This is very frustrating. Despite being told during their last visit on 3/7 that they would remove my address from their visitation list, they continue to come back and have come back on 3/12, just 5 days later. At this point, it is harassment and it is very frustrating. I would not hire a company to do work for my property when they are unable or unwilling to follow simple instructions or be respectful of a reasonable wish. If this continues, I will be reaching out to law enforcement regarding this company and providing the video footage of them disregarding all property signs and prompts. Since nicely asking the employees didn't resolve the issue, I am now leaving a review. The soliciting practices at Pivot Concepts are very disrespectful and disturbing.

Pivot concepts did an amazing job on our home. We worked with Quest and we faced a few challenges in the beginning but in the end Pivot and Quest worked everything out and our home is absolutely beautiful. Pivot concepts installed a new roof and new vinyl siding and our home looks brand new... We couldn't have asked for a better Christmas gift and we thank Pivot for their dedication and determination to transform our home just the way we like it :-)

We love this Pivot company, their support, love and all that made us felt more comfortable to work with. They did excellent job around the house, very friendly and been there for all of us. Very good company! We mainly worked with Quest and he was really good about answering all our questions and keeping us up to date on the time line. Our house is looked much cleaner and newer with the updated siding.

Quest was our point of contact at Pivot Concepts. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He worked closely with our insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly. Any questions or concerns we had were answered, and the project was completed to our satisfaction. The workers that completed our project were thorough, efficient, and quick. They got our project completed quicker than the original schedule, and in time for the Christmas holiday. Highly recommended!

Worked with Jay and CJ on my siding. They were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the process. They made sure everything was done and inspected the work once completed and followed up after to make sure we were happy with the work completed. We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Pivot Concepts replacing the siding, gutters, and other items on our home. This started with the professionalism of the sales consultant who knocked on our door, the trust quickly built with the owner, who walked us through the insurance process, and finally to the excellent job his crew did. My family is very pleased with the outcome and several neighbors have complimented us on the new look.

It was my pleasure to work with Jordan, Josh & Quest in handling the siding for my home. The project toke 2 days. The workers cleaned up after each day. They were careful around my trees and brushes. I have solar panels on my home and they very careful not to ajar any of the pikes. Over all they did en excellent job. I have already recommended them to other neighbors. Great job guys. Thanks

Let me first say, I have very high standards and can also be somewhat difficult. However, the Pivot Team was professional from start to finish.

The owner kept in touch every week to keep me abreast of any new developments. Once the project started (siding on the entire house), the team showed up at 7:00 AM and worked until 7:00 PM, until the project was completed.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company.

At first we were very hesitant and didn’t want to go there with it but life is all about taking chances and let me say this was the best chance I ever took. Not only did they do my siding but they got the roof and gutters taken care of as well. The best thing is it didn’t cost me a penny…..these guys were heaven sent not only did it raise my equity 30k but my house is the nicest one on the street

The team did an excellent job from start to finish with my house. They communicated with me through the whole process even when it came down to choosing my new colors, scheduling all the way through completion. The crew completed my whole house in less than a week. I love my house !!
