Requested an estimate and the man that came was awesome. He called to let me know he was on the way and the whole process only took about 30 min or less. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great info!

Bradley and his colleague did a great job, they were extremely thorough and explained everything along the way. They seemed like they really cared about helping us and we are so grateful to them both for their help with our electrical and HVAC needs. Thank you for being so outstanding!

Had an issue with my HVAC in the midst of high temperatures. They were quick to get a technician out and, once the parts were in, another technician came to do the repair. High quality service and technicians!

I placed a call to get AC install quote.
Will called and showed up on time. He is a friendly professional guy, who took time to listen to my requirements for the new system and provided information needed, without any sales presure.
So far as the prosess goes I am happy.

Steven was prompt and knowledgeable. Being a single female, I appreciate honesty and suggestions. He was the only person who quoted me on the spot. Plus I had 3 options. I also liked Wythe Home Services because of their warranties they offered at a reasonable price. . Highly recommend them but would def ask for Stephen.

Bradley and his assistant tech were courteous and respectful. The service was top notch. He went over all the numbers and identified the problems that they found and assured me of system that was working properly.

James was our tech. Nothing negative to say. He found that a more local company to us had put too large of a motor into our heat pump. That other company had "replaced" it twice already. James found the problem and fixed it after a thorough diagnostic. I am grateful for his work.

We needed a new heat pump unit. I called WHS and was promptly scheduled for an appointment. Trevor and Nick arrived early the day of the appointment. They worked quickly and efficiently over two days. The next day we had a problem with the unit and again they responded promptly. The guys were very friendly, courteous and neat. Good experience!!!

Bradley was courteous and polite. Completed the service on our 2 units professionally and presented a report on the health of our units. He also explained and priced potential upgrades for us to consider.

I had plumbing work done with Home Services. David McNutt came out and did the work. he was professional, and did an excellent job..He fixed what was done wrong by someone else.

I experienced a little apprehension today as I had made an appointment to have a technician from Wythe Home Services to come to my home to perform my first maintenance on my Generac Generator.
I am 77 years of age and a Marine.
He may have sensed my concerns and he immediately suggested that I ask him any questions about the inspection and maintenance. To my pleasant surprise, Anthony, the young technician, began to answer my questions and set me at ease.
When he found out I was a Marine, he immediately thanked me for my service to
this great Country.
I was in awe as he did inspection after inspection, changed my oil, and checked my battery with a tool to show that it was fully charged. He did not rush his job even though there was more work than I had imagined. He told me about the trickle charge that internally helps keep my battery charged. Then he adjusted, at my request, the time that my Generator tests each week.. He was so meticulous in every thing he did. I could see that he was a pro at his job. By this time I felt so relieved that God had sent Anthony to my home.
Being a Family man and the Father of three young boys, he told me the name of each.
He stood there with his head high and proud of his Family.
He also said that they offer all kinds of other services to help me manage my home. I had no idea about all the services they offer.
At the end of the lengthy job, I knew Wythe Home Services would be my Company to help me as I continue to age.
I found the Company I can trust not to take advantage of me. Their service fee was very reasonable considering the amount of work Anthony did for me.
And yes, I recommend them more than you realize.

They fixed the temperature sensor on our heat pump as well as cleaning and replacing our filters. Probably saved us a large amount on our electric bills.
We got a new HVAC system installed complete with a great new night light and an alexa enabled thermostat.

David was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went straight to work. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

David arrived promptly and gave us ample notice. I was out of town and we had a very nice conversation over the phone explaining the problem. We were concerned that our brand new tiled and glass shower enclosure would need to be torn apart to fix the leak. David managed to enter into a very tight crawlspace, find the leak quickly and repair it very reasonably

Wythe Home Services did an excellent job, as they always do. Brandon and Beth did a complete seasonal service and inspection of my heat pump. They were professional, efficient and pleasant. I'm always pleased to have Wythe Home Services perform both proactive and reactive services at our home.
I highly recommend them.

I don't know enough words to express my satisfaction with Bradley. These workers fixed the problem easily and quickly. They gave me a written technical report and explained it in words I could understand. They did a complete check of the system. Bradley told me what to do and what not to do. In these frozen days we are living they gave me back my warmth and restored my faith in todays worker.

Will came out for service and was on time, professional, communicated thoroughly, answered our questions and did a great job. Could not be more pleased.

An update if you have a schedule to keep beware they like to do follow up visits and waste your time
The follow up was annoying and a time waste was nothing that couldn’t have been done by phone!!
Due to the waste of my time and sleep I am finished with this company
I you like people coming to your house and asking you unnecessary questions then feel free to call them
They do good work not cheap but good.
Forgot to mention that they were pressuring me for this meeting when I had 6 inches of ice on my road and couldn’t even get to my house but they were very much calling or texting every day to reschedule when I was just worried about making it up my road. Ridiculous

Brad was knowledgeable about my concerns and answered them without patronizing me, which I appreciated. He made sure that my concerns weren't stemming from the furnace and explained what to do in my future house. Very pleased with his visit.

Great experience with WHS. It was expected to be a month and a half for someone to come work on an electrical issue. More like a week! Titus had done a great job on a previous electrical problem so I was already happy to hear it was him. I felt completely safe & comfortable with him & Dakota alone in my home. They fixed the issue & am very grateful.

Beth did a great job on preventive maintenance,on our minis.Very knowledgeable and was very polite and easy to to talk to about my concerns about the system.Took the time to make sure everything was serviced,then tested it .Great job! Also scheduled a appointment for us ,for a winter checkup.

Anthony came last year on time and explained why the thermostat broke and fixed it. He answered all my questions and helped select a simpler thermostat for my heat pump.

And then this year Anthony came again and showed me why the heat went out and things I could check if it went out again.

Anthony is personable and very patient in explaining things. Very helpful. Nice gentleman.

Wytheville sheet metal is great! I called to have our heat pump serviced and in a few hours they sent someone here in Marion to our home. Service was professional, clean and showed me what was wrong with the system. I will continue to them from here on out!
