Where to begin… let me start with the fact that this was our first time buying/building a home so we had no idea what to expect and were most likely the most annoying clients ever. We met with Jason, Manager of Valley Contracting (VCG), while in the process of buying our land and immediately knew that we wanted to work with him. He came out to the site and took a lot of time going through every single detail with us (and believe me, there were a lot of details and questions). He worked with us on our budget and showed us homes that fit the price point we wanted to be at.

Throughout the process, he was INCREDIBLY patient with us as we changed plans and tiny details. He really knows his stuff. We customized every single inch of our plans and he rolled with every new idea or suggested other options that would better fit the budget. Everyone on the VCG team is incredibly friendly and the quality of our home is exceptional! Any vendor or worker we talk to says nothing but good things about Jason and the first thing they mention is VCG's high-quality and great attention to detail. Small world - even our neighbor had a former house built by him and raved about the quality! There are a lot of big box house builders in our area that jack up prices and skimp on quality - VCG is the complete opposite with fair prices and amazing quality. We know that we would not be able to get the home we have from any other builder in our area. Nothing beats Valley Contracting Group’s quality and prices. We cannot wait to move in!!
