I just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Wysup, and even though I really didn’t want to buy a new car, I’m honestly so glad I did. My old Corolla was in the shop needing major repairs, and the folks at Wysup completely turned the situation around. They covered the repair bill and gave me a discount on the new car, which basically doubled the value of my trade-in. That kind of generosity isn’t something you see every day.

What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Luke was fantastic—friendly, patient, and genuinely great to work with. He made the whole thing easy when I expected stress and frustration. I went in gritting my teeth and walked out feeling like I got the better end of the deal. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to buying from them again. Huge thanks to the whole team.

We built & purchased a brand new 2018 SRT Durango through them. We live in Snohomish & we drove across the state to pick it up. We were at the dealership for less than 20 min exchanging my Dodge Ram for our new whip. I knew it was a phenomenal dealership experience but I didn’t realize just how lucky we were until we sold that Durango this week. We have 3 kids now & needed extra space so we got a bigger SUV. Despite doing all of the negotiating beforehand, this other dealership in Kirkland jerked us around for nearly 3 hours. It was a complete nightmare with 3 kids at home with a babysitter who we kept having to delay. We left joking that we should’ve driven to Pullman to use Wysup again. So even though it’s been 7 years, this review is well deserved!!

Tom went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. He answered all of my questions, (of which there were many) before I committed to the buy. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in from out of state and handed me the keys to a reliable truck, which I drove over a couple thousand miles back home without any issues. 10/10

Stay away from here, mainly the service dept. Was told it would be covered by warranty so had work done but found out later it was not. Follow through with the warranty company was horrible as well. The day we left the service dept. we had the exact same issue. Brought to a new service dept. and is now fixed. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a few days. The new Jeep service place was unsure what Wysup did or why. They also got a hold of the warranty company and got it approved the same day of service

Booked a complete interior cleaning with the in-house detailer, Michael Mossberg, and he did a STELLAR job! Pictures don't demonstrate the level of detail and thoroughness that he provides. He truly is a master of his craft, and I will be returning in the future!

My partner and I bought a used car from here, Taylor and Luke were nothing but professional, friendly, and kind. Made the buying process really easy and were happy to answer any of the inane questions 2 first-time car buyers had. Bill made the financing process easy to understand and incredibly simple. We recently purchased a vehicle from Wysup and Taylor assisted us. He didn't pressure us in any way, was very helpful, communicative and honest with us. It made a stressful situation of buying a vehicle much easier and pleasant for us. Based on our experience, we would go back in the future.

I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. I took my car in and when I got the car back the problem was not fixed. They did give us a discount on the clutch replacement which they said was needed after we (my family) showed them the car was still not running correctly. When we got the car back after they replaced the clutch, I still had an issue with the pedal not coming up fully and they charged (without telling me) for that repair as they claimed it was separate from the clutch repair work they did.
This was a complex issue that also involved another dodge dealer who also misdiagnosed the problem, so that slowed and affected repairs, but still not impressed with the customer service or how the situation was handled. They did provide the discount for one repair and gave me a loaner car for a week (which I had to ask for, was not offered as repairs dragged on) otherwise this would be one star. Either way I will not being working with this dealer at all in future.

The easiest process I have ever had, in purchasing a vehicle..They showed me what I was looking for and wanted, not what they wanted to sell. Michael and Chandler are amazing to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Wysup when buying their next vehicle.

My family and I were returning home from a trip to Lewiston. The engine overheated on the grade so we pulled over and sure enough two heater hoses and ruptured and the coolant was all pumped out. We made a call to the Wysup Dodge dealership in Pullman and spoke with the Service Department Manager Kristi Gibbs who was very gracious and sympathetic to our dilemma. When we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by Kristi who went to great lengths to provide us with a loaner vehicle throughout the Memorial Day weekend. The necessary parts were ordered and the vehicle returned to us repaired the day after the holiday. This was the epitome of great customer service and this measure of kindness has convinced me to be a repeat customer. Great job Wysup Dodge!!!!

They don’t call you back. They are rude on the phone. They don’t even work on your car the day they have you scheduled. I can’t even get a clear answer on when my vehicle will be ready for pickup. Some of the worst service I’ve gotten at a dealership.

We had to unexpectedly replace our car and the team at Wysup really came through. We found what we liked using the website and then worked with Taylor and Chandler to complete our purchase. It was a great experience start to finish as Taylor did what was needed without putting a ton of extra pressure on us to look at extras or different, more expensive cars. Wysup Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership was awesome. They worked with me and made getting into a new car possible, Chandler was a super star going above and beyond to make everything work.

Zero communication between departments and bad information given. If I ask your parts guy how much the service install on a part will be they should say "just ask the service department" before giving a false estimate. Paid 400% more than what they suggested the install cost would be. On top of that, of my 3 visits each one made it apparent that interdepartmental communication was an critically weak spot for the business.

This is the 2nd jeep my family has bought through Wysup and we are more than happy with our experience! Taylor is a very nice and helpful person who doesn’t mind my million questions when buying a new vehicle! We called him up and said we needed a bigger vehicle and he came through the same day!

I started my search to trade in my 2008 2-door Wrangler several months ago. When I decided to start test driving it took a couple weeks to get up the nerve because high pressure salesman make me run away and never look back (even if I like the product). I went several places in the area. Thong at Wysup followed up once then left me alone to decide. It wasn't my only deciding factor, but it sure helped. Loving my new Jeep! I went to Wysup on a whim on my search for a new car to look at a used Highlander, and had an AMAZING experience purchasing the car. Taylor was so kind and eager to go above and beyond to help out and make the process simple and enjoyable, and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. As the car was used, there were a few things I wanted to get touched up and checked, and Taylor and Wysup's mechanics were so helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. I was told my car was gonna be 2-4 total to be fixed. Im at almost 2 months now, the part isn’t even there yet. My car is drivable without the PTU i’ve been driving with it for a while now until it got covered. They can easily check everything and give me my car until my PTU is in stock. Currently without a car for 2 months, part won’t be there until the 28 of this year.

Just after dropping my baby off at college, and getting ready to head back to Boise, I found myself with a car problem.
I showed up at Wysup Chrysler about an hour prior to closing, truly expecting to have to find a hotel for the night.
Mike, at the desk, was so kind and compassionate. He got my Pacifica in with technician Justin straightaway and Justin quickly got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it on the spot!
Mike explained the computer glitch in a way that was easily understood. All of this happened in about thirty minutes from start to finish and then I was on my way home!

I am a full time rv'er and have been to this dodge dealership a few times and they have always great work on my 2010 dodge 3500 6.7 cummins.

The ONLY place I will take my Jeep to. Growing up in Pullman, my grandfather used to take every single car and truck he had to Wysups, he trusted them with their service and I do too! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I hardly ever need to wait for long because they are quick but efficient! Glad I have a place close to home that I can trust with my vehicle!

Well I was devastated with the Recall defective PTU unit. I was thankfull that Jeep warranty was issued. They also found the famous plastic oil cooler leak. So replaced it too. Everything was done and so far good to go. Awsome work thanks. Once you owned a Jeep there's nothing that will compare. Super staff and mechanic's they are Awsome.
