We have been extremely happy with Worth Exteriors. We have used them two times for projects on our house. I highly recommend them.

My review was absolutely accurate. The company is not finding me in their system because I had a different last name. I am also a business owner and would never post a review unless it was 100% truth. The company did not take the opportunity at the time to make it right. Thus the negative, but completely factual review. I’m happy that not everyone has had this unfortunate experience, but it was a reality for my husband and I at our property. Perhaps recently your company has made changes to better its operating standards & practices and customer service, and if so, that is certainly the professional thing to do.

Worth Exteriors and Interiors did an AMAZING job on our exterior remodel! They cleaned up everyday before they left, their workers were pleasant & concientous, and they were on-time and in budget. Highly recommend 5⭐️!

We needed some siding repairs. During a busy time this past year, a lot of companies wouldn’t even return a call, and the ones that did wouldn’t give us a quote. We called Worth and they gave us a quote and a timeframe. They came out when they said they would and did the repairs. We were very happy with the work. They are reliable, responsive, and professional.

Recently I needed new siding installed. Chris and his team did a wonderful job both in the work and in the communication. I would highly recommend this business.

They installed our Hardieplank siding in 2006. Recently we had some questions about our siding from the buyer as our house sold. Chris came out right away and was extremely helpful. I'm impressed that 14 years after the install, he was willing to come out.. Great service!

We used Worth to replace our roof, replace our gutters and do some general exterior repair work. We got multiple quotes, and they came in very competitively priced. Our sales person Kenny Hartzer was very professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process. He followed up often while we were considering offers, and he remained attentive and responsive throughout the installation process to the finish. Our site coordinator Kelly was the same: attentive and responsive through to the finish. They worked with us on minor things we noticed to make sure the work was done to our complete satisfaction. The work itself was excellent and met our expectations for timeliness and delivery and communication, even through some challenging weather and supply situations.

Worth Exteriors is by far, the best in the business. From start to finish, they walked me through everything. Professional, polite, clean and always on time. My friends and family only use Worth Exteriors. I am a Worth Exteriors customer for life. Looking forward to the next home improvement project.

I just had Worth Exteriors rebuild my ageing deck. Their construction crew did excellent work. Thebuild is solid and the result is beautiful.

I called Worth back after the Derecho happened in August of 2020 to get a quote to have my roof redone and to have some soffit damaged repaired. Kenney helped us through the process and they were able to provide me the best quote I could get. Spring came and finally work could be started, they collected the first payment for roof and soffit material. Roofers started work on a Friday, worked all day. Saturday comes around some workers show up at my house (I'm assuming to finish work) but instead they show up for about an hour to pick up some items they left behind. Sunday the same happens, they show up to pick up some items for about 30 minutes and leave again. Monday they show up again for 30 minutes get on the roof and pick up the remainder of their items and leave. No communication to what's going on at all. We call Worth to see what is going on/when they will come get their dumpster out of our driveway because we don't have access to park our vehicles and see when they will be coming back to complete the work. They told us they were done working on the roof and because we called to get a quote on siding they didn't touch the soffit because they would complete it when we do new siding (we contacted them to get a quote, but did not agree to move forward with new siding.) They said by mid week they would be back out to complete work. Next day Kenney comes to my home to collect payment, I had the check cut out for the remainder of the work (labor for the roof and soffit repair) but did not feel comfortable with giving him payment until the job was fully completed. I asked if he could wait until they finished the remainder the work which is supposedly going to be within 3 days and he said no he needed to collect payment then. I have two small children and my husband works an 8-5 schedule so it's not easy for me to just get in the car and go to the bank especially within COVID season when my son had a heart condition to go get new checks cut. I told Kenney when I get time I will try and go to the bank to get new checks printed but he needed the check then or a time where he could come back to pick them up, he literally would not leave my house until I could provide him with a new check or time. I honestly felt really threatened and just gave him the check even though I felt really uncomfortable with it. He told me he would email me later that day to confirm work will be done on that Thursday to complete everything, didn't hear anything. Called back the next day to confirm if work will be done, was told "they would have to check to see if they have enough material to be able to complete the job" I had already paid for the material yet, they didn't have material. Finally a week later they came and finished their job. The work they did was good, very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were professional, responsive, reasonably priced and the work was done as promised with extra attention to make sure that it was done to our satisfaction. We did extensive replacement of exterior window trim and portions of siding in addition to repainting. They provided designer consultation as well. They could not have made it easier and we will use them again without hesitation.

Had some heavy storm damage, a tree busted up my deck, privacy fence, put a hole in my roof and bent and nearly pulled out my power line from my house. They refused to even give me a quote for the damages without me agreeing and committing for them to repair everything, not just the deck and powerline attachment repair which was all I needed.
This tells you a lot about their business, they are extremely unprofessional, I idk of anyone who doesn't get multiple quotes before deciding on the best one. That means they're taking advantage of this crazy busy time with many people needing help because it's hard to find any repair business not busy out the wazoo. Also it must mean they're pricing is outrageous probably also taking advantage of your insurance trying to get the most money they can for the least amount of work. I would not recommend this business to anyone, ever, period.

We had some wind damage today on our roof and they came out immediately to fix it! Thank you Chris and Kelly and to your crew for being so prompt!! We have used this company for siding, new roof, gutters and now a quick roof repair! Awesome company!

I used Worth Exteriors to change my house roof and part of the siding. I am happy with their work. I would use them again.

My experience started off great. However, since the project was finished (November 2019), roof and siding totaling 26k, I’ve had issues with the final work/product. I’ve reached out multiple times and no communication from Worth unless I get very vocal. They have fixed a couple issues after getting very vocal, I now have siding falling off and bubbling. I was told Last week, I would hear from someone two days ago and still nothing. This seems like a pattern, once they are paid, then they are gone.

Still no response from the owner and Vice President of the company a week later on the guaranteed work and material. Siding still bubbling and falling off.

Recently had new siding installed, extensive roof reframing and new truss installed. New roof structure over the deck and Stone work in the front of the house. Nurman and his crew are great, hard workers and pay attention to details. We changed and added more work to the overall job and Chris Worthington was easy to work with and very fair. The extra stuff we added got done in a timely manor and everything looks great. I couldn’t be happier. We went from the ugliest house in the block to the best. Thanks

We recently were in the market to replace the siding on our home. After receiving multiple quotes we went with Worth Exteriors. Our decision was made partially based on positive reviews we had read, including information made available by the BBB. In addition, we stopped and talked with homeowners who had Worth Exterior signs in their yards as they had just had projects completed. Everyone had positive things to say about Worth.
We are very pleased with our experience in working with Worth Exteriors. Their quote was right in line with the cost of the project, except for a couple smaller jobs we added on. Jose and his crew worked 10 hour days, sometimes in very cold/damp weather and got the job done in the timeframe promised. They did a great job. Special thanks to Kenny and Kelly for keeping us informed and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Chris and crew have done a great job at my home. We had them replace our siding with Hardy Board, replace our shake roof with metal, replace defective Pella windows, and work on our porch railing. Recommend without exception. Steve in Napa Valley, Waukee.

For many years I watched as Worth Exteriors did construction work on many of the homes in West Des Moines. The quality
of their work was obvious and the homes were beautiful when completed. When we decided to replace our roof, gutters and
repair siding and paint the exterior of our home in the Spring of 2019 we called Worth Exteriors for an estimate; their quotes were
very competitive. During the process we learned they also construct decks and do cement driveways, sidewalks and brickwork.
We were so impressed with the quality of their work they had already completed we decided to have them do our deck and driveway
and sidewalk. We have enjoyed working with Kenny, Chris and Kelly. The construction workers were very professional and very
willing to ensure we were happy with their work. We have received many compliments since the work has been completed.

Terrible customer service. Had to reschedule my estimating meeting with him due to a conflict with my schedule. He showed no interest in rescheduling and no interest in my project. His time was too valuable to him. Just from my phone call, sounds like they charge way too much and rip off the average homeowner.

After meeting with numerous general contractors I decided to hire Worth Exteriors for a major renovation on my West Des Moines home. From the initial consultation with Darrell to working with the Kelly the foreman it was an amazing experience. Chris (the owner) even stopped by to check in on the project. The price was extremely competitive and they were responsive to every request and did an amazing job on the entire project (new roof, new Pella windows, new Hardie Plank siding, new garage door, and a new gutter system). They even accommodated some last minute changes without complaining or adding on large costs. This is a first class company and I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.
