Bought 3 mini split units and the main condenser part tore up and been waiting for a part to come in and had to call to see if part come in because they didn't call and let know part was in.had to order another part and still hasn't come in.
bought 4 mini splits from them thru my contractor. 2 years ago. 2 are not working. one for over 3 months. Dan told us parts won't be in until June.Won't do anything to help or give us reference numbers to contact manufactor. Terrible customer service. Will not stand behind there sale. Use caution. I hear they were good a few years back. Looking for about $75 K in HVAC equipment. DOn't think I will consider them
