From start to finish, we were impressed with WISA's dedication to transforming our 1946 basement to a 2024 one!
Met with Daoud & Waris (father & son team) and they had positive ideas on how to renovate our dark basement into a bright living space. Plans drawn up by Faouzi showed 3D illustrations that got rid of the low-hanging air ducts--significantly increasing head room in the basement. The plans also added two closets and a pantry, which really increased storage space.
The WISA staff is very professional and even worked on Saturdays---and finished the project ahead of schedule.
Kelsey and Kate were the main office contacts and were very responsive to our emails during construction. The transformed basement is fantastic and exceeded our expectations!

We recently had WISA Solutions remodel two full bathrooms in our 60 year old house. This was our second home renovation project with WISA. They completely remodeled the entire lower level of our house last year which included a new full bathroom, a new living space, new flooring, and all new plumbing, electrical wiring and lighting. All of their work is top notch, from the design to construction to the finished product! Ideal design-to-builder. With no ties to the area I was concerned to self identify and work with a truly turnkey builder of high quality and trust. Look no further, Daoud and his team at WISA are consummate professionals for your home improvement projects. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with having them within my home, and the results of our master bathroom and bedroom + new closet project.

His whole team of installers and staff, including Kate and Kelsey at the office as Designer and Project Lead, were on-top and on-time of everything throughout, also completing the project ahead of schedule. They perform everything with in-house staff, and their studio process to design and select finishes made our lives so easy, and got everything we could've wanted. As a client, I'm probably of the overbearing in-the-details type, but they were either ahead-of or attentive to everything throughout. All important, they work at a fair price and keep it simple and transparent on budget management. I bid this project to five contractors and selected WISA, although I knew from our first meeting I wanted to work with them. The only change orders seen were those I requested as add-ons in process.

Daoud, the owner, is involved and present everyday and available himself. The team of installers was consistent for the project duration, on-time, clean, and also just good guys that we built some rapport with. I just wish I had more resources to do all my wife and I's wish list projects at once to keep seeing these results.

From top to bottom, WISA employees are professional, caring, creative and oh so patient. In remodeling our basement to create a large library, bath and other amenities, WISA designed to perfection and employed master craftsmen, electricians, and plumbers in every phase of the project. We live in the Rosemont area of Alexandria in a tiny, old house. With a third baby on the way we quickly needed to get our basement finished for extra space. Wisa took our basement from something out of a horror movie and turned it into something straight from HGTV! All the staff were friendly, accommodating and prompt to respond to any questions. A little story about the workers that made me feel good about the character of the people they hire: one day during their break a baby squirrel wandered out of the ally towards them. The workers put the squirrel in the back of their truck and pet him, covered him with a little cloth and gave him water in a cap. I thought that was so sweet and endearing when they could have easily just ignored the animal. Made me feel at ease with who was in my house around my children. From start to finish working with WISA was a great experience! They finished ahead of schedule and did an amazing job! We are very happy customers and would definitely recommend them!

2. Excellent pricing and product selection: Waris and Daoud give excellent quotes on their work and make great suggestions on the best way to improve your project. They are honest and will let you know of any changes needed or if problems have been uncovered. Their suggestions for solutions are always helpful and reasonable. And the ability to go to their showroom to pick all your products is a huge benefit!
3. Quality workers: the guys all work for WISA. No subcontractors! Demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and tiling is all done by WISA workers. And some of the crew are the same guys that worked on my home from 2013! They have a supervisor on site and the manager visits daily plus the owners come by frequently to check on the project. Everyone is friendly, respectful and professional. Communication is excellent!
4. CLEAN! They prepare your home, place plastic and wrap/move furniture to minimize dust and prevent damage. Plus they clean the worksite daily.
5. Dependable and trustworthy: I know this team and have trusted them without any reservations. Had a lockbox on the house and even went on vacation during projects without hesitation.
And the work is completed within the timeline!

As wonderful and painless an experience as one could hope for during a home renovation project! You get what you pay for and what we paid for was not only quality product and workmanship, but also incredibly responsive customer support and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with full transparency, any bumps that arose were discussed and resolved satisfactorily, and when we expected someone on-site the reliability was impeccable; I never had to unexpectedly rearrange my personal schedule because the crew wasn't there when expected.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with the WISA team. We had an amazing experience from design to completion and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship from a company that truly cares about their customers and the finished product. Their design team came up with ideas we hadn’t considered and the crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The project timeline was reasonable to start with, but they still finished ahead of schedule. When we had a few requests to make some changes, the team was quick to make it happen. We hired WISA Solutions to remodel our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Everyone on the WISA team was professional, kind, and worked very hard. They presented us with multiple options for our remodel and walked us through the pros and cons of each. When it was time to choose all of our materials, it was a pressure free environment where we could make all of our own choices but also be guided if we needed help. They started work on the scheduled start date and showed up every day, working all day long. They kept us informed of progress each day and any issues that arose. This isn't a review on the quality of the work, but more the accessibility of the services. They have a $25k minimum on projects and won't accept projects smaller than that.

It's not a bad thing necessarily, just be aware. I found it disappointing since I have a slightly smaller project and the company seems to have very good reviews. They were professional about it.

WISA's owner is one of the most honorable contractors I have ever worked with. I had a two bedroom/hallway remodel and the results are better than I even imagined. The change is so professional - my rooms could appear in a home design magazine. In addition to the inside work, WISA redid the patched brick/tile floor on my large screened-in porch. The results again were fantastic and the porch looks like something out of a magazine. I highly recommend WISA Solutions.

The WISA team was helpful, attentive, and responsive throughout our hallway bathroom renovation. They immediately addressed the finishing touches we asked for, were on time throughout the project, and finished the work on schedule. Our neighbors have used them for renovations and we would also use them again!

I couldn't be happier with Moe and his team of roofers. Our roof was over 21 years old and sprung a leak. A repair wouldn't cut it, we needed a full replacement, and fast! From the first call to new roof, only took 1 week.

We got 5 estimates and WISA was by far the best value for the money in several categories. Besides using premium products, WISA offered the first 3 sheets of plywood (if needed) for free. Other companies I called quoted upwards of $170 per sheet if decking needed to be replaced.

Work was completed in 1 day and included the crew cladding the entire house in netting to minimize damage from falling shingles. I was especially impressed with how conscientious they were regarding finding every last nail. We live in a townhome, so nails in the common drive were a concern. It's impossible to find every one, but so far we've only found 4 additional nails on the ground.

Over-all we, and my neighbors, are super impressed with this company, their professionalism, and their work ethic. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We recently remodeled three bathrooms with WISA solutions, which involved converting one half bath to a full bath in our basement (added tub/shower). We had a wonderful experience and are so happy with the results. We loved their showroom and wide selection of custom cabinets, quartz and tile. Having this in one location really makes a complex process much easier, and we installed cabinets that matched our vanities for extra storage. For each bathroom we had a wish list of items we wanted to change, such as adding recessed mirror medicine cabinets, large double bathroom niches, changing the location of air vents, bumping out walls, and installing pocket doors (to name a few). Other contractors said these things were too complex, but WISA had no trouble implementing our ideas. Their crew shows up on time and works very hard. During the project, we had at least one surprise where a major sewer line needed relocation during the moving of a wall. This required at least a week of specialized work (jackhammering foundation) as well as county inspection. Daoud honored the original price of our project despite these added costs. The team of workers at WISA is very skilled (shoutout to Juan, Alex and David), and we also upgraded some electrical and plumbing systems during the project at their recommendation, such as putting the bathrooms on separate circuits to prevent overload. The end result is really exceptional. We love our new bathrooms and we would recommend WISA for any home improvement project without question.

We went through WISA to replace our roof and had a great experience. We worked with Mo who made the who process very easy and very painless. The actual roof install itself only took a day which I was greatly appreciative of. Mo was able to work around my schedule the whole way through while being very responsive and never tried to BS me about anything. The finished roof looks fantastic.

We hired WISA Solutions to renovate my mother's condo in Fairfax. It was a big job for a relatively small space, but the process was seamless and smooth. Daoud and Maisa were always professional, responsive, listened to what we needed, and just easy to work with. The WISA Solutions renovation crew members were meticulous, polite and worked diligently. The project started on time and was completed within the estimated timeframe. We are so pleased with the beautiful results overall, but especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Mom's condo was transformed and she is so happy. Without hesitation we would hire WISA Solutions again and have recommended them to others.

We recently had our roof replaced by WISA Solutions. Moe Zamani was our contact person, and it was a pleasure to work with such a personable and knowledgeable person. The company demonstrates a high level of professionalism. They are on time, leave your yard in the same or better condition after the roofing is complete, and they bring out a large enough team to allow the replacement to be completed in one day, so that your home is not exposed to the elements. With your permission, Moe will fly a drone over your roof, and provide you with all the photos and recommendations needed for your job, in addition to the fees involved. The drone was very beneficial in that we could actually see the condition of our roof a little more up close, as opposed to just viewing from the yard. I highly recommend working with WISA. They are a family run business that truly puts the customer first!

I was very happy with my overall experience working with Moe from WISA Solutions on my roof replacement project. Starting from the very beginning, Moe made very detailed roof inspection using drone which showed that the roof was at the end of life. He explained the installation process step by step and that company using top quality material for the project which warrant long new roof life span 30+ years. Although my roof was not leaking at that moment, I decided not to wait due to very attractive cost and project quality especially compare with others companies proposals. The installation process can not be better, the crew was very professional working together 3+ years, finished the project in one day, and applied all efforts to protect house and neighbors, and thoroughly cleaned the area, even used magnets to collect nails from old roof. Finally, Moe made drone views of new roof which looks beautiful! Moe tried all his best to make my experience working with WISA very pleasant and they delivered the new roof which I like very much and have confidence in long life span. WISA is a great company with great customer service. They installed a new roof for me in March of 2022. They were very up front with their pricing and thoroughly explained why they use Certainteed and Landmark Pro products. Waris put together a video explaining the entire process and explained what services they provided over their competitors. Moe used a drone to take before and after photos and kept we updated every step of the way. The after photos provided to my homeowners insurance are lowering my premium by $400 a year. I ended up receiving four quotes, and end the end WISA was right in the middle, but I chose them because of their thorough explanation of the process and the previous reviews I had read online.

I worked with Moe to have a new roof installed after wind damaged my shingles. They couldn’t have done a better job. They were professional and the new roof looks amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone with a roofing need.

Right from the start, Moe was very responsive, paid excellent attention to detail, and helped us understand each step along the way in our project, including arriving at the (no pressure) decision that a total replacement was the most cost-effective, optimal solution for our home. His communication was top-notch, including neat little videos that accompanied his emails for a personalized touch. Very impressive. The assessment of our old roof was comprehensive and detailed. He even used a drone. On the day of installation, his team was punctual, professional, friendly, protected our home from damage, cleaned thoroughly, and finished the job in one day. We paid a little more for WISA, but the high quality roofing products, customer service, and piece of mind that we would get a long lasting roof was well worth it. I'm beyond happy and satisfied with WISA! I remodeled two bathrooms (primary and guest) and knew it was going to be a big project, but the team at WISA made it so easy! Maisa was wonderful during our initial conversations and helped with picking out the materials and providing her expertise. Once the work started, every contractor that came to my home was professional, friendly, and a true expert at their craft. I have been VERY impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. They didn't miss anything!

This was an expensive project and I received quotes from a few different companies. WISA was more reasonable given that it included a lot of the big items and we had the experts to help us with decisions and answer our questions. This made the project less stressful than having to figure out everything on our own and just paying someone for the labor.

Really impressed with the response and professional explanation of cost and details on installation for the initial estimate. The work was overseen by a manager during the whole installation and inspected by drone after. Incredible customer servicer throughout the whole process. Because we have a number of outdoor plants and landscaping they protected the siding and the plants with netting so we had no damage. The work was completed as promised, I would trust this team with any future projects.

After interviewing 3 potential contractors (and researching several more) we contracted with WISA solutions to remodel our kitchen. This involved basically completely gutting the existing kitchen, creating a pantry space where none had previously existed, installing new flooring, cabinets, backsplash, countertops and appliances. (We kept a couple of our original and purchased a couple new ones). If I had to use one word to characterize the job and our experience, it would be "WOW!" From the very first meeting, when designer Alina and owner Dauoud visited our home, to the very last installation and inspection, everyone we interacted with was polite, responsive and highly professional. Although I would say our initial expectations were high, I have to say they went above and beyond our expectations. The quality of the carpentry, tile work and electrical was among the best we have seen anywhere; the attention to detail and pride in the job shows through in an absolutely beautiful finished product. The first time I set foot in my newly completed kitchen, I literally cried; it felt so spacious and light (even though we did not enlarge the footprint at all) and just beautiful.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about WISA's cadre of tradesmen. They were on time, respectful, incredibly hard working and left the space clean and tidy each evening. I also cannot say enough about Alina, whom I viewed as our primary point of contact. She was calm, patient and incredibly responsive - oh, and she is an amazing designer.

When we first started down this remodel path, we did experience some sticker shock, since we have been, for most of our renovations, a DIY family. We went with WISA because A) we felt most comfortable with them as people we could work with and B) we thought they represented the best value for the investment.

We could not be happier with the recent bathroom renovation/replacement project completed on two bathrooms by WISA Solutions. The price was reasonable, one visit to the showroom took care of the selection process for the materials, the work was done as promised and on time and the employees were skilled, responsive and made a point of making sure we were satisfied and updated on developments. Any construction debris and mess was removed and cleaned up every day. Remodeling projects are never fun, but this one was as pain-free as possible and we are happy with the results and would recommend WISA Solutions without question.

I have used WISA for multiple home renovation projects to include master bath and finished basement remodels, as well as solid wood floor installation. I have never been disappointed. Daoud is extremely responsive and the work-product is always excellent. And Daoud stands behind the work; he quickly addresses and remedies any area of concern. I have no doubt you could find a cheaper contractor, but I guarantee you will not find better quality work. We have used WISA for multiple projects in two homes over the years, and I have no doubt we will use them again for future projects.

We hired Wisa to renovate two old outdated bathrooms. They did an amazing high quality job. All workers were very respectful of our home. They were punctual and very responsive. We hired Wisa solution for the second time. WISA did complete remodel and upgrade our master bathroom a couple of years ago and we were very happy with their work. This year we gave them a bigger project. The project was a complete remodel of our house 1st floor. The major of the work includes removing a wall between our old kitchen and the dining room area, relocating plumbing and kitchen appliances based on new design and removing a half wall surrounding our old living room. Also old living room had a step down and we want them to level it up so that the whole floor to be open and the same level. Also includes upgrading the powder room and installing hardwood flooring and rebuild an open new kitchen with island in the middle. Even if we are returning customer for Wisa, since this project was too big and very important to us, we got estimates from four other companies. In terms of price, Wisa was in the middle. Not the most expensive and not the lowest. But since we know their work, we decided to go with them again. Wisa did outstanding job in every detail of the project. First they started the project exactly the day they say they will start and finished the project within the time frame they gave us. Everybody who worked in our project was very professional and takes time to lessen what we want and explained things to us in a very professional manure. The owner/manager visited the project at least once in a day and asked us if we have any question or concern. We did make some changes to the initial project, we are happy the why they handled change of orders. In general, they did very high quality work in a professional way and it worth every dollar we paid.

Great quality work at a fair price! I used WISA to remodel by already finished basement. They installed all new drywall, tile, cabinets, doors, carpet, and ran a gas line for a new gas insert fireplace. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely use them again on future work.

We needed a new roof and WISA responded right away with a great estimate. The representative provided us with samples and a detailed description of the job. The crew arrived on time and completed the job within the announced time frame. The cleanup afterwards was absolutely phenomenal. They did not leave a trace of the material that had to be removed. This was such a great experience I'm not sure where to start. I have been fortunate to work with some top notch contractors in my 15 years of home ownership but WISA ranks #1 on that list. First, its family owned, which if given the choice, I will always head that direction. Daoud the owner, is focused on quality first. That much is obvious from day 1. His mantra is preparation. If you prepare correctly the job goes as it should. He came by my home frequently to check on the job. Everyone that came into my home was hyper respectful of the house and my family. That in and of itself would have been enough...but the quality of work by all the craftsmen, and I mean craftsmen, was incredible. I had flooring, electric, drywall, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and painting done - complete main floor remodel. Everyone worked for WISA, with the exception of the counter top installers in the kitchen, which were fantastic as well. They don't have other companies to which they farm out the work. All WISA employees. Our design consultant handled everything from the appliances to the paint etc. She was wonderful. The best part of the experience was the father/son team that prepped the entire main floor, demo, drywalling, and painting. If you need an example of how to do these things correctly they are the model. I was super impressed with their attention to detail. By the end of the job they felt like family. I highly recommend WISA, they are VERY fairly priced, and the quality is amazing. I had this main floor remodel completed over the summer...and WISA showed up today to start a new job in my home!

We contacted Wisa Solutions in early October. Nelson Sanchez came to our home and did an inspection of our roof. Our roof was in pretty bad shape. Nelson continue to keep in contact with us while we were haggling with our insurance. He was very patient with us and the insurance and last week the first week of November 2020 we had our new roof installed. The roofers were very polite and cleaned up after they were done. Nelson came by our home during the install and also did a walk around twice with us just to make sure everything was done correct. He also took pictures of the roof with the damages and the new repairs of the plywood that needed to be done. We will continue to refer Wisa Solutions and Nelson Sanchez to our neighbors and friends.

WISA remodeled our bathrooms a few years ago and we were very happy with their work. When we decided to have rooms painted and new carpet installed, we called on WISA again. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner. The painters were meticulous, removing wallpaper that had been painted over and fixing some damage on our skylights. They painted the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and trim. They arrived on time and cleaned up each day. After painting, the carpets were installed. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend WISA for your remodeling needs. They take pride in their work and made sure we were satisfied.

I contacted WISA for them to come and take a look at the kitchen/dining/living room that I wanted to remodel in my place in Arlington. They were incredibly responsive and made the appointment to come and visit my home. Immediately they could understand the vision for the new footprint that I wanted. This involved moving walls, moving plumbing and electric and HVAC venting. The drawings they did were exactly what I wanted and we quickly moved forward with the contract and permitting. I visited their showroom to select materials. They understood the aesthetic I was trying to achieve and made some minor suggestions that made the entire thing turn out even better than I had imagined. I am very thrilled with the final result. I would also mention their contractors were also incredibly professional and every day they ensured they did their very best to keep the house as clean as possible (which is impossible through construction). Our home in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County needed a roof replacement. Got multiple estimates; WISA was not the lowest, but we had a feeling after getting to know the team that they would be the best -- and we were right.

After contacting multiple remodel companies for our full kitchen, half bath and first floor hardwood installation we decided to go with WISA. WISA didn’t pressure you, didn’t provide any “ promotional gimmicks”, their design was top notched and of all the companies they put everything in an estimate that couldn’t be beat. Not to mention they state upfront that if issues arise that they will fix it (i.e. “make it right”). Daoud and the team put you at ease through out the process. The project team was here every day, cleaned up before leaving. Any issues were communicated and then thoroughly fixed. There were some issues outside the scope of work that we wanted or needed to have completed and WISA didn’t hesitate to get them done. Apart from having to wait for the cabinet manufacturer on some specific island cabinets, they were done in less time than anticipated. We hired WISA to remove our old deck and to replace it with a larger deck and a screen porch. We choose WISA after seeing them work on a deck and screen porch on a house near us. We had talked with other companies but after meeting Daoud and Faouzi at the showroom we felt very comfortable in contracting with them. During the construction they always kept us informed. I had some concerns about the building code and the inspections, they addressed all my concerns and they made it all work flawlessly. We are very pleased with our new deck and screen porch.

We had a number of contractors give us a bid for our small kitchen and main bathroom in our 80-year-old house. But, we went with WISA not only because they had competitive pricing, but they were also thoughtful, responsive, respectful, and creative. We chose WISA Solutions to do a full remodel of a full bathroom for our kids and our master bathroom. WISA was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with as we conducted research prior to choosing a contractor. They gave us an in-depth consultation and did not pressure us while we made our decision unlike many other contractors. Having received multiple recommendations from co-workers who used WISA in the past coupled with feeling very comfortable with the WISA team, we decided to go with them for our bathroom remodel.

WISA finished our remodel in less than 2 months while managing us having a newborn in our house the entire time. We hired Wisa to finish our basement. We chose the company after meeting with other companies and determining that Wisa's quality was high and pricing was competitive. We also liked that it was a family business that used its own employees to perform the work. We were pleased with the professionalism of their staff and appearance of their showroom in Springfield. Wisa was able to provide input on fixture and design choices, and that was appreciated. Throughout our project, we experienced strong communication and responsiveness both from the office staff and those working at our house each day. Every Wisa employee we interacted with was friendly and respectful. Wisa kept us informed of the project's status and promptly answered our questions as they arose. In our view, what makes Wisa a five-star company is customer service, quality of workmanship, and a devotion to small details. For example, we would have never thought of it ourselves, but Wisa made certain all the doors had door stops so that the doors would not damage the new walls. It's a small thing, but we've asked around and many contractors do not include such things. As another example, as the project was finishing up we noticed a few minor nicks in the new walls and minor defects in the paint job. Before we said anything, Wisa had fixed them. We saw one of the employees closely inspecting every inch of the project using the light on his smart phone to make certain the finished project met our expectations. Ultimately, we have recommended Wisa to others, and we would not hesitate to work with Wisa on other home remodeling/renovating projects in the future.

We had WISA add a beautiful covered screened porch to our home, the third of three projects WISA solutions did to upgrade our home over the past four years! Based on the excellent craftsmanship, service and price competitiveness of our first project, a full kitchen and family room renovation, we went back to WISA Solutions for 3 bathrooms and the covered porch and deck! The folks at WISA did some beautiful work finishing two rooms in our basement. This is the third time I'm writing a review about WISA Solutions! We knew we would get superb workmanship and be kept in the loop by daily visits from the owner Daoud. This time the crew remodeled our entire first floor (except for the powder room and laundry rooms which they had previously done). All the old carpeting and paneling is gone and in their places we have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and smooth walls. We finally have better lighting because of extensive recessed lighting which they installed and the walls and ceilings got a facelift. The entire kitchen was redone and now looks like something out of a decorating magazine. Our home looks so welcoming now that we don't dread having company over. When we are ready to have the upstairs renovated we know who to call--we have WISA on speed dial!

WISA Solutions did such a splendid job of renovating our bathrooms, that we didn't even consider anyone else to update our laundry room recently. It was a tight space to work in but the results are beautiful especially considering that the walls and ceiling are not plumb. The new cabinets, built-in shelf unit, lighting system and floor really lift up my mood when it's time to do the laundry!

It gives us great pleasure to emphatically endorse WISA Solutions. At the onset of this process, we were seeking a contractor to renovate four bathrooms (a master, guest, and two powder rooms) in our 24-year old townhouse purchased in 2017. We researched numerous companies and interviewed three including WISA. While none of the three pushed the “hard sell” (a tactic we hate), it was WISA that really went beyond simply providing an estimate.

At our request, they assisted us with design and material choices. They advised us on current/popular trends, went into great detail over materials and brands, and provided best options to increase value for renting and resale (all before we committed to use them). What was most telling is that when we finished interviewing all three contractors and were still deliberating, WISA followed up to answer any outstanding questions we had. When we told them we were still deciding on a contractor, WISA responded, “Whether you decide to go with us or not, please consider us an information resource moving forward.”

Just prior to WISA starting our bathroom project, our basement flooded from a broken pipe causing us to also replace the floor, baseboards, and some drywall. We therefore expanded WISA’s scope of work to include these repairs. From start to finish, WISA’s employees were clean (drop cloths, taking shoes off, keeping doors closed even in the small bathrooms to reduce noise and dust), courteous, professional and competent. At our request, they routinely explained problems with previous work they discovered during the demolition phase. They also did so by explaining building concepts in layman’s terms, providing us knowledge we can use in the future and empowering us as consumers.

WISA tradesmen’s work was done with great forethought, precision, and quality. Also of note is that when WISA encountered issues, they resolved them without turning every item into a change order. Their pricing would be reasonable for an average contractor, but definitely demonstrates an elevated value proposition for consumers due to their high quality of work and professionalism. Any praise we provide will still fall short of demonstrating our extreme satisfaction with WISA. We can provide no stronger endorsement; we will only use WISA for future renovations.

Wisa solutions has been my go to for all my remodeling. They have remodeled my kitchen, which included opening it and taking down a wall, my entire basement that added a bar and a bathroom, my roof, my outdoor patio with pavers and a pergola and two of my bathrooms. Their employees are very courteous and clean up every day, the office is amazing to work with on suggestions for finishes. I am very happy with all the work they have done and looking forward to my next project with them.

We have now used WISA twice for two major remodeling jobs to get properties sold. In both cases, the work was done at a high quality and without worry.

The first property was a kitchen remodel. The end result was beautiful - Daoud ensures a high quality of work from his teams and at the job. He even noticed a minor plumbing issue in our kitchen and proactively fixed it for us! We also had this property painted wall to wall. This property had vaulted ceilings with some drywall damage. Again, the paint job came out beautifully done.

The second property was a bathroom gut and remodel, wall-to-wall paint, window replacement, and recarpet. This property had significant drywall damage (i.e. popped drywall nails, previous bad patch jobs, etc.). His team fixed all of that making the walls look like new. The bathroom, again, came out beautifully done. Daoud also noticed a closet door that had fallen into disrepair and suggested I have it fixed. (in the case of that closet door, he merely charged me the cost of the closet door, and not the labor). He was also quick to follow-up with me when one of my replacement windows inadvertently cracked to get it replaced (at no charge).

Daoud is also very thoughtful to give his opinions and recommendations (given his extensive experience in buying, repairing houses, and putting them on the market). He had a few other thoughtful suggestions for my properties (some suggestions I took, others I passed on).

Overall, WISA cares deeply about the quality of work they do - their staff is always very accessible, friendly, and easy to work with. We plan on reaching out to them again for our current property in the near future.

We are the Lempkes in Kingstowne, VA. We own a townhouse that is 30 years old. This past year we decided to replace our deck and upgrade our kitchen. The wife and I recently had our out dated Kitchen and main floor remodeled and the results were awesome!!! This was our first remodel project and was a little apprehensive with some of the estimates we received but after sitting down with Waris and Daoud who had many great ideas about design and layout, that helped us make the decision to go with WISA Solutions statement of work and fixed price. Along with the promise if they run into anything unexpected it will be taken care of no extra charge. I didn't hear that from other companies. Well, needless to say once demolition began they ran into to several and all were taken care of as promised. We saw the great work being performed right before our eyes and the wife and I began looking at others things that we wanted addressed and added four change orders to the main floor and they quoted us a reasonable price and without interruption worked them in and still finished ahead of schedule. They earned our trust and we plan to use them for future projects without any apprehension.

We recently had our siding and trim done by WISA Solutions and would highly recommend them! Their prices were fair and the quality of their work excellent. We found WISA because they were in our neighborhood (Waverly Crossing,Chantilly )doing a complete remodel of a home just up the street. Everyday when I drove past that house I would admire the workmanship—my husband thought the same- as did our neighbors. This is what prompted us to have our house siding and trim done after many years of simply contemplating it. The guys who did the work are perfectionists with an eye for detail. WISA Solutions remodeled two bathrooms and replaced our kitchen backsplash and chandeliers. The end results were awesome !! It is refreshing to find a contracting company who genuinely cares about the customer. The staff were professional and even "fixed" many things that were incorrectly installed by the previous contractor. They came in on budget and finished within the project timeframe. Professional and Committed to Excellence

We had only a small project - repairing our tile floor and installing a new water heater. For that, they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. If they were an ordinary good contractor; this review would be short. It would merely say outstanding work done on time with no extra requests for money. We received quality - price - and schedule. It is rare to get all three.

However, this is not an ordinary good contractor. This is a special contractor. If we ever do renovation/construction work, we will try to go to them if we can afford to do so. Why?

We are both retired military officers that have owned homes across this country. Not once have we had a company just do what was obviously needed to be done, without saying a word, and without cost.

Our job was small, but WISA treated us like a big customer. They perfectly leveled the floor jackhammered by the plumber and made the floor more level than before the destruction of our foundation. They could not simply install new tile. We had a wood floor design to our tile, no cut was square. There is no way to tell the old tile from the new.

They installed new piping and modernized the hot water heater area of our very old home when installing the new tank. What may seem small to them was moving to us - we had a light fixture that needed replaced. We figured they would just use a portable cage light until their job was done and we would replace the broken fixture later. But, without asking and for no additional charge, they swapped out the broken light fixture including the minor wiring work for a new one without a word before or after. This speaks to their character - they go above what is asked of them without question, without expense, and without bragging in hopes of getting new work. Without pause, my husband and I were impressed and pleased. We had previous work performed by other contractors - kitchen renovations, a 2,300 square foot addition, and a pool. We girded our loins ready for the disaster that comes with dealing with contractors - mess, unexpected delays/surprises, additional costs, etc. Instead, we found that special unicorn that we did not believe could ever exist in a contractor - one that is timely, keeps the price that was proposed, and does outstanding quality work - the trifecta!

Great work by a professional crew. Our job was about $68K but it also included some exterior repairs and total remodel of a huge bathroom. In addition they put up New chandeliers and a new large oled TV. The bathroom remodel included flooring a new shower enclosure with decorative features that go to the top of a high ceiling, new lighting, new vanities, a make up area, a stand alone jetted tub, painting and a separate small room for the cats with lighting and a pocket door. They repaired and stained an outside deck and repainted the front of our house and put up new lighting. I worked with them through build.comand got the best combination of quality and price on Kholer hardware. The new shower doors are 82” and well made custom doors. The project looks great and stayed on budget. He also put in an 8’ cabinet where we had unused space.

These guys are professionals in scheduling, woodworking and supervision. They know what they are doing, they do it very well, and they do it honestly. And I do mean honestly. I know from two experiences that they do it for the best price anywhere and that there is never a cut corner. I absolutely recommend them.
