From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to high-quality work. They arrived right on time, worked seamlessly together, and left my property spotless when they were done.

Wirtzy construction was recommended to me for a new roof back in 2018. I was very pleased with the work they did. Tuesday of this week, during a very windy day, a few shingles blew off the top of the roof. I contacted Wirtzy via email at about 6:00 p.m. when I noticed the damage and asked them to come by and give me an estimate. I had a reply from Josh that it was under warranty and would be taken care of at 7:30 p.m. I came home from work the next day, and the repair had already been done at no cost. Wirtzy is fast to respond, courteous, professional and does great work. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Wirtzy Construction for your roofing repair or replacement. We had them replace our roof back in 2018 and they did a great job. A couple weeks ago we noticed a few ridge vent shingles ripped off in a recent wind storm. I called Wirtzy to get an estimate on the repair since we were pleased with their quality and service on the original installation. Josh came out immediately to look at the damage and quickly determined that there was an issue with the Owen’s Corning roof vent that would be covered under warranty. He also noticed some issues with shingles around the perimeter of the roof left by the Gutter Installers. Long story short, his crew came out a week later, installed new roof vent and shingles under warranty and repaired the damage left by the gutter at no cost to me. Absolutely fabulous customer care and service at a level unheard of in today’s business world! I highly recommend Wirtzy Construction!!

We were referred to Wirtzy construction from a number of friends and family. Needed a new roof . Thought we had two layers of shingles but turned out to have three. The original plywood decking was absolutely past its lifetime. Josh went Way out of his way to keep our cost down. So glad we went with Josh. He was absolutely professional and friendly. Definitely 10 out of 10 rating.

Josh was very upfront and fair when he gave me a quote. He got me on the schedule quick and his crew knocked it out in 5hrs! It’s great quick quality work! We are super happy with the finished product and highly recommend!

He looked at the insurance company’s estaminet and found it to be way off!

Josh and his team did a great job! He took pictures of hail damage that my insurance company accepted after their inspector said he didn't see any, and then when the insurance company gave their estimate Josh saw several things that their automated estimation software missed about our particular roof. When they replaced the roof they were in and out in a day and cleanup was almost perfect.

Josh roofed my house several years ago and did a great job. Recently I needed someone to climb on my roof and check something, I couldn't because I recently had shoulder surgery. I called Josh and he sent one of his guys over to check it out for me. I offered to pay him but he said we're good. I would highly recommend Wirtzy, they are the best!

We had Wirtzy redo our roof after the large hail storm in March 2023. We had our roof and gutters replaced.

He also worked with us to coordinate some work repairing and repainting our fascia and soffits in some areas that needed it while the gutters were already off.

Everyone who came to our house throughout the project was very polite and helpful to anything we needed. That includes Wirtzy's direct crew, as well as the painters and gutter folks. Everything looks great, and I would strongly recommend Wirtzy to anyone in the area.

Josh and his crew replaced the roof on our house after we had hail damage. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. The new roof looks great and you couldn't tell they had been there. They made sure there were zero scraps or old nails on the ground and they didn't tear up the yard. I recommend them to all of my friends and family and will definitely use them again when needed.

I've had Wirtzy do several roofing projects for me over the years and every time it's been done exactly as I requested and very, very quickly. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We had Wirtzy quote our roof awhile back. We had been in contact about getting a new roof, but then I didn't hear from him for 2 months and no follow-up. I received a call 2 months later saying he was coming to do our roof that week. Since we hadn't heard anything, we had already looked elsewhere. We were cussed out and said we were the worst customers he has ever had. Very unprofessional! I would give 0 stars if I could with how I was treated!

My roof was seriously damaged after the Derecho last year. I contacted Josh Wirtzy thinking I would have a long wait to get my roof repaired, but it turned out much better than I expected. He was able to get over within of week of when I contacted him. He inspected it and gave me the estimate. The date was set for the new roof, he showed up on time in the morning and by lunchtime my new roof was finished! Great job, very professional, I will absolutely recommend Wirtzy Construction!

Josh and his crew were amazing!! Not only did they do a great job but they got it done in one day! The crew was very well organized and they all knew what their job was and the did that job well. We have a rubber membrane that covers a portion of a flat area of our roof. It began flapping on the wind because it was not placed correctly by the previous person that roofed the home. I called Josh and he came over and not only fixed that, but installed a few extra vents that we needed, and referred me to a person that saved me a bit on my gutter replacement. Josh and his crew we're all polite, happy to be doing a good job and helping us out. The bill came in as estimated. Highly recommend.

Used Wirtzy to replace my roof in Ames. Despite having to strip 3 layers of old shingles off, replace multiple sheets of rotted plywood, and knock down an old chimney and sheet over it, Wirtzy was still able to finish by 3pm the same day they started. They did a great job of cleaning up as well. Didn't see any trash or nails in the yard after they left. Josh was easy to deal with and even offered different suggestions to help the roof fit my budget. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get roofing done.
