Easy Camping RV

I've been going to easy camping for a couple of years now since I moved to Iowa. I had nothing but great service. I had an older camper, and they put new bearing, new awning, and also redid the roof. Awesome job. The owner, Dustin, is great to work with. Thank you, Dustin. I now have a newer camper. I will have them do all work if needed.

Love love LOVE this family run business! My family and I were lucky to literally stumble on to Easy Camping RV while we were driving by. Ryan was at the office and even though he was busy, he greeted us warmly and showed us around to look at both new and used campers. He then explained the rental options. We were amazed at the affordability of renting an RV that would sleep all 7 of us! We were more blown away by Ryan's willingness to take time and explain the process and even made an RV available for us by the end of a week for our trip to Wisconsin! We had a blast and our 4 legged kiddos came too! This whole office made us feel welcome and did everything to make our trip easy and enjoyable. Ryan was even available to our family on a Saturday via text when we had a question about propane. I'm already planning another trip in a couple months and we know who we are calling! So happy to have found this company! Took so much stress off the trip!

We had some major roof leaks, they removed the membrane and replaced plywood in the roof. Very profession and very fair on their cost. I would always take my camper there for service or repairs.

We were looking for hi lo, these folks had one, they were excellent at communicating and showing us any issues they found from 5 hours away via video. No games, no drama, good folks good prices. Friendly and eager to make happy customers. Excellent job!!!

Great experience. Donavan picked up trade in and demonstrated the new one. Ryan coordinated everything and got me in to the camper I wanted. What an awesome team. Definitely will recommend. Would buy from them again! Thanks guys.

Easy Camping will forever take care of all my trailer needs! They are absolutely fantastic to work with and go above and beyond what’s requested. I took my trailer in to have some work done and my experience was exceptional. Not only was the problem fixed but it was done well. The technician spent time with me explaining what was all repaired and making sure to answer all my questions along the way. The office staff was wonderful keeping me up to date on the progress and everything was done in the timeframe I was told. These guys are wonderful to work with!

I went in recently to inquire about rentals but was pleasantly surprised to see campers for sale too! They have both new and used, that look extremely well-maintained, so absolutely worth the trip to check them out. I was helped out by Ryan, who was super friendly and knowledgeable, so definitely ask for him when you stop by! Looks like they did some recent little renovations to the store and lot too. All-in-all it was a great and simple experience for me.

Had a great experience with renting the 32 foot Jayco! Clean, fully loaded, and plenty of space for my family on a long weekend tailgating. Smooth and simple process from rental to drop off. Customer service was informative, understanding, and pleasant for a carefree experience. Will definitely rent a trailer camper from Easy Camping RV again.

First time renting a trailer and it was easy. They answered all of my questions and delivered the trailer to our campground for a family reunion.

Dustin was phenomenal and helped us for the week we needed a unit. RV was in great working condtition and filled our needs great. Looking forward to 2025 rental!

Dustin and crew helped us out greatly for our football season tailgating needs. They even set up the camper for us for an event and they were responsive with any questions we had before, during, and after our multiple rentals.

I cannot say enough things about this little place in Nevada!! We broke down heading to Minnesota, Friday morning, due to a wheel bearing which lead to multiple other things. The mechanic spent all day getting us back on the road, after 3-4 trips to the part store, which was in Ames by the way. It made our time there a little longer. But we pulled out some lawn chairs, played some cards, and a refresher in the parking lot as we waited. The staff there was amazing, and so very nice as we dealt with the unexpected. I think we will start having them service our camper from now on!!!

We’ve rented a camper from Easy Camping RV for several years. The campers are great, perfect floor plan for taking the grandkids. Very easy to reserve and pickup and they were very accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend!

We rented a camper for about a week over the 4th of July and the process was so easy! This company was so nice to work with and the camper was so nice and clean! We will definitely use again in the future!

Dustin was great with getting us in the camper we needed for our little weekend adventure-So happy we found a place we can rent from so close to home that is accommodating and helpful and has a wide selection to choose from. Very fair pricing and great service -highly recommend!

We have rented from Easy Camping RV for the last two years and will be using them again next year! We were super happy with the camper’s floor plan, as it worked well for our family of six. The bunk room was a hit with the kids and the outdoor kitchen was very convenient!

Amazing customer service! Not only did they offer delivery, they also picked up the RV and unhooked everything. All i had to do was show up and then leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had friends taking my camper to the State Fair and my electric jack had seized. Dustin and his dad had it replaced within 24 hours (even though they were busy delivering campers to the fair)! Absolute top notch service and they've gained a customer for life!!! Neat people***go see them.

These guys are awesome! I was in town from northern Illinois picking up a trailer that sat for over 20 years and brought it to them and told them we were hoping to hit the road the next day. They took my trailer in immediately and did a great job getting the trailer ready for a safe trip back to northern Illinois extremely fast! I wish they were closer to where I live because I would use them for any trailer maintenance or repair that I need. Thank you guys!

Talk about wonderful humans!!! These guys went out of their way to help us out as we were on a trip and a time crunch. They we kind and generous and got us fixed up. A family owned business that you want to support. If I could give 10 stars I would. Honest kind and hardworking

Would not recommend for service!!
Had appointment to have camper looked at due to problems- took them 5 days to get it in (after appt) and we had to call them twice. Rude on the phone and not apologetic at all. When diagnosed told use they would have parts and have it fixed the next week. Even knowing we were on a time line when that date came they still didn't have it done. I understand getting parts and waiting on material but if they would have had it looked at the day (or even the following day) when we had the appointment then we would have had time to wait a week for parts to come in etc. Never again and would not recommend at all. Again throughout this entire process staff were rude on the phone and not apologetic. Needless to say we picked the camper up without them working on it and will not be back.

We had a family gathering over the 4th of July and needed extra space for the extended family. I reached out to Easy Camping to rent a camper to setup in our yard in rural Story County. This is the first time we rented a camper and Easy Camping was very helpful and patient with all my questions. (and I asked a lot :-) ) We paid for them to deliver and setup and it was worth the extra amount! Efficient reservation process, easy to get to, and the camper was very clean and well stocked. Rates are very competitive. We will rent from them in the future if needed. Highly Recommend

We were traveling through Ia. Staying with a Navy buddy and his wife. When the furnace had trouble lighting. We looked up RV repair and found Easy Camping RV in Nevada Ia we called and told them what we had. They said bring it in they would look at it. We took it in the next day and were met with two Technicians, Jeff Allen and Donovan. They were very professional we took them around the trailer showing them what was wrong. They said they would do what they could to fix the problems. We left. The next day they called and said the camper was ready. When we got there they met us and showed us the WORKING FURNESS. They also fixed the improperly installed escape window, the door latch on the out side stowage compartment. Any way, we are completely satisfied with their work, and would highly recommend them. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Our group has rented campers for the last 3 years from Easy Camping and we highly recommend. Efficient reservation process, easy to get to, and the campers have always been clean and well stocked. Rates are very competitive. After their above and beyond service this year, it sealed the deal that they will be our go-to spot for camper reservations for the future.
