When our estimate from Jake was the most reasonable of those we got, we made the choice to use their services. We are very happy that we did. They showed up when they told us they would, communicated clearly about a few issues that came up, worked with us when we needed extra help on an unrelated issue and our final bill was what we expected rather than full of surprises, as we experienced with another business.
