King's Restoration & Renovations

We had King’s restoration remodel our kitchen and half bath last summer, and was going to continue on some work in our basement where the foundation had been weeping slightly and ruined some baseboard and hardwood. Everything was well done, extremely high standards, completely professional- until a week or two went by and we noticed my grandfather’s ashes were missing, from the kitchen area where the work was done. We eventually found the decorative urn in the backyard underneath the deck, and the ash was mixed with what smelled like urine. Our son patrick swears he saw Salvador take the urn and move it outside, but never saw it come back in. Completely unprofessional, and we will not be calling him again.

We had a lot of damage from the “bomb cyclone” in our area. Our contractor worked so well with our insurance company and was able to start repairs even earlier than predicted and finished in the time he estimated. He responded quickly to all of our questions or concerns and we ended up very happy with all that he did. Back in our home now and we are so happy with both the work he did indoors ant out.

Salvador and his team were awesome! We appreciated all of his communication and always responsive. We will use them again when we remodel our bedroom. Totally recommend!

King’s Renovation did a tile and quartz shower rebuild for us after a flooding event (not caused by them). Salvador was friendly, responsive and very willing to work with my insurance company. His estimates, payment and documentation processes are professional and transparent. I would gladly use his services in the future.

Salvador was so great to work with. I highly recommend his services. He came in clutch after we had a water leak and helped us through the whole process dealing with our homeowners insurance. It was great experience working with Salvador and his team on our remodeling project which we completed early this year. We built a covered patio and added a bedroom with a bathroom in the lower level of our home. The contractors Salvador brought for working on the project were professionals and did really good work. Salvador was also very responsive on any questions and concerns during the project. Though we slipped on the targeted completion date due to several factors beyond our control Salvador was always on top of the things and we are very satisfied with the work.

Did a great job on my bathroom renovation. The owner even came in before the work was finished and did walk through to check on the work, and when he noticed something that wasn't to his standard, he had it fixed immediately. I've even contacted them for another job already.

King's Renovations installed flooring in my attic space over the garage in my home, along with pull-down steps for access. The work they did was timely and professional. I am so pleased to have the extra space and was able to move items out of storage and into my home.

King’s Renovation came in and fixed my house up after some water damage that ruined my whole main floor. Once materials came in they got me scheduled in really quickly and about just as fast they installed all new vinyl flooring, tiled my bathroom, installed a toilet and vanity, a new door, and all of the trim work down stairs. They did an excellent job and communicated with me the whole time. It’s been almost a year and everything is still just as perfect as it was once they finished! Great quality work that lasts! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their house!

Kings renovations was a pleasure to work with on our bathroom remodel. Salvador communicates thoroughly throughout the process and responds to client questions/requests quickly. It’s not always easy to live in a house during a renovation, but his guys were always careful to keep things cleaned up after them making the experience more pleasant. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I am very happy with how beautiful the finishes and tile are that they installed. They did a lot of plumbing, electrical, structural, and duct work on the project as well, and it’s always a great feeling knowing the bones of the remodel are good too. Salvador went the extra mile for us a number of times during the process, and we felt very taken care of. Will definitely hire for future projects and recommend to others.

After owning multiple homes, and rental properties it was a pleasure to find Kings renovation. Salvador is a very impressive young man. He exceeded all my expectations. I can’t say enough about his old fashioned first class service. His communication skills are a breath of fresh air. His attention to detail is exceptional. All the way down to clean up after each day of construction. His craftsmanship is excellent. I was surprised at his pricing. It is affordable, and competitive. Just a pleasure doing business with him, and his crew. We’ve already hired him to do another project for us.

King's Renovations did a wonderful job redoing our bathroom due to water damage. The work is quality and top notch. We will be having cosmetic work done to the main part of our house next year. Salvador and his team are extremely professional and are perfectionists. After we had water damage in our kitchen they helped coordinate everything so we could get everything better than it even was before the damage. We are thankful for all of the beautiful work they did.

We hired King’s Renovations to renovate our kitchen, install new carpet and flooring. The project took about 2 months. Here are just a couple issues we had with them.

There were some dents on the lower parts of the wall throughout the house after the carpet was removed and the flooring was installed, we asked them to patch and paint them since it was damaged during the removal of the carpet and there was some hesitation from Salvador saying it “wasn’t in their scope” but he fixed most of the dents.

During the removal of the flooring in the restroom they stumbled upon an air vent that was covered by the previous owners, they suggested we leave it open. We appreciated they communicated with us with that odd find.
However, while removing carpet in the living room they came across a random wire that was cut off sticking up from the floor covered by the carpet. Instead of consulting with us they drilled a hole in the new flooring and ran the wire through the hole leaving it exposed. Sadly we noticed the wire days after the job was done and when we asked Salvador about it he said there was two options. OPTION ONE; they cut the wire and put black paste over the hole, and OPTION TWO; take half of the flooring off, cut the wire, then add a new floor board(but that would cost extra). Super dissatisfied how the situation was handled. They were not consistent with communication.

OVERALL, at a glance they did a great job, but with the hesitation of fixing issues they caused and not paying attention to detail, I would not suggest them or be a returning customer.

Salvador and his team did a fantastic job completing all of the trim throughout our house as well as finishing a closet. They were punctual, communicative, friendly, and very efficient. I absolutely will be contacting them again for future projects. I highly recommend them!

Quality work from a dedicated, professional team. We love our remodeled bathroom. This crew paid attention to every detail. Salvador communicates well regarding status of work . I appreciate the follow up work in making sure grouting was clean and details were addressed. Great job!

It made me change my perspective of contractors because of previous renovations I had done in my home this contractor not only did what they promised but exceeded my expectations.
