We just had 6 windows and a patio door installed in a summer cottage. Brian arrived with 3 other guys right on time. He asked if I had any questions and they covered floors to prevent dirt from tracking in. They got right to work and worked constantly from 8 to 6pm. I don’t think they even took breaks, not even for lunch. They were very respectful to us and our cottage. Brian was having a very difficult time installing the door so rather than making a mistake, he called another Brian and he arrived to help. They figured it out and it looks great!! Before they left, all areas were vaccumed and Brian checked every window. All the window stickers were removed and the windows were cleaned. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and their desire to do the job right. I am definitely a happy customer of Window World of Western MA!!

Ariel and his colleague did an amazing job replacing our rotting French doors with a beautiful slider that lets in a ton more light. Very professional, polite, kept me informed, presented options, cleaned everything up, and did great work. Ariel did not leave without first ensuring my wife and I were satisfied with the work he did.

Window World installed 14 windows in my house in one day. There was a crew of 4 installers who worked on a very hot summer day. I liked the service so much that I had them back a few months later to install a new front door and a new storm door. Both installed in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend them.

All employees were very professional. They took time to make sure the windows that I chose were properly installed and that I was happy with the final results.

My experience with Window World was truly amazing. From the sales conference to the Instellation and clean up I believe there is no other company that is as competent, easy to work with or is as thorough. Window World replaced the roof, roof windows, and four double-hung windows in our home. The crews were professional, punctual, friendly, and did a terrific job. The company is very focused on customer satisfaction. They kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the work. Everyone at Window World from the show room personnel to installation staff is friendly and courteous. On the day of service, instead of crude language and raised voices, my mother heard crew members saying “please” and “thank you” to each other! Beyond being very pleasant, the team was punctual, skilled, and efficient. Ariel, the leader, was very attentive, willing to stop his work to address any questions or concern, and Jeremy, responsible for insulation, was also very considerate. Very informative from beginning of initial home visit review of needs. Then throughout great insight on need visit and throughout waiting period for install date which was on target and presence on-site was impeccable from tear down demo of old windows to install of new ones including their care for our home for protection throughout the install and final clean-up and review of how the new windows work. Additionally, I believe our pricing package was very competitive; as well we were able to finance over a 15 month period.

Received a fair price on 14 windows with outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ariel & his crew provided a great customer experience and were very courteous throughout the day. Highly recommend .

Jordan and his crew were great to work with. Always showed up at a reasonable time and worked a full day. Asked questions and had answers to any questions we had involving the project. I had all of the windows, a rear entry door and sliding patio door replaced at my home. Each project was completed in a timely manner and all of the members of their team were polite and professional. I had four basement windows installed in a 130 year old house. Some of them were original to the dwelling.The guys were great and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure my windows were level and plumb when they installed them. They trimmed/flashed them up to make them look neat and to make sure that the rain falls away when it hits the windows.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Window World, salesperson, staff and installers! Ariel and his crew were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing new windows! What a difference they make! No more drafts and much quieter as well.

2nd time using Window World. Ryan and Crew arrived early (very glad for this) in the arctic weather. They were mindful of getting windows in place quickly. Everyone was professional, thorough with the installation and cleaned up all debris and floors.

Just had new windows installed by window world. I absolutely love them. Ariel, the foreman, did such a great job with the installation team. The cleanup was fabulous both inside the house and out in the yard. I would highly recommend this company !

Never ever would I hire Window World to do anything again!!! Stay clear of getting aa screen door from them because they don't back their work and the products they sell are not quality products. They accuse me of the problems with the screen door they installed, which is a complete lie!!! First they installed the wrong door I ordered. Returned with the right one. After completing the installation the worker TRIED to show me how to lock the screendoor. He had a difficult time doing it. Had to lift it up to align it. Should of questions it right then and there. Next the door wouldf not shut properly. They came and tried to fix it. I did hear him say toi the other worker that he thought it was a manufacturing problem. When I called back 2 weeks later with the same issue they said it was my problem and wouldf not do anything more to fix the door. Looking at ther door I notice that the handles were different colors.Outside is silver, inside is gold. They instaalled a showroom door. NEVER AGAIN AND MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

This a complete lie. You are the ones that said the wind took my door, which never happened! I said that the only time the door was held open is when my appliance was being delivered. I know they were so careful and never touched the door. You wanted me to go after them for the cvost of repair and I refused.
Trust me I am willing to pay for any service done on my property. All I wanted is the door to be fixed. As I said you insist that I damged the door. There aare no marks, scratch marks or dents on this door to blame anyone except yourselves.
You are the rudest people/company I have the displeasure to deal with.
Let's not forget that you had to come back 3 times to finally fix the outside panel of the window. You also left a mess on my front lawn from all the cutting of the vinyl and wood. Also took you 3 times to deliver the screens. First only 2 out of four were deliver. Second time one of the screens didn't fix and finally the third time you delivered the screen!!!
So am I a disgruntle customer absolutely!!!!

I cannot express how amazing working with Window World has been from beginning to end. Our house went through a complete transformation with new windows and siding and it looks beautiful. Every single interaction with the employees was always professional, pleasant and friendly. While the workers were here they were respectful and informed us of any situations that they may have encountered. Tim, Grace, Nick, Seth, Brandon and Jonathan were great as were all the other employees working on our project. Even after the project was done I was contacted to follow up on things and check on our satisfaction. The 3 men that installed our new windows were very nice and did an AMAZING job. We had a problem with the placement of our faucet from a home depot install (never using them again, ever). The windows world assoc was able to figure out how to make the windows fit with the faucet being where it was. These windows have made our room brighter and warmer. We will be using Window World for our upcoming house renovations. I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review today to thank Window World for the wonderful transformation they made to our home.
We had a generous snow storm the night before our replacement window install with Window World. I sent them a email on a Sunday afternoon to see if they were still coming. Minutes later I received a reply insuring me that they would be here the next morning regardless of the snow and freezing cold weather. Just as promised the men from Window World arrived right at the time they said they would arrive. Many trucks and men arrived enthusiastic and ready to go. John, was the lead man. He explained how the job was go and what we should expect. He was extremely pleasant to us and his crew of men. They all worked together seamlessly. Each man knew what he had to do and how to do it.
The weather was freezing cold but these guys worked as if it was a beautiful summer day. No rushing or cutting corners to get through the job. John kept everything running smoothly. There was also another Forman working with the men outside. We felt so confident in every thing this great crew of men were doing. We had absolutely no worries. I cannot thank John and every single man for their great workmanship and being so professional and courteous.
They replaced 8 windows one was a large bay window that was replaced with a picture window and a double hung window on either side. Just beautiful! They had to replace siding on the outside of that window, again a beautiful job. All of our new windows are draft free and beautiful. The woodwork is beautiful. Caulked, primed and ready to paint. As you can tell we couldn’t be happier and can’t say enough about our experience with Window World.

We had a two-day project from Window World. Jeremy and Joe installed a storm door and entry door. They were both friendly and professional and their work was very good. The next day Jordan and his crew came and installed new siding. Their attitude and work ethic were quite impressive. Our expectations were exceeded with this project. We’re delighted with the work Window World did on our garage project. The Drost family, Chuck, and other members of the team are professional and friendly - you really get all the benefits of both a family owned and big business in one package. From the second I opened the door to see Ariel and have him greet me, it was obvious the experience was going to be a good one. From his introduction, to explaining how the window installation process would work it was truly "perfection". Together we went through the house marking each window (27 in total ) that were being replaced . Then "the team " quickly came in and carefully covered their workspace and got to work. Another couple of workers came as well, also working efficiently and non stop. I believe total of 8 amazing workers were here. I wish I had written down each of their names! Ariel, was always available to answer any questions or concerns (which were not many!). Each team member was professional and worked efficiently throughout the day, installing and cleaning up each area they worked in. By late morning almost all the windows were replaced and they began the outside work of framing the windows with new aluminum. Outside crew was putting the old windows in the truck and cleaning up any debris. No-one ever stopped working. I actually had to coerce them to grab a cup of coffee and pastry ! Midway through the day, Nick arrived just to check on how things were going and get our feedback. By late afternoon the job was completed. Ariel, went over things with me (including a lesson on how to open & clean them ). They also had noticed a small (and I mean small) imperfection in one window. It was plainly noted and we were assured that a replacement would be ready within weeks. We could not be happier with the quality of the windows, the work ethic and the follow-up . A great team of people with a top notch leader. Everyone we met with, starting withLanea, and spoke with, treated us with great respect and answered all our questions with great clarity and kindness. Every company should operate in this manner. Our 80+ year old home looks fabulous. A million thanks to all !

We really appreciated the in-depth explanation about our options and the clear communication from the day we signed the contract to the day the window was installed. Our second project, scheduled for November 2024, involved replacing a 50-year-old bow window with a new bay window. For obvious reasons, I requested Ariel and his team to complete the project. Once again, they arrived a few minutes before their scheduled 2-hour arrival window starting at noon and greeted us as old friends. The team was friendly, courteous, and respectful; perhaps even more so, given our existing relationship. Immediately, they began to remove the old window and did so in an impressive manner with little disruption to our day (again, Ma was napping). The installation of the bay window went perfectly (it “fit like a glove”), the cleanup was thorough, and the results speak for themselves (see pictures) and they were done before 5pm. Awesome work on the part of Ariel and his team, leaving us with a spectacular view of the Holyoke Range! That view, the enhanced beauty of the home, and the improved energy efficiency of our home was well worth the cost of the project investment.

Jeremy did a spectacular job installing our new front entry door. He was very detailed and conscientious in his workmanship. Cleaned up everything at completion and protected the work space throughout the installation process.

After having hired Window World on two other occasions, we knew who to contact when we discovered some water damage to the wood supporting our enclosed porch. Tim and Brian stopped by to preliminarily discover where the major issues might lie and to answer our questions. On the first day of the project, Sean and Eric removed the siding and took photographs so that the extent of the damage could be understood and assessed. On day two, Chuck, John (Buck), Craig and Tommy removed the damaged wood and, after consulting with Tim, made the final decision regarding how to structurally rectify the issues in the most cost effective manner. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to the small details that would ultimately blend the original structure with the new repairs. When choices were possible, we were asked to weigh in on specific aesthetic decisions. Extra efforts were also made to ensure that our property showed little signs of their hard work after they departed EACH day--not just at the end of the job. Honestly, this team--including Tim at the helm--has yet again provided us with the comfort of knowing a job was being done right! Thanks to all!

I recently had WW of Western Massachusetts install a new roof on my home. The crew showed up on time, were very polite and diligently worked on the roof. Justin was courteous and very responsive to my questions and concerns. The crew did a great roofing job and cleaned my yard. I am very pleased with the work done by Window World. We also had four new custom exterior doors installed at our house as well as a new garage door. The installation team of Brandon and Justin was terrific as they were prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and completed the job in an efficient manner. In addition, they were neat with the clean up.
