Sliding patio door replacement - very prompt estimate service, price quoted was reasonable for the product offered, and they had one on their showroom to see. Installation went well, crew was on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Communication throughout was good and professional. Would use them again.

Window Design & Remodeling replaced the forty year old deck on the back of our house. Window Design removed the old deck and concrete patio. They had a new reinforced concrete patio installed and then installed a new deck on the pad using the latest techniques and materials. The installation crew was courteous and the yard was left neat and clean. The sales representative was promptly responsive to all our questions. Thirty days in we are very satisfied and enjoying our new deck.

Review #2. We had Window Design back to do a total remodel our master bath. They replaced the shower, vanity, lighting, plumbing, flooring, walls, painted, added outlets and a ceiling fan. They widened the doors to the bedroom and the master bath with the future in mind. They were very accommodating and fixed everything just as we asked them to. We are very pleased with all the work.

We had used WD&R for new windows a few years ago. The company was easy to work with, with quality products & experienced installers.
Last summer we had problems with water damage in our basement. It took months to repair the problems. I checked with several remodeling contractors. WD&R was our choice. We recently remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. We had worked with Mike Watkins and Windows Design on a previous project to add a screened porch, which we love and use whenever the weather cooperates. They were our first contact for this major project.

Mike patiently helped us with the design, incorporating our needs and wants. The four person crew led by Frank and Brandon was very respectful of our desire to reside in the basement for the project's duration. Their workmanship and the quality of materials was unsurpassed. The bid I received was less than I expected. I had several projects including Under Deck replacement, a new storm door and a Gun Room. Rodney's crew were amazing. I can't say enough about them. They had great ideas and were true professionals.

I had 2 bathrooms remodeled by Window Design and Remodeling. Aaron Wheatly was great to with with! Answered my many questions and kept me informed through the whole process. We needed new windows. After multiple estimates we chose window design. They provided excellent value for the price. Installation was superb. We are more than happy and would chose them again.

In August we went to Window Design's Grand re-Opening. We have lived in our for house for 31years and decided it was time for Siding. So we had sales rep come out and give us an estimate. He was very accommodating. The project was started Dec.9. The crew that worked on installing the siding were very good and helpful working with us. Our experience with Window Design was great.

From the initial meeting to project completion, it was a smooth and quick (3-month) process. We got under-decking, 2 new sliding doors and a front door with side panels. It took a week to complete and I am in love with the upgraded look it gave our home. I also appreciated the crew of 4 who made sure to be respectful of me as I worked in my home office. Worksite was kept clean, they were never disruptive to my day and I always got an update before they left. I will definitely contact Mike and WD for our next project!

We have used Window Design and Remodeling several times. The first was a total bathroom remodel to accommodate my husband's wheelchair. The plan Michael Watkins designed was perfect. The end result was amazing! The workmen were so thoughtful and thorough in their jobs. The second was a repair on my ceiling. Excellent work. Workers kept construction dust, etc , confined and were very thoughtful about surroundings in my home. Third was re-do of my front porch archway. Very satisfied with the way it came out. We decided to add stairs and an extension to our screened in deck. We did our homework and took multiple bids for the job.

Had my electric range converted to gas and replaced the backsplash tiles in the kitchen. Aden and all the guys, don’t remember all the names, did an awesome job. There was a small issue about the cost of the tiles I chose but it was resolved before final payment

Bill Wheatley was our first contact with WDR. His knowledge and ability to answer our questions instilled confidence regarding the project. We needed 8 windows and a storm door replaced. We wanted to go from Casement to Double Hung windows. Once we selected the products, Bill sent us a thorough Project Proposal.

The crew went from removal, preparation, install and trim to final inspection in 2 days.

We had new showers and counter tops done for two bathrooms. Aaron was easy to work with and the installation crew was great. They cleaned up each day before leaving and got the job done in four days! We are very happy with the work and would be glad to use them again in the future.

I recently had my fiberglass tub shower combo torn out and replaced with a walk in shower. I am very happy with the result. Everyone was great from A. Whealey to Frank and all the crew. We had our old main deck replaced with a new covered and screened in porch. The planning stage was critical to us as we wanted to seamlessly integrate the new porch with an existing hot tub deck. The 3D model that was done during this phase enabled us to visualize the end product and change orders that we added along the way. The quality of the materials used and the work performed was great and the project was completed ahead of time. We are very pleased with the result.

I was hesitant to replace my windows because of the cost but after our consultation for replacement I was pleasantly surprised that I really could afford to do this. On Sept 12, 2023 a HUGE tree fell on back of house resulting in massive damages to roof, gutters, patio and railing, and damages to almost every room. This was a massive job and very trying dealing with the insurance company while getting all contractors scheduled and work accomplished.
A new roof and gutters were on by Dec 12, 2023, back of house mudjacked and raised two inches, new concrete patio, back room completely redone painted and door reset. New carpet and pad installed, kitchen redone and repairs to soffets, painted and stairwell painted and repaired. Painting and repair cracks in dining room, living room, hallway and office and new storm door installed.
All work was completed with quality workmanship.
We would highly recommend Window Design and Remodeling.

I had all the windows in the main living floor replaced by Window Design & Remodeling about 10 years ago and I am still extremely happy! The crew were friendly and efficient. I expected to have to clean after they were done - I did not!
Friends sitting at my table say "I see all these cars going by, but I don't hear a thing!". Yesterday, I left the house at 7 a.m., it was 71 degrees in my house at the time. The A.C. was turned off. The day warmed into the upper 80's throughout the day. When I got home around 4 p.m. The house had gone up 3 degrees! Talk about money saving! Thank you, W.D. & R.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel and new upstairs windows. They put on a covered deck for us 3 years ago and we were glad to have them back.

We had Window Design and Remodeling tear out an old deck with a pergola, as well as break up the old concrete patio that was below the deck! They did an amazing job filling in the soil, building a new deck, adding a screened in room, and adding a pergola for the finishing touch. Everyone was very easy to work with. The crew was very professional. The were at my home early every morning and when they left everything was out of the way and cleaned up so I could still live during the remodel. They finished in 3 days and I love the new bathroom.

The building crew did a great one small thing to finish. Saleman set a time to meet me and never showed up until the next day. Said he was busy, but he could have called or text. Said he way sorry but didn't act like it. I got a call from senior management today and said he was sorry for his salesman, made he feel like they really care about their customers. And said the small thing would be taken care of as soon as possible. THANKS FOR CARING!!!!

Several years ago we hired Window Design to replace half of the windows and doors in our home. A few years later when one of the windows started to collect condensation between the two panes of glass and they promptly replaced the window at no cost. Last week I had them come out and install the other half of the windows. I couldn’t be happier. The folks at Window Design and Remodeling have always been prompt, courteous, and do excellent work. The prices are competitive and they leave the property as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

We've had two projects done by Windrow Design & Remodeling. The first one was replacing all the windows, the second, and most recent, was a pergola. Both jobs were completed on time and with no problems. The men picked up all old materials and ran the magnets to make sure no nails/screws were left. They were great to work with!

Following this comment is our original comment when we had a new deck installed about two years ago. We considered including underdecking at the time but decided against it. Well, we regretted that! So we visited with Mike Watkins at the open house for Window Design's new showroom and were able to get the project started. Because it wasn't completed at the time the deck was built it was a more challenging project, but the crew completed it and we are very happy with it. Everyone we dealt with was personable and professional, and we have always been pleased with the quality of work by Window Design and Remodeling. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
