Zanobiah D here Got email that appointment was confirmed for February 18th between 8-5p. Called twice no answer left message on 2nd call.
No call no show. Called Select Home back and advised that company never called nor showed.

No you cannot please everyone, at least called back if a message is left. Thanks.

If you want quality service look else where. This company never did any of the work they promised and I paid for them to do. I got another company to work on my roof and the gave me pics of the before and after that this company never offered. Get somebody else to fix your roof. Not these people.

Super rude! I contacted John for a roof estimate for my buyer client that is under contract on a property. He stated "I don't work for free, I usually charge $40 dollars for estimates but it will be $89 to come out to this location." (Btw, the property was in Lithonia and he had just mentioned the property was near his Lithonia office.) I stated ok I will let my client know and have him contact you to schedule. After we hung up he began texting me paragraphs about I do not know how to do my job because we purchased a home with no warranty and now we can't afford to pay for the repairs and how we are scrambling to find someone to do the work for free. WHAT? I do not know where all of the accusations came from but he continued texting me creating stories that were not occurring. My client did not even purchase the property yet. I would not work with this man he is very unprofessional.

Windemere Roofing excepted work order from warranty company and contacted me to set up date and time.Never showed up no phone call or text,my warranty company called to se what happen they didnt know i was on the call too,Windemere Roofing told them they dont travel outside of 40 miles for $45 dollars! So why did they except the job! Warranty company offer them another $50 its all good now well not on my claim its not! Told them to send me out another contractor and how WF going to be upset when they agreed on date and time and telling warranty company customers need to be more pro active when it comes to leaks! Let see bad storm you see a leak you make a claim! Pro Active!

This man has taken money for materials and did not start work for the job. He refuse to return the deposit, after going up on the job.
He truly has shown himself to be a thief, I have not received my money or the work contracted.
I DO NOT recommend him to do business at all

I am Highly satisfied with the work that Windemere roofing and the staff provided for me at my residence! It was difficult for me at first trying to find a roofing company to replace my entire roof! Once I contacted Windemere they got on the job and in a day in a half I had a brand new roof and the price was exceptionally everything!! Must say that the work looks extremely good and I would recommend the company to my family, friends, and coworkers!!

Recently had to put new roofs on 2 fairly large houses. John Lewis himself interacted with me and the insurance. Every little detail was taken care of. The dumpster came on time. The crew was very experienced and worked very professionally and fast. His advise on which tiles to use was perfect. He got a good deal on the tiles and upgraded them. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up and he came and did his inspection of the area. Made it a totally stress free experience!
He kept me informed of the process and everything went exactly as it should. Very pleased with the experience and his knowledge and management. Five stars all the way through.

I am extremely excited about the roof and repairs that Windemere Roofing completed on a rental property I own. The tenants are delighted ,also due to the storm there were many leaks inside the home. Thank you Mr. Lewis for the GREAT repairs and new roof. We are looking good and back to normal living! Awesome customer service with a smile.

Windemere did an outstanding job on our roof. We had some damage from recent severe storms and they worked with our insurance and us to give us the roof we wanted, not just what the insurance would cover. Super fast and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

Terrible Company we would not Recommend Windemere Roofing 2 No Shows on Appts. They did not think that our house was A Big Money Job After the Storm so they Never Had no Intentions on working on our House because the low estimate from our Insurance Company . They took Our $1000 Dedutible and Never Return it.We had to hire Another Roofing Company That we are Happy with, Now we or getting our New Roof.

I have read the reviews of the disgruntled people ; I don't understand and haven't experienced the untrustworthy of Windermere roofing. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in my adulthood of 52yrs and Mr. John Lewis is the most professional person I've ever did business with. When I needed a roof replacement I contacted him gave a fair estimate and time frame that was meet accordingly. If you need an view of his work you are welcome to come see my home.
