Salazar Remodel and restoration

Alain and his team did an excellent job on our home. He was quick to quote. Quick to respond to calls and text. Very reasonable in all regards. We had a job that needed to be done with little to no notice before we could close on our home and they knocked it out of the park. We will be using them in the future.

Quick side note, even though they are based over and 1 1/2 hours a way, they made the drive and took us on as customers for life! I will not hesitate to call Alain again for all my remodeling and restoration needs.

Alain and his team are awesome, they really do a great job. We had a bathroom remodel and it looks excellent. So very pleased!

After having multiple contractors come out to give a quote, Salazar’s were the only ones that would call back for the whole list of things I needed done. Very respectful with a customer satisfaction guaranteed mindset. We were under a time crunch and he pulled everything together to get all the repairs knocked out just in time. I will definitely be using this company for any of my future projects around the house. Well deserved 5 stars!

Alain and his team have been such a joy to work with! We relocated to the area from out of state, not knowing anyone. Alain was suggested to us by our realtor, when we reached out to him he was very quick to respond and meet with us to address some of our home remodeling ideas. He was able to begin a pretty large job for us on a Monday and finished that Thursday. Before accepting payment, he made sure we were happy with the work done! They even went above and beyond and completed a few other things for us at no extra cost to us. We will continue to use Alain and his team for all of our home remodel/handyman projects! They’re quick and efficient at getting projects done without jeopardizing quality, and they truly care about their customers!

Working with Alain Salazar remodel was such a pleasure Alain (owner) was very professional and managed to do all of my remodeling work to my new home in under 3 weeks. Painted whole house, including outside shutters, kitchen cabinet/top and backsplash fixtures and my farm sink is beautiful, changed all door hardware and installed all light fixtures and fans and my floor!!!!! Absolutely beautiful, custom pantry and island and much more….Alain and his workers were very professional they advised me and kept me in the loop with all the work being done. Alain was referred to me after I bought a home and uncovered extensive damage in the crawlspace. I had 5 other companies come to quote the repairs but after speaking with Alain I immediately felt like he listened to my concerns and was honest about what I needed done. He started the work within a couple of days and had it done in the time he estimated it to be done. He also walked (or crawled) me through all of the repairs and showed me what was completed so I knew with 100% confidence everything was done. I would absolutely recommend him and already plan to work with him on future projects.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I can’t believe the work Alain and his team have done for me! My home is absolutely beautiful! Alain kept me up to date on everything and really let me have my opinion on every detail. We started with some basic ideas and ended up having to replace flooring, gut rooms, and remove walls. Salazar Remodel and Restoration did a remodel on an estate home we were getting ready to sell. He was great to work with! Communication was great, work was done in a timely manner, completed as he had quoted and also added some extras at no extra cost to us. We were amazed to see the end results! We bought a house that needed some repairs and renovations. Our realtor recommended Salazar Remodel and Restorations based on previous experience with Alain. Alain came and did a walk through with me, asked a ton of questions about what I wanted done, and gave some great suggestions. He helped us build a list of what could be done within our set budget, and got to work. His crews repaired and repainted all of our walls, trim and ceilings, replaced most of our flooring, and did a small kitchen remodel. He and his crew were great- very respectful, always on time, and they did great work. They worked around us moving in with our kids and pets, and got everything done. They managed to add in a few last minute requests, and if we pointed anything that needed re-touched, it was done immediately. Communication was excellent the entire time, and work was completed on the predicted finish date and for the exact amount quoted- you can’t ask for any better than that. We will absolutely be using Salazar Remodel and Restoration again when we are ready to re-do other areas of our house!

Salazar Remodel came to the rescue for my clients home that needed many repairs before it could be listed for sale. They did an amazing job on all repairs and left the home clean. They are professional and very responsive. After all work was done my client had an emergency w/ a tree falling in the yard Salazar had that tree removed w/ no landscape damaged!
