I usually leave with more merchandise than I had planned on purchasing. I love going there and just looking around ..... sometimes !!

I have chosen to exclusively partner with this one supplier for all my building product needs. Their staff is outstanding! Their products and policies are fantastic! Don't bother going to the significant box places. If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Better prices than the big box stores and a lot more friendly. Treat everyone like family would totally recommend this place

I went here specifically to have a key made for an older vehicle. There were 3 women in the store working and none of them knew how to make a key for a vehicle (but the one waiting on me said she had no problems with making them for houses). After about 15 minutes of her looking and asking the other 2 women she came back and said they didn't have any for isuzu and that the men can take other brands and sometimes make one from those but she didn't know how to do it and all the men were busy unloading a truck and 2 were out on delivery, so I was told to come back another time when I'm out that way again. Seems like proper training of employees is what is needed here, not a customer making special trips to come to a store (as this place is out of the way for me) when the knowledgeable staff may or may not be too busy to assist someone. While this store seemed to have a good bit of supplies I found it to be a waste of time and I will not be returning any time soon nor do I recommend this place.

The folks at Wills Ridge always bend over backwards to assist their customers. I am a local carpenter and really appreciate all the things they do for me. From Joe the owner to the counter people to Albert and the kids who work in the yard, they have always done their best to make sure I have (or get) anything I need. Really good folks.

Great place , great people , if they do not have it you don't need it , do your self a favor go and see Joe and John on rt. 8 in Floyd VA.

Great store. I've taken several of my sons to visit. It's like walking into an old time hardware store with the kids and level of care. But they have all the contemporary things you need and some of the best trucks in the area. If you live in the area.... use them. If you visit the area you have to go and visit the store..... buy a Case knife or something!!

Wills ridge has been great to work with, prices are very competitive and Joe has been great to have everything I needed when I needed it.

Super friendly staff, has all the same stuff as Lowes or home Depot but not as far and you can support a local business. Highly recommend for anything your working on!

They have a great selection and it is the closest hardware store you can find to the town of Floyd now since the hardware store closed.

Wow! What a hidden treasure. The customer service is outstanding. From the front counter staff to the trimwork staff to management these people are there for their customers. They genuinely want to help you find what you need. I did not encounter one frown or dismal attitude. Happy people enjoying their jobs. They deserve 10 stars!!! I highly recommend you visit Wills Ridge.

I recently bought a Honeywell thermostat in this store,but unfortunately it turned out to be defective, my receipt was accidentally discarded but I did however have the receipt on my phone that showed the purchase and the deduction from my account, I tried to return it to the store but they refused to issue a refund or even store credit, I have been a customer with this store for years so I guess that meant absolutely nothing, will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I felt like a person instead of like a $ sign like most of the big business treat people today. With a few business like Wills Ridge Supply left in this country "God Bless The Little Man "

When I moved to Floyd and asked where to find hardware, a neighbor told me that if they don't have it at Willis you probably don't need it. And that's true. Great store, has everything you need.

If there is a home improvement job in your future then Wills Ridge is the place to come in Floyd. Lumber, plumbing, hardware, guttering, siding, windows and door and everything in between.

I love this small town hardware store. I avoid Walmart at all costs. it is reasonably priced for propane and hardware supplies.

You can get anything here. The people know their stuff and are very helpful. Even the delivery is a deal.
