Technician arrived on time. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do to install the new radon fan. After inspecting the job, he stated he could probably do the job cheaper than originally quoted. Installation was professionally done and it was cheaper than originally quoted. I recommend Williams Inspection & Radon Services.

His service was exceptional: the report was delivered quickly and presented in a way that was completely comprehensible, even for us without a construction background. Update: Matt got back in touch and I agreed to have him come out. And yeah, he does live up to all the glowing reviews. Within 1/2 hour, he located all the necessary Radon pipes (the builder I bought the house from had pre-installed 3-inch Radon vent pipes) and did all the work, which included the exhaust fan and the U-tube manometer. I already had an AirThings Radon monitor installed in the basement, and Matt's work definitely brought our Radon levels below 1.0 pCi/L! (In one of the pictures, you can see the huge down spike -- that coincides with Matt's installation).

He worked quickly and explained everything throughout, in terms I could understand. He even gave me tips for how to identify a potentially faulty fan, what to do if I replace my sump pump, etc.

Great work, and great guy. Came with a very professional and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend them!

Based on the reviews, I'm sure they do great work -- if you can get them to come out, that is.

I contacted Williams Inspection for potential Radon mitigation work. Matt himself replied back via email -- very quickly. He was very professional, polite, and seems like he definitely knows his stuff.

After some minor back and forth and a very cordial phone conversation, we decided he was going to have someone from his team come out on a particular day. When the day came, he cancelled last minute, apologized and gave a reason. That's understandable, some jobs are probably bigger than they expect, and I'm pretty flexible, so it was all fine.

The main issue came when trying to reschedule. Despite repeated attempts at contacting Matt via text and email, I never heard from him again. Not a single word; complete radio silence. So now I'll just have to go with a different contractor for the radon mitigation. It's a shame because the previous communication had been going so well. I do wish this company the best and again, seems from the reviews that they do great work. I'll just never get to find out.

The team knows their stuff and is sensitive to our concerns both scientific and aesthetic. We have a home that is nearly a 100 years old which presents several problems and quirks and multiple seps were required to solve the radon issue. Josh and the Williams the always had a plan to get the job done.

Clean, professional install of our radon mitigation system. We chose the method that goes through a crawl space in our master bedroom through the roofline, which looks very nice but is definitely a tougher install. Our tech ran the pipe beautifully from the basement through the garage and up through the crawl space. Very friendly and knowledge team. I would highly recommend Williams for radon mitigation installation!

Our 30 year old home, which we've lived in for 12 years, was built with a passive radon remediation system. We decided to add a fan to the system after hearing about it from our neighbors. Josh From William Inspections came out and found that there was a flaw in the system that was actually causing a mystery leak in our basement. And, oh by the way, without a fan the "passive" system really WAS passive and did nothing. Josh gave us a few ideas about solving the "problem" and came back about a month later with a simple solution, and the system has been working fine ever since. We are SO happy that we chose Williams for this work, and now have a system that really takes care of the Radon.

The installer did a great job and was very respectful of our house.He did a fast installation but neat job.
The system works perfect and lowered radon levels from 10 down to acceptable levels within a couple of days. And unlike some contractors who would take advantage of the situation and jack up prices Williams gave me a fair estimate up front and stuck to it.

Everyone is professional from the company, certified by NRSB/NRPP. It took only a couple of days from the initial contact to installation of a radon mitigation system per EPA guidelines. The follow up testing was done promptly and the system is working efficiently and quietly. Highly recommended!

Williams Inspection and Radon Services did a fantastic job. The home I purchased tested at 28 pCi/L and they were able to reduce it to 3.3 pCi/L which is below the EPA threshold.
