I can't say enough good things about Willard Roofing Renovations. Drake and Taylor made the process as easy as it could be. Great communication--we were told exactly what would happen and questions were answered swiftly. Here's the big part: we have plants, shrubs, and hardscape around the perimeter of the house. Drake and Taylor constructed barriers to shield the plants and they were in perfect shape when the barriers were removed. High marks for respect of client's property. And if that weren't enough, the yard clean-up was stunning. I walked around the house and flower beds four times and have yet to see a nail or piece of scrap. Without reservation we pulled the car in the driveway when they were through. Thanks so much to Drake, Taylor, the crew, and Matt Willard himself who came by to introduce himself. We just moved into our house last month in Murfreesboro. Before we moved in Will and his crew put a brand new roof on our house. This week we had a lot of rain and we had a leak in the attic. We contacted Will and he responded immediately and the crew was out the next day to take a look. They found it wasn’t a roof issue but a builder issue. They graciously fixed the problem and didn’t even charge us! They were efficient and very nice! Definitely recommending them to anyone!

I was referred to Willards Roofing by a relative who swore by their work. The crew was extremely professional and fast. We had originally scheduled for a Saturday, but it didn’t happen due to scheduling issues. The owner kept me informed of the issue and made sure the schedule was right for my next appointment. The company was informative and helpful about filing insurance. My roof was damaged due to one of the many storms in Nashville. Their price was slightly lower compared to some other companies. You will not be disappointed with Willards.

Also, I love my roof it looks great and I’ve had it few months with no problems.

Matt was very considerate and was always quick to get back to me when I was curious about a quote and having someone come out. When I was ready, I got set up and I met with Drake and Taylor right away. They were both very friendly and helpful, without the salesman vibes and I appreciated that. They went up to inspect and took pictures to show me the roof’s condition, potential problem areas, and explained to me my different options and assured me however I wanted to move forward they would help and work with me. I got a good explanation of the work to be done and the planned materials to be used. I had a new roof one week after finalizing paperwork.

I feel pretty good about the work done. I heard six nails shot in per shingle, they replaced every roof vent, new drip edge all around, new synthetic felt underlayment, ice and water shield at the valleys, some osb for decking replacement was at the ready if they found any need after removing my old shingles. After they were done they cleaned up well and Drake showed me around to see what was done. I didn’t know much about a roof before this, but learned a little and I’m confident the work was thorough and complete.

Drake Myers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was searching for a second opinion on a small roof leak from a 3 year old home and I learned a lot from Drake and his thorough review of the inside and outside of my home so I can submit information to the original builder. If I were to laud the praises of Willard Roofing all year long, the unparalleled quality of the company (and its owner) would still leave room for discussion.

I fought with State Farm over *3 years* to get them to honor their policy to repair/replace the roof damage from a wind storm. At *least* 3 different roofers tried and failed to get an approval from the flaky farm.

Matt took one look at what I'd been dealing with and explained the law to which he would hold the flaky farm accountable.

They put him through a few jumps & hurdles; he prevailed *and* did a *most excellent* job at repairing the roof as well as replacing the shingles as well as adding a vent ridge to the house and garage (all in one day!)

I kept his sign out in the front yard for a year because of the tremendous joy I felt at having a "new roof" over my head.

Willard Roofing has completed two jobs for me: the roof on my storage shed and my house. Both projects were completed as promised. The crews showed up early, did the work properly and did very well cleaning up afterwards. The house was completed in a day. The crew was respectful of our home and paid attention to details doing the work. Good job!

Willard Roofing recently replaced our roof that was worn out and allowing some water to get inside. I spoke with Drake and in a matter of days I had a new roof. They did a great job and were done and had everything cleaned up by the time I got home from work. We have had several storms since and no more leaks. They are a good company with good people.

They did a wonderful job! Drake came out and inspected my roof for free and was even nice enough to repair a small leak no charge. Very honest and didn’t try to sell me a roof I didn’t need. Highly recommend. Will be calling them back when it does come time for a new roof.

Matt was terrific through the whole process of helping us with our insurance company, and making sure they took care of codes upgrades that were necessary for our area. Within 5 min of my inquiry regarding roof damage, Matt was calling me. He inspected my roof the next day, stayed in constant contact with me to help at all with filing insurance, met my adjustor from the insurance at my house during their inspection, and within 1 week of my claim being approved the roof was replaced! Could not ask for better customer service!

This company came out, inspected our roof. Determined hail damage. When my insurance adjustors came out, Matt also came out and worked with insurance adjustors. We scheduled a new roof. The communication from when the materials would arrive to when the roof would be completed were right on time. They cleaned up, got all the nails, old shingles etc. They also went the extra, and painted the spouts coming out and all flashing of the roof to make it look really nice. Matt inspected our roof and found old storm damage. He helped us pick out a new shingle design telling us the pros and cons of each brand. He oversaw the entire instillation. And replaced wood that needed replacement. During the installation we decide to replace the gutters. Matt jumped right in and had new gutters up within a week.
