Wilkinson did my brother's windows and just did mine today! They did an exceptional job. The crew was nice, professional and fast! Even my dogs loved them.

The replacement turned out great. The installation team did an amazing job. The windows look fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the finished product.

I received 3 estimates from different companies about replacing the original windows in our house. Mr.Wilkinson showed up in person with an example of the window that they would install. When I did the research, Wilkinson's had a higher R-value and was 5% less expensive than Window World. Mr.Wilkinson is an extraordinary contractor who will actually show up on time and complete a quality installment of your windows! i had wilkinson windows come out to give me a estimate on some windows an the owner tim wilkinson him self came out in his black truck smelling like beer an was also drunk i had to ask him to leave he was also rude an disrespectful i had to give him a 1 star to post this

We are very pleased with the door installations provided by Wilkinson Windows. They were able to install a door where there was an existing window. They were also able to install a door with custom measurements. Beautiful job. We definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure doing business with such a great team of people. From start to finish the experience was nothing below "GREAT"! Once the project was agreed upon I had a scheduled start date of 2 weeks out. By my surprise the project was started a week early and finished on the original date of start. This is definitely the company to do business with! What a great experience!

I normally wait about 6 months before I do a review. Because most problems occur in first 6 months. I’ve been a contractor and know the ins and outs. Tim runs a company with honesty and integrity. Which is hard to find today. I would recommend for any services he provides.

I recommend this company to any and everyone who may need new or replacement windows. I ended up nor going through the company only because of Mr. Tim's honesty. I thought I needed to replace a window and didn't. He was honest with me and pointed me in the right direction. He even gave me 2 other companies as reference for what I needed. We purchased our home in 2016 and have wanted to replace our home’s windows, as they were the original windows, all wood. They were starting to rot out to the point they were nearly falling out of the window sill if you tried to open them. Needless to say, we were using lots of electricity to keep the house warm in the winter and cold in the summer. We had 2 companies come out to give us a quote to replace all 19 windows and both quotes were much higher than what we could afford.

I was referred to Wilkinson Windows by a family friend and Victor came out for a site survey and quote for the exact windows we wanted. The quote was $5K less than the other two window companies quotes. SOLD!!!

We had all 19 windows replaced. I worked with Tim to get us scheduled 2 days after Christmas Day. The guys came out and replaced all the windows on day 1 and finished wrapping them on day 2. Se absolutely LOVE THE LOOK of the new windows and could immediately feel the difference inside our home. The temperature remained steady without the extra electricity, but more importantly, the humidity inside the house was no longer a problem. With the old windows our dehumidifier would constantly run…it nearly never turns on now and as I type this review it’s currently raining with dense fog and 100% humidity outside…not inside! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I emailed the company on Sunday over some concerns with my windows (installed by another company). The owner, Tim, called me the next morning and after I explained the issue in greater detail, he offered to swing by to inspect the windows. He put some caulk down and even gave me the rest of the tube. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day. I will definitely go with his company when it’s time to replace my door and if my windows need to be replaced.

We can't wait to use Wilkinson Windows soon. Victor and the owner Tim came out today to look over some windows that we recently had done by another company. We weren't happy with some of the details and finishes of the other company and were concerned about the overall window installation quality. They were so helpful and polite. Customer service is HUGE for me and they truly went above and beyond. I wish I would have booked with them originally, but am thankful I have found them now. DON'T HESITATE! There are a lot of options for replacement window companies in the area. This is a good one! From quote to completion they were nothing but professional. Victor and the crew did exactly what they said they were going to do on time and on budget. In about 6 hours, We had 16 brand new windows and they left the house as tidy as they found it. Very pleased and will use them in the future for our rental properties.

Tim visited our 100 year old house to give us ideas for replacing a double hung window in a bathroom with a smaller window. The bathroom was being reconfigured and we needed a solution for a wet area. The exact window was ordered, arrived in 6 weeks and the crew expertly created the opening, trimmed the exterior cedar shakes, installed the window, and wrapped the trim to match the other windows on the house.

I have been an engineer and project manager for over thirty years, and the three items we always track are scope, budget and schedule. Tim Wilkinson hit all three. The first thing we determined was the level of quality I was looking for in replacement windows. Tim didn't try to get me to upscale to something that I didn't want or need. The price was excellent and significantly lower than the other quotes I received. The windows were also installed on schedule and in less time than initially planned. Customer service was also great. One window was broken during shipment, but Tim caught it upon receipt and had a replacement within three days. I'm extremely pleased with the final product and highly recommend that anyone in the market for windows consider Wilkinson Windows. I plan to use them again in the future.
