Wide Awake Roofing

I was referred to Wide Awake Roofing & used them to replace a very large apartment building roof in August of 2023. Their price was competitive but what meant the MOST was that they honored every time line & commitment and came in on budget and on time.

Even with the heavy rains that occurred after the work was done, there were no leaks. There were a couple of pick-up details and they responded promptly and handled those issues for me.

I have never had a more positive experience with a Roofing Contractor in my long career in property management.

Price is a big part of all contracts but how the Contractor handles the project and how they honor time commitments and stand behind their work is what really counts.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and its owners professionalism.
