Eco systems was fantastic, they replaced the entire flat roof on 4 buildings in our town house condo complex within the time that they quoted. Chris's crew was timely, courteous, aware of all homeowner's needs. The cost was fair and they did everything they agreed to plus more, removed old satellite equipment, cleaned up every day and worked through the heat of the day as well as a rainy day.

Great job. They were on schedule, reasonable costs, and knew what they were doing. I received bids from 7 companies. ECO was the only company that identified the real solution to my water pooling problem. All of the other companies said -- water just pools on flat roofs and evaporates. ECO said they would install crickets. From previous experience, I knew that this was the right solution. In addition to proposing the right solution for the problem, ECO gave me a bid that was very competitive. Photos show the complete sealing of the roof as well as the elimination of water pooling based on the adding of the crickets. Roof looks brand new.

The crew was fast and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day (this was important, as we have a dog who roams the yard), and they went above and beyond -- replacing (at no cost) some rotted wood trim that we had on a workshop area attached to the garage. We have solar - they removed, cleaned, and re-installed the panels without an issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about ECO Systems. I actually saw their ad on Facebook and figured their skills matched my needs. We had an old and leaky flat roof with lots of stuff on the roof (duct work and solar system). We could have gone with a MUCH more expensive full roof replacement, but that seemed like overkill and a personal nightmare juggling subcontractors on my own. After talking with Chris, we determined a silicone coating was going to get the job done more quickly and at a cost I was happy with.

Chris and Sean's team are great. Fast, efficient and clean. We even worked with the team to swap out some skylights, fix a rotted ceiling plank AND replace our ancient gutters...all a part of one package deal within our contract. No need for me to work on every problem separately. The ECO System's crew covered it all.

I absolutely love my new roof! I had initially found Ecosystems because I wanted to do a silicone covering on my old roof and I like the sound of the 20 year guarantee. Instead, we decided to install insulation. The whole team at Ecosystems was wonderful. Carlos Ramirez, Chris and the roofing foreman all went above and beyond. After the installation, there were some areas that had some pooling, and they ended up covering the entire bottom story and silicone so that the pooling would stop. They probably came back to my property a total of six times to make adjustments and make sure I was happy. I am already referring the company to many friends that need new roofs or to have their roofs refinished with silicone.

The roof at my parents' house had not been replaced in over 25 years and it showed; the shingle materials on the south-facing side of the roof had been weathered away completely by years of exposure to sun, wind, and rain. I chose the Amber-colored Owens Corning shingles for the main roof as well as a coating for a patio that was added to the house.

Had problems with my roof. Nothing big, it leaked when it rained and didnt when the rain was over. Friends said "you should get this stuff and coat the roof with it. Plus it will also be helpful in summer to deflect the heat on hot days. Silicone is the way to go" So I did

Very easy talking to Chris. No High pressure selling. The work was done a couple of days. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after each visit.. I am waiting for it to rain. I am sure that this silicone stuff will do the trick in fixing the leaks. and if it does not, Chris said he would send his crew over and repair it immediately.

At the time of this writing, Eco Systems had 123 five-star rating and rightfully so. ECO recently retiled our roof at a six-unit townhome complex in Glendale, CA. They systematically stripped the roof of old tiles, replaced any compromised wood roofing, replaced old roof vents, added additional vents and re-roofed in a timely and professional manner. They also pulled the necessary permits, and also, provided the HOA with an 11 page detailed quote, which made it so much easier to approve their bid. I recently got my roof replaced by ecosystems. With current cost of materials and labor skyrocketing. It was a major decision as it required significant cash outlay. Not easy during this inflationary times. Selection of contractors is also a daunting and challenging task for anyone, especially with so many unscrupulous contractors who are trying to underperform and overcharge customers. During my google search I interviewed several roofer contractors. One of them was eco systems and specifically Chris, who is also a partner in the firm. From my fist meeting I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him, he was friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do for me and exactly what I expect to see when the work is completed. Once he left, I was bit anxious what his quote would look like, to my surprise mostly pleasantly, his price was in the range with the others. I decided to award the contract to him. His crew showed up right on time as scheduled. His crew were outstanding, specifically Carlos the leader. Everyday they worked hard and diligently, kept me abreast of the progress. From start to finish, working with Eco Systems was a fantastic experience! We have a commercial building with flat roof that has been experiencing random leaks over many years. I had them do my roof a few years ago. I contacted them asking for an invoice that included the breakdown of the costs, they refused to provide one. They didn’t do a very good job cleaning up, I contacted them about that and they supposedly sent someone out to clean up and somehow years later I’m still finding roofing materials like nails in my yard. If you go into my garage or patio area, you can see nails sticking through the ceiling coming down from the roof. I have uploaded some photos to show what I mean. I paid over 20k for this and yet it seems like “Uncle Joe” did the job.

I asked Chris about replacing a roof under an existing solar installation (blue panels in photos) and then adding an additional PV system (black panels in photos). His team lifted the original panels, removed the original roof, repaired the plywood deck where required, replaced three skylights, installed the new Corning Cool Roof, reinstalled my original PV system back in the original locations, and then installed the new PV system around the old one. Chris is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a pleasure to work with, and always reached back out to me when I had a question about the process. His employees were kind, hard-working, and professional. Chris makes it clear he is very interested in a solid finished project on your home and he wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work done. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants the customer to walk away from the project both satisfied and proud. After the heavy rain fall earlier this year, we had Chris from ECO Systems and his team repair our roof. Upon inspection, we had damage to our roof where water was leaking in as well as damaged pipes in the ceiling. Chris and his team were able to repair the problems without hesitation. Super job! From the very start, ECO Systems stood out. Having interviewed several potential roofers prior to meeting ECO Systems, it was clear upon meeting Chris, they were truly on top of their game. Other potential roofers inspected and looked in the attic, then provided an estimate. ONLY, ECO Systems was forthright ahead of time in letting us know, the 8K sq feet of existing roof, had no plywood. An issue, that was clearly seen by anyone looking in the attic. No matter who did the roof, plywood would be required. Rather than waiting until the roof was off and "finding a surprise," with additional costs, ECO Systems alerted us to the issue during the bidding process. We were not meet with surprises and knew full well of the anticipated additional costs. Comparing all roof estimates, ECO Systems pricing was reasonable in the mid to lower end with the higher quality we were looking for. Once the job started, we took note of the various products being used, all top-of-the-line supplies from the caulking, nails, and Owens Corning products. The work was completed under the proposed timeline. Workers were neat, arrived early, stayed late, and they worked. Additionally, given the extent of the rain damage to the interior, Chris worked with us in completing needed repairs to the interior from patching and painting. Hereto, the team was mindful of covering furniture, and minimizing their mess while completing the job timely. If you've found Chris and ECO Systems, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. They are a standout. Chris clearly takes pride in his work, and it comes through in the workmanship.

Great communication and follow through from Chris Lennon from ECO. He fielded all our questions and concerns and gave us a competitive bid that made it easy to go with them for our roof replacement. We were very particular about the shingle color, and did not have a “second choice”, which was a challenge (pain in the a$$) for Chris. He pulled off a minor miracle, sourcing materials from a vendor 80 miles away so that we could have exactly what we wanted, and he did it with a smile! Scheduling was quick, aside from the delay we created ourselves. Tear off took one day, and the crew was nice and super diligent about protecting landscaping from debris and damage, and pretty meticulous about cleaning up their mess. Inspection process was done virtually, so we weren’t all sitting around for a city inspection before work could continue. Decided to add radiant barrier to garage roof, last minute, and Chris didn’t blink, he just made it happen, again with a smile. Five days start to finish, with minimal delays or inconvenience, which is pretty rare these days with LA contractors. ECO did a great job and we love our new Cool Roof, especially with the 50 year transferable warranty! Highly recommend

Our roof leaked during the heavy rains this year, also causing some interior ceiling damage. Chris and his team were professional, honest, knowledgable, and easy to work with. The crew was on time, hardworking and cleaned up well. Everything went smoothly and they did a wonderful job!

They removed our solar, resealed the roof (with a 20-year warranty), reinstalled the solar, and fixed our interior ceiling damage. The job was done in a week, and we couldn't be happier!

ECO System's initial bid was informative without sales pressure, answered every question in detail, and was patient as I solicited 2 more bids. A different vendor proposed the same Owens Corning materials with a hard sell about their quality and came in almost $10K above ECO. Without hesitating, I gave the job to ECO. They projected a 5 day job and finished the roof in 3 days. They were very professional and did first class work. I highly recommend them.
