White Oak Renovations

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled and we love it! Michael was a pleasure to work with. I had a very specific vision for this bathroom and Michael brought it to life! He was a great sounding board for ideas, we were in communication for about 5 months before the project started while I designed and planned and shopped. Any time I had questions about either a product or design aspect, he was always very quick to respond. He even came out to the house several months before the start of the reno to look over my floor tile and vanity top choices to make sure they were good quality and would work in the space. I think he did a great job of balancing what I dreamt of for the bathroom with what was feasible. He also really did a great job of helping me make decisions about things as the project progressed. I never ever felt bullied or pushed into making decisions on the fly but I also never felt left to figure things out for myself without his input. This is something I REALLY appreciated because I so often hate having to make decisions.
Michael was very particular about keeping the job site neat and tidy, which I very much appreciated. Renos are a messy, tiring experience for the home owner but Michael made sure that the chaos was kept confined and to a minimum!
He also made sure to keep me in the loop during the whole process; explaining what steps were up next and we'd usually walk through what he'd gotten done at the end of each day.
Did I mention how stunning the bathroom looks?! Because it is! The before and after photos speak for themselves!
Would highly recommend and will absolutely be using White Oak again for future projects!

√ Communication - So many contractors don't. You almost wonder how they stay in business but Michael was excellent about getting back to us when we had questions. Quick, knowledgeable, and respectful.
√ Schedule - He works and gets the job done. We didn't feel as though the project was being dragged out or that we were secondary to some other bigger project.
√ Quality Work - Yes! It's very obvious that a professional did the work. We're very pleased.
√ Cost - This was a nice surprise. We received other quotes, both more. One, a lot more. One other nice thing... He didn't require a deposit up front. We understand sometimes it's necessary but there have been times when we gave a deposit and waited quite some time (once, about three months past the proposed start date) before work started.
√ Cleanup - The project took three days. At the end of each day Michael cleaned up and did a really good job doing so. He also laid down cloths between the door and where he was working.

Mike is incredibly professional! Work done within price quoted and within timeframe given. Exceptionally detailed with an incredible range of skills. Personable and attentive to what we were wanting. Mike did a great job preparing the site to keep it as clean as possible and left it even cleaner than it was before. Best remodeling we've had done in over 30 years of home ownership. We wish we could give him more than 5 stars!!!
