What Users Like The Most
- Everyone has always been helpful, explained the choices if I had any, and successfully cut, loaded or rented whatever I needed if they had it in stock.
- Great place! Excellent customer service, great prices. We had to rent a floor sander to refinish our living room.
What Users Like The Least
- The trailer that they have for the backhoe... isn't the proper length for weight distribution, thus creating an unsafe pulling situation.
- The pallet jack was in poor repair and was barely usable.
- The cleaning wasn't good enough... and they charged TWICE the rental cost for the cleaning alone.
- Charged us extra for the rental and ended up costing over $800 to rent 100 chairs.
- The young girl wasn’t sure so went to ask the manager... He never smiled nor did he provide much information.

My review isn't to be a reflection of the prices, or hospitality, but more of a warning to rental customers about the backhoe/trailer combination. I have rented this combination twice, (should have learned from the first time), and the trailer that they have for the backhoe (only one they use I'm told), isn't the proper length for weight distribution, thus creating an unsafe pulling situation. I have pulled numerous heavy loads, different trailers, both mine and others, and I will say this combination is without a doubt the most dangerous. If you attempt to go over 55 mph, be warned the trailer is almost uncontrollable due to improper weight distribution. I personally feel like there should be some type of rental company monitor, or regulation, to keep this kind of thing from happening. Just because something fits on a trailer, and you can technically pull it, doesn't make it okay, and definitely not safe. The equipment itself does not seem to be in excessively poor condition, just not the correct trailer for the application. Just to be clear, it was discussed with personnel the first time, and when it was returned this time, they acted like it was no big deal, and questioned my knowledge of pulling a trailer.

Needed a pallet jack. Was told it would be under 20 for a day. The pallet jack was in poor repair and was barely usable. Went to bring it back after just a few hours, and they then said it would be 80 dollars. Didn't feel like fighting it, and paid the 80. Looking at other reviews, seems to happen from time to time
