I was told he was busy... I waited in the store for about 20 minutes.
The front desk ladies are uneducated in the field and not that friendly.
Instead of a bulk discount, you get a price INCREASE for buying in bulk.
It always takes longer than it should to get loaded with lumber and supplies.
My delivery was scheduled for 1pm... it was delivered to the neighbors house 3 hours prior.

People were friendly enough, but every time I tried to get into contact with their manager (3 times) I was told he was busy. I waited in the store for about 20 minutes before just leaving a note that I doubt reached said manager. I also left a voicemail on another occasion. I’m sure they’re great but not like other WBCs I’ve been to.

Yard guys are always great. The front desk ladies are uneducated in the field and not that friendly and more worried about their personal conversations than attending to customers. This was my third time trying to do business here. Prices are also higher than they should be.
I tried, but I think I will just go to Ronan.

For many of their products, especially lumber, there is a 1 cent MARKUP for every two you buy. I suspect that this is likely true for everything they sell. Instead of a bulk discount, you get a price INCREASE for buying in bulk!!!! This is JUST at the Polson WBC as far as I can tell. Pricing is much more straightforward in Ronan. $16 means $16.00 not $16.0047… Very Weird. Interested in an explanation for this pricing scheme…

It's fine for what it is and the people are generally friendly, but it always takes longer than it should to get loaded with lumber and supplies because there aren't enough people working the yard. Also I always feel like I'm struggling to find what I'm looking for and I don't have that issue at the Ronan store. This store just seems a little disorganized.

I mowed over my irrigation system the grass was tall and I just brought the property. Brought in All The Broken Pieces and they gave me everything I needed for less than 20 bucks. Polite the courteous staff and very knowledgeable. I give them five stars and two thumbs up.

Very knowledgeable staff with prompt, professional services. Their prices are very competitive too! Ask for Cameron, Tanner, Steven, or Sharon if you're looking for "Grade A" customer service reps. They make this company the best hardware store in the region!

WBC in Polson will NEVER get my business again. I will drive out of my way to go to Ronan. My delivery was scheduled for 1pm so I left work to meet them so I can cover the lumber since it’s pouring outside. Apparently it was delivered to the neighbors house 3 hours prior. In the rain, No one home, no phone call, nothing. There is one guy in the store who is helpful and the rest are just concerned with helping large accounts and don’t have time for the little guy.

A reasonably priced small town hardware and building supply store. We buy much of our supplies for our projects from them with minimal if any problems, and their cashier is super friendly.
