1-800 Water Damage of Western Montana

What a great experience. Spoke with Robert, had an appt 2 days later, Kane got approval from the adjustor as we were assessing the damage, put down 2 huge dehumidifier's, demolition followed, mold treatment, airborne fans, pulled up the flooring.
Unfortunately, I had to do our adjustors job and contact 800 water damage. So, I got stuck pulling up the wet carpet one month earlier. However, Ken and his assistant were great. They monitored daily and did the actual demolition. It was a very thorough job, and they cut out all the mold, walls, etc. Professionalism at it's best. Thank you.

We had city septic backup under our house. I called the guys at 1800 water damage. They were all awesome guys to work with. They come and inspected, did what they needed to do. Always kept in touch returned calls. Definitely a great experience with them. Great Job everyone. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend.

After a horrible day of water seeping into our house on Super Bowl Sunday, our insurance company, we had a terrific Monday!!! 800Water sent us A FIVE STAR restoration crew!! When your house catches on fire you want the people involved in restoring and rebuilding it to be proactively communicative. Kane was great ably reaching out with updates and his entire team did a good job at the smoke remediation in preparation of rebuilding our home. Thanks!

Our rented shop flooded and we needed help fast. 1-800waterdamage responded and helped us right away. They kept checking the progress and after about a week cleaned up their equipment. Our landlord was very happy that we got it taken care of immediately.

Quick, Thorough and Efficient. They came immediately after my call and returned 3 days in a row, making sure everything was operating correctly. Tested the flooring and walls and sprayed for any residual mold. Excellent personnel and a great company.

My wife left a review once our water damage was dealt with by this company. But, my review is regarding customer service after. We were sent a $0.00 invoice, and assumed that our insurance company had paid them, and that we would be paying our deductible to them instead. While we waited to hear from the adjuster, it was determined that 1-800 water damage needed to correct some damage done to our water heaters, which became an unresolved phone tag over who should be responsible, and in no follow up in fixing them. Then, we get an invoice from them for the full amount, after we had already paid our deductible to them, PLUS a phone call asking us "when are we gonna get our money?" They can't pick up the phone and call the insurance company?
They also told our insurance that we were not without hot water in our bathrooms and laundry, but hadn't been back to our home in person OR followed up with the plumber to see if the problem had been resolved.
At this time we are still having trouble with the water heaters, and something tripping the breakers every time we turn them on. So, still no hot water.
They have a long way to go with billing, follow up, customer service and taking responsibility for extra damages that happen beyond the scope of the insurance claim. We're now on the hook for broken water heaters, that were not broken prior to being moved.

Sorry this has taken me so long to get done. Kaitlyn and Malick did an awesome job, cleaning our walk-in cooler. They were very professional and thorough. Thank you to both of them.

They did the job and tolerated incessant questions from our 7 oldest kids, it just took 2 weeks from the time we got clearance from our insurance to get to drying things out fully. So, it's hard to say how much of the lag time was due to distance (we live 90 minutes from them and they were our only option), or outside scheduling issues (the asbestos testing took 7 days and nothing else was done during that time). I would like to say that I would look forward to working with them again, but that would mean something flooded again , but they were good at communication and that is a bonus in our area.

These folks did excellent work remediating our water damaged home. Every contractor that visited to give us a quote on the restoration work commented on what a great job 1-800 Water did. Ultimately making their job easier.

This company responded quickly and professionally to rectify the water damage to our basement. The guys are hard workers, professional and friendly. The work is not finished yet, but they got rid of the wet.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert and his team. We had what we thought was a small leak in a pipe in our kitchen that turned into an entire demo of everything in the room - floor, cabinets, etc.
Not only did they handle our water damage and drying out process but they also handled the abatement when our floor tested positive for asbestos. Through out the process, Robert kept me up to date on everything that was happening - his communication put me at ease during a horribly stressful situation.
We feel incredibly lucky that we were assigned 1-800 Water Damage by our insurance for the whole process. They started this whole project off on the right foot and I can only hope that the rest of the subcontractors for our rebuild are as helpful and professional as Robert and his team.

In brief = We called 800-Waterda, they sent us to the Polson office. Robert answered the phone & said they not do restoration. They not do repair. We asked why their advertisements and reviews indicate they do .... Water damage restoration service.

Robert said; He's not gonna argue, thanks for the call & hung up on us. Many, many of the reviews on here indicate ''Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair''. This customer got rudely kicked to the curb w/ minimal clarity on these contradictions, entrapping us to call. What a way to handle this situation. Yet another company that could care less about their advertising verbiage / claims VS their abilities.

I was very impressed by their work. They were here within 3 hours of discovering the leak and the water damage that it caused throughout my basement. They were high energy; got right to sucking up the water and drying my carpet completely. Terrific service.

The folks at 1-800 Water Damage were friendly, professional and responsive. We needed things done quickly, but thoroughly, and they were very accommodating. The work was done in a timely manner, with good communication along the way. We are very happy with their service, and would recommend them highly.

1-800 was at our business within and hour of our distress call. During a down pour recently we had a roof drain back up and flooded about half of our building. Rob and his crew got right to work. They were there Saturday through Tuesday then returned Friday to clean all of the carpets. They we here when the said they would be and got the job done. I would highly recommend 1-800-Water Damage.

What a relief help came right when the pipe burst. So responsive, kind and efficient... not to mention relatively inexpensive and worked so well with the insurance adjusters! A-!!

I got my carpet cleaned, and they did a great job. Super responsive and showed up exactly on time. Their system for paying was also very easy. It's nice to not have to write a check and simply pay with a credit card online.

Robert was great! He is very efficient and professional. I didn’t click the option of ‘good value’ because when you have the unexpected damage and loss from water damage, it hurts to have to cough up money on top of it. But
considering all that he did and how dependable he is... yes, he was a good value.

The refrigerator's ice line busted at our vacation home in Montana. It was A HUGE MESS! We called a company to get the water up and tear out damaged flooring, cabinets, etc. We were going to use the same company for mold removal ........but they quoted us an ENORMOUS AMOUNT of money & were being really pushy and unprofessional. I’ve had Robert do my carpets many times in the past and not only did he do a great job at cleaning them, he was very good at explaining what he was going to do and answering the questions I’ve had. If he couldn’t answer the questions, he said so and came back later with answers.
