I use Pete from Westchester Power-washing to clean the outside of my house every year. He’s very prompt, efficient, and clean with fair pricing. He is an expert in this field and has been power-washing houses for 36 years. I highly recommend Pete!

I met Peter many years ago the 1st time he cleaned our house, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Peter is an honest and hard-working professional, who knows his business and takes time out to review the project with you, provide feedback and craft a quote that is very competitive. Peter used a high tech soft power wash system to clean my home, deck, shed and patio furniture (his truck and equipment look as if it is from a science fiction movie). We had some green algae and black mildew mostly on the north side of house and deck – now it’s all gone and our home looks like new. All of our landscaping was taken into consideration and looks untouched-including two rose bushes in full bloom! I was impressed with his safety protocols too- for example he ensures that all outside electrical outlet’s circuits are off and then covered them and the ring doorbell to protect them from shorting out. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows in his work. To sum it up Peter is a great communicator, arrived on time, does a fantastic job and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend him (Westchester Powerwashing) to anyone considering having their home, deck, and roof, patio, shed, etc. professionally cleaned.

Hiring Westchester Powerwashing is a no brainer. Peter reacted to my inquiry and came over the same day to look at things. Having done my research and spoken with other homeowners that went through the process, I had a good idea of what I was looking for but Peter exceeded my expectations. I live in Carmel NY and had a soft wash done to my old roof. Peter's knowledge of chemicals, materials and local environmental conditions is second to none. He explained the process thoroughly and what to expect in terms of results. I needed to change the appointment a couple of times and Peter was flexible and then came on-time when we rescheduled. He is courteous and respectful of our time and property. He worked on the composite deck and stairs along with the flagstone walkway. He always explains what he is going to do and how it works. Everything looks great now.
Peter helped me find the circuit breaker for the outlet on the deck and also wrapped the outlet and the deck lights on the side of the house to keep them dry and safe.

Our house hadn’t been power washed in several years. Peter brought it back to looking like a new paint job. Our deck was also weathered to gray and he carefully brought it down to the bare wood so we could stain it. We had westchester power washing take care of the entire home exterior in Larchmont NY, including some trouble-areas where there was significant mold issues. When they were done it looked like a new home! Completely removed the mold from my white composite siding and decking, as well as from a painted porch roof.
