Joe and his team at Pipe Wizard were absolutely incredible during what could have been a nightmare situation. We had a septic system emergency, and Joe made it a priority to get us taken care of immediately. He showed up quickly, assessed the problem, and had a solution in place without wasting time.

Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They didn’t leave behind a single piece of trash, and even replanted a bush they had to remove to do the work — who does that?! It’s rare to find a team that takes such pride in their work and respects your home like it’s their own.

We’ll absolutely use Pipe Wizard again if needed, and we’ll be recommending them to everyone we know. Joe and his team have truly earned our trust.

Had some hiccups with a tankless water heater installation but Joe and Santino both did everything they could to address the situation.

Joe deserves a special shout out. The man really never sleeps. He made sure my family had hot water while he troubleshooted, then worked into the twilight hours to get my installation up and running. Now everything works wonderfully. Fantastic plumber and all around great guy. Thanks man.

I have an ongoing issue with Con Ed and I was advised to get a plumber to check and test my lines. I spoke with Renee and scheduled my estimate. She was lovely on the phone and I advised her of the situation and the fact that I was pressed for time so I needed an estimate and testing of everything inside my home as well as my gas meter. I was adamant about this because I couldn’t take off of work so easily. She assured me all would be done and charged me the estimate and scheduled the visit. When Santino came he checked my meters and said he couldn’t do anything else as he had more appointments scheduled. I advised him of what my expectation was and what I was told and he did nothing to assist, instead advised he would send me an estimate of the cost to test my lines, which is what I was told would be done at my estimate. The whole thing felt like a money grab and quite unprofessional and a waste of my time. I wrote to the manager and none of my concerns were addressed and taken seriously. I would never trust this company and I requested my money back as my time was completely wasted and got nowhere with them. Their communication is poor, their explaining of the process is poor and their handling of a customer was poor.

Worst ever interaction with a greedy owner and my first negative review ever. Do not use this company, it has another company name. Owner uses non licensed day laborers and blames you for his greedy unprofessional process and miscommunication.
Paid half of $7,607.93 before staring on Monday for few hours and Tuesday for few hours (crew never on time) then leave your house with sewer pipe with open concrete and water then come back on Friday mid-day to finish the job with cleanout valve spike sticking out so people can trip. Totally not what the owner said it would do.
I called the owner that Friday morning to make sure the job will be completed that day; he does not call you back until 5pm when I found out about the valve spike sticking out by the entrance then blame me for not communicating and not complaining (about mosquitos infestation due to open concrete and water for 4 days and night) on time for Wednesday and Thursday abandonment... This job should have been done in one day but he schedules so many small jobs that he disregards you entirely.
I chose this company despite they were the most expensive estimate but the owner over promised (he said he will but did not supervise this work) and extremely under delivered. Owner is a scammer as his wife said to me, I paid them $7,607.93 for incomplete job but she called me that...
Then he and his wife send you another estimate for $11,500 more to complete what we talked about in first place... can't make this up!
My steel plate is also missing after the job and my flag stone broken. Do Not use this company, I had nightmares and got physically sick from this experience.

Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I've honestly never had a more honest service from a plumbing company before. Extremely fair pricing, and very friendly staff. Very thorough in explanations and work. I had someone come and do work prior and they did a horrible job. Pipe Wizard-specifically Santino!! swooped in and saved the day. They are going to be the ones to fix the other mistakes as well. Thank you

Joe is professional, honest, neat and does excellent work. He is very knowledgeable and that knowledge and expertise goes beyond plumbing. This is besides the fact that Pipe Wizard is licensed and insured. The best part is Joe is such a caring good hearted person! I highly recommend PipeWizard for all your Plumbing and drain needs.

The Owner Joe is a great guy. He came right when I called him.!! His worker Santino is also great. They picked up everything I needed and got the job done. Quick and clean work !! Thanks guys!!

I would NOT recommend Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber Inc.

I contacted them for a rattling pipe noise, but instead of performing a proper on-site diagnosis, Joseph, the master plumber, made assumptions remotely and immediately recommended a $2,000 PRV and main check valve replacement — without confirming whether either was actually needed.

Only after I insisted did they check the water pressure, which turned out to be completely normal, proving the PRV wasn't necessary. They then snaked the drain (which didn’t help), and after multiple visits, finally discovered that a secondary pipe simply needed support.

Despite this, their quote still included unnecessary work, like replacing the main check valve and adding hammer arrestors — with no clear justification.

After spending both time and money, their final recommendation was to perform a full diagnostic — exactly what I expected from the beginning.

Totally frustrating experience. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Techs came on time, explained everything and completely the work quickly. They cleaned up everything afterward. A pleasure to do business with.

My techs Will and Jose were great. Fast response, friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to diagnose the issue I has with a backed up pipe, and remedied it quickly.

My old sink was leaking & still was after first repair but on the second visit in same day it was fixed because new pipes just needed tape.

i had 2 guys hook up my new gas stove into an existing gas line. the 2 guys were really nice and took their time, so i appreciated that very much.

i did, however, want to alert anyone who is also doing such a thing to purchase a gas detecting device (i bought mine on amazon for $22, so it's very affordable and worth the extra cost).
the 2 guys brought a gas detecting blue liquid (soap and water mixture, i believe, that is sold at home depot, anywhere), but when i volunteered to use my device, the machine beeped immediately to alert gas leakage!
even the installers were glad and got the info on the device i bought so that they could also have it in their tool kit.
this could have been a disaster, because the area that we tested using the device wasn't at the joint that they were testing with their blue liquid.

also, the charge for hauling away my old stove was way too overpriced - $325 for midtown manhattan - so that really hurt my wallet.
but as i said, i did like the installers - will and jose - a lot.

Joe and his team are great. They’re quick to reply and always do a great job! They’re also very reasonably priced compared to some others in the area.

I can only say good things about Joe from Pipe Wizard! I called on a Sunday evening and he was there within an hour to help us with a sewage line back up. Their communication throughout the process was incredible and their follow up with us to ensure that they had done everything necessary to get us up and running again was all anyone could hope for! Do not hesitate to call them if you need anything!

DO NOT USE these guys--they are evil. They blew off our appointment and tried to charge me $250 to re schedule it--totally ridiculous--no one charges you to make an appointment, they never did the work they said they would do and they took a $100 deposit. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business.

These men are great! The reviews dont lie. They were able to find the problem and was able to fix my pipe. There were 3 of them and all friendly and answered all the questions I asked and even went above and beyond of what was expected of them to do. Special mention to Saki, he was very helpful and honest and helped me ease my anxiety. Would definitely recommend!

Santino was very professional and very knowledgeable. He installed the 3 stage water filter system for us and explained how it works and what smothers do in case there are any problems.

Joe and his team are great and thorough. Joe made sure the work was done right and worked tirelessly until it was completed to his satisfaction. They changed out an old compact water and heat combination unit, including pipe reconfiguration to the new unit. Everything looks and works great! From the moment I called and spoke to Joe, I immediately felt better about the problem. He was able to help me troubleshoot over the phone and scheduled an appointment the same day.

I have used Mr Plummer services for over one year. They have repaired many broken pipes and leaks,due to the inclement weather. I could depend upon them to come in an emergency situation. Always recommend these guys for your plumbing needs. I’m having a faucet issue in the master bathroom. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll need new faucets but Santino was able to change out the shut off valves so that the water will at least stop running. The old valves were not fully closing.

The Pipe Wizard comes through again! We had an issue with one of our water pipes and the team came, reviewed the situation, recommended some fixes and fix the pipe. I highly recommend them!
