Diana was super helpful and extremely kind. A very nice lady who knows the layout of Ace and she knows the parts inventory.

Ive gone in a few times for small items and found them to be helpful. Ive had no problems and if the need arises Ill probably go back. They have a good stock of what you would find in a hardware.

Exceptional customer service! I recently purchased a gas grill for my husband's birthday. When it arrived, I was not satisfied with it and the manager was extremely accommodating and went to great lengths to see that my concerns were addressed. I am happy with how quickly they responded and am now thrilled with the grill.

I called this store to verify they had a particular model lawnmower. The web site said they had one in stock. The employee told me they had it in stock. I drove 20 miles to the store only to find out the employee had no idea what he was talking about. I will never go to this store again.

Small town hardware store with down home atmosphere. Nice, knowledgeable people are there to help you with your needs or questions.

Great folks here. Bought new Weber Summit charcoal smoker-grill here. Drove 65 miles to pick it up. They were one of only two stores in North Alabama who had one.
Super courteous, both on the phone, and in the store. Very pleasant purchasing process.
I wouldn't hesitate to drive this distance again to do business with these folks.

I would suggest, though, that if you are buying a grill here, you buy it in the box and assemble it yourself. It appears to be above the head of the assembly team at this particular ACE. I had to almost completely disassemble mine, order several parts from Weber (outstanding customer service there, by the way), and reassemble it. So, I had to assemble it myself, anyway.

That said, if you don't need a grill assembled, these are great folks to deal with.

Really helpful people working here. In addition the have a lot of the odds and ends that are not normally available at other stores. My new go-to store in Oneonta!

I was looking for a pressure canner and they had 2 sizes available. You would not think of Ace as having an item like this and they even had replacement parts for canners and pressure cookers.

I love this place so much. If I could pick a location to do a supermarket sweep in Oneonta it would be Ace Hardware. Always helpful. Convenient to home. Quick little spot to run in and out and get back to my projects.

Great place to get stuff for your house quick. Prices are higher that big box stores, but you get better service.

Its an ok place.They had 1 thing we was looking for and not another,so we ended up having to go to 2 different places.

All the people that work there are very helpful and nice! I can always find what I need for small repairs in my home. I always buy my paint there because they mix them exactly to the color I need.

A little too pricey for me but like I say you get what you pay for and it was in stock and it is close by.
