I'd give zero stars if it was possible. I'd also select Unethical. We hired this company after he was referred to us by another person who did some cabinet refinishing for us. Thank heavens the cabinet refinisher oozes professionalism and integrity! Robert's team did a complete bathroom remodel of flooring and expanded the shower. The tile work looks beautiful. Plumbing work is the problem. Noticed a leak several months after the job was complete (and paid in full). Didn't notice it sooner due to the location of the saturated carpet (right where the transition meets the bedroom carpet in the corner that meets the shower). After 8 months, over 30 text messages, lots of excuses and "I'm sorry's", 2 trips out with a total of 15 minutes spent, SAID the leak was found and fixed, then said he TRIED to find the leak but couldn't (we have every text message), made some BS claim in response to our report to BBB when the truth is he had ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF FIXING HIS SUBPAR WORKMANSHIP. We still have a spackled spot on our wall from where he opened it up that hasn't been finished, and wood rot from the leak. Had plenty of time to go to Bike Week and remodel his own home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IF YOU WANT A FINISHED PRODUCT THAT WORKS!!!!

UPDATE: We are sad that so many Floridians have suffered the “brunt” of Hurricane Ian’s devastation. We find it odd that after so many months (almost 1 year), this company has the nerve to respond to our very negative & truthful assessment of their unprofessional services. We know how stressful it is to find the right company to fix your homes, especially now that there will be a shortage of good and professional labourers. Please read our story below before you consider making the mistake of hiring these “crooks.” You will end up with work not done properly, and they will threaten to place a lien on your home if you don’t pay them. Please read all reviews about this company before considering them. God bless you all as you get through the devastation from the hurricane.

For those who are performing their "due diligence," and have ended up at this review, please read carefully before you consider hiring this individual. The owner by the name of "Robert," requested 75% of the funds upfront prior to the commencement of work. (50% payment upfront and an additional 25% once materials arrived at the job site.) After we hesitantly provided the "upfront" funds, we were met with delays and excuses as to why he couldn't get the job started. Once the workers arrived, we realized Robert was "no where to be found," and hired a couple unlicensed workers to perform plumbing repairs which did not pass inspection and was not performed to Florida's codes. He was additionally hired to perform drywall repairs. Robert over quoted his drywall materials and associated labor required to install the drywall by 300%, of which we paid 75% for before the work commenced. Our RING cameras caught his workers bringing into the property a different material and we confronted him on this. They improperly installed the wall panelling on 2 different occasions and didn't perform any work in another room as per multiple emails / photos and his agreement do to so. They were asked to paint the repaired walls with a coat of primer, then they could move forward with painting. They went through the repairs like, "amateurs in a rush." They did not prime the walls and the job had to be redone with another company. He would not complete the work at our request to do so. He then threatened to place a lien on our home if we didn't pay him the remaining 25%. We indicated that we would have the home inspected first with a licensed Florida Home Inspector. After the home inspection was completed, we reported him to the Florida Department of Business and Regulation's Office of Codes and Standards, along with the Division of Regulation. Be aware that he operates a fraudulent website. His tactics are unethical and inexcusable. We had the option to take his company to court, however he is not worth it as he, "hides," behind his LLC company. Learn from our bad experiences and look elsewhere.

We needed to have our stucco repaired post haste and Robert helped ensure that we met our deadline. The workers were fast and efficient.
