Very happy with Mike Herman Siding and the work they did to repair missing soffit and facia on my 2nd floor top peak.

I wanted to get two areas fixed before the upcoming hurricane season but all the other companies I called told me my job was considered "too small" or "too high" or they just never showed up... expect for Mike Herman Siding!

Johnathan came out within days to provide a very reasonable quote. I was put on the schedule and Jonathan was very responsive, staying in contact with me providing updates on when the team would be at my house. Day of service I met Mike and a few of his guys, all very friendly, and we chatted for a bit as they filled me in on everything being done for the two repair areas.

Will happily use and recommend Mike Herman Siding for future needs! Thank you for the great job and making my house look complete again.

I highly recommend Mike Herman Siding/ Exteriors Inc . Jonathan is very professional , great customer service. In 2019 I had soffit, fascia and gutter done, still looks good. Due to lightning strike, I call them they were there shortly and did a great job. Gave me a great estimate on leaf guard and had it done.

Very pleased with Mike Herman Exteriors. Johnathan was quick to respond to the inquiry I made on their website, and was very thorough when he came to look at our gutter needs. I appreciated the options he explained, and was satisfied with the price. They were right in the middled with their pricing- we did have one less expensive quote, but I will gladly pay more for a company that has as great a reputation as they do. Josh and crew came out to do the job, and he was friendly, explained their warranty in detail, and I am satisfied with the job.

These guys are great. They kept us informed of scheduling so it fit within our availability. They installed gutters, repaired a bunch of vinyl siding and reframed our entrance way. The workmanship was fantastic and the job turned out better than expected. I can highly recommend the team and will use them again.

This company was extremely professional. We had damage from the hurricane, but it wasn't enough damage to file an insurance claim. They came out and gave me multiple quotes and estimates and I was able to pick and choose what worked for our house and my budget. They were very quick to communicate. Quick to schedule us in. Their work was excellent! Highly recommend It was a quality experience and quality work.

From Jonathan measuring and figuring our quote, to Mike, Josh and Allen building our beautiful new porch, we can’t speak any higher about this company! They went above and beyond. We had a porch that had been damaged by the last 2 hurricanes. And unfortunately, we were scheduled to have them start on the day of this last hurricane. Mike and Jonathan came out and secured the old porch, so it would not blow away and cause damage elsewhere. Companies that care like that are hard to find these days!! We are very grateful to have found them, and will not hesitate in the future to call them again if need be! We highly recommend this awesome family owned and run business!! John from Mike Herman did a wonderful job from start to finish. It was like having a personal project manger overseeing the job. From getting the permits, coordinating tear down and concrete, and thinking of things that I wouldn’t know about, he was wonderful. The final result was amazing; I love my new screen porch!! Mike, Jonathan, and crew helped me with a siding repair project, and went above and beyond to help me think through other issues too. They did excellent work in a very efficient manner with excellent communication. And it was important to me that they (a) have been in business in the area for a long time, (b) are a family company, and (c) do the work themselves rather than subcontract. I highly recommend them and their work, and would readily hire them again.

Every time I pull up to my house I set in my car and admire the beautiful work that Mike and his crew did. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just noticing the extras that he added such as coverings around my ring doorbell and the garage lights. He had to wait for some material to complete the job which took much longer than anticipated but he kept me posted constantly. I never had to call him to find out what was going on because he was on top of it. His price was more than half of what another more popular contractor was charging for less because I also got a screen for my garage door. My neighbors are asking for his phone number because of the work done to my house. I gladly give it.

Found them online due to reviews, not only was the quote fair from the beginning, the work was done on time, every employee a consummate professional. Even my neighbor commented on how nice they were. Better yet, my house looks brand new.

The 30 year old vinyl siding on our vacation rental was severely damaged from a hurricane so we called several vinyl installers for quote. Most didn't answer and very few of those returned my call. Jonathon at Mike Herman Siding answered the phone and was very professional. He explained the process and we set up the appointment for the estimate. They did it while I wasn't there and they gave a quick estimate. It was competitive with the other estimate we had and we went with them. We couldn't be happier. First of all, they worked with my schedule and rescheduled other work so they could be at the property while it wasn't booked. The crew included Mike, the owner. I stayed at the rental while they did the work and he would consult me when needed if a decision had to be made. They discovered small section of rotted wood under the old siding and they replaced it. The job was a little more complex than originally thought and they had to work a few extra days to get the job done. They even worked on a weekend. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs good quality work at a fair price.

Since moving to Florida in 2016 this was the 1st time that i have experienced HONEST high quality workmanship, It was so great to work with a true family business, I hired them to find aluminum siding that isn't easily available and the installation was 5 star, I would say to anyone to feel positive with any job that may do for you

From start to finish the team at Mike Herman was professional, on time and followed up on our project. The gutters they installed look good and are installed correctly on our home. Mike Herman dismantled my old screen porch and built a new one that was fully enclosed with insulated glass windows on three sides. They did beautiful work in a timely fashion and I couldn't be more pleased with their prices and professionalism. They also designed and installed new gutters with leaf-guard on our house. An excellent company with standards that easily pass building codes and inspections.
