Wayne Fazzinga and his company have been handling roof repairs and maintenance on our condo for years. They are courteous, professional, fair, and do great work!

We asked for an estimate to clean our roof. The first time they didn't show up at all. The second time they called and said they would come shortly and as we had wanted to discuss the job while they were on site, we waited for them. We never saw them and later learned that they had come by our house at some point but never rang the bell. After receiving the estimate by mail, I called and asked to speak to the person who had written the estimate, as he had seen our roof. I wanted his opinion as to whether the roof could be successfully cleaned. I was told that I couldn't speak to him and that the person answering the phone was the only one who would help me. When I persisted that I wanted him to return my call, in a very nasty, disrespectful wayI was told to take my business somewhere else. This is the first experience I've ever had quite like this and I've been in my own service business for more than 30 years. Reminded me of a very famous Seinfeld episode about a soup store, but I don't know if the soup is any good. .
