Watermark Restoration Solutions, Inc. was hired to remediate water damage at our Clinic (Pregnancy Help Clinic). The immediate response to our damage and mitigating a mold issue was paramount. Within hours they had dehumidifies running. The very next day, a team (Brandon and Conner) came out to remove items impacted by the water as well as remove and clean affected drywall and LVT. Brandon and Conner were polite and extremely efficient. We are very please with the work and professionalism from Watermark Restoration and I would highly recommend them.

My grandparents ceiling collapsed at 7am on a Friday. I got in contact with their 24hr service and received a call back from Alex at 9am. Ben came out to my grandparents house the same day at 10:30. I don’t own this home but my grandfather needed help ASAP! I never dealt with water damage or a home insurance claim, it was my first time! I didn’t know what to do. Not only did they do a great job. They also taught me a-lot: walked me though each step, showed me the problem areas, took pictures/samples, they were very neat and did not damage any of my grandparents property. They also explained everything to me in layman’s terms so that I can understand. They always answered the phone every time I called. If they did miss the call, it was less than 10mins before they called right back! Watermark is very knowledgeable when it’s come to water restoration, mold, asbestos, etc. I was very satisfied about how professional, fast, and efficient they were! I can go on and on!!!!! For someone dealing with water damage or a home insurance claim for the first time, I was extremely grateful to be referred to Watermark. From start to finish, everyone in this company was top notch- responsive, respectful, and honest about everything regarding our project. I felt comfortable with the Owner Chris immediately and had no further concerns about him and his company being in my home. I would 100% recommend this company for any restoration needs at your home or business.

In 10/23, our house had a roof leak requiring remediation in a bedroom. After several rounds of repair attempts, we finally had success in stopping the water intrusion and moved toward remediation. However, the holidays caused a scheduling bottle neck for various remediation contractors. Finally in 1/24, we were referred by Tony Datillio at Summit Construction to Mark Zemko from SideJobz LLC for the rebuild, and Mark Z subsequently referred us to Watermark for the needed remediation work.

Upon Mark Z's request, Alex Wasson from Watermark came out within 48 hrs to give a free estimate. Since it was not an emergency, Alex was able to schedule our job in 2 weeks, lining up with Mark Z's rebuild company's availability. Watermark was willing to follow the remediation protocol drafted by Josh Draper of Mold Quest, and Alex promptly discussed any concerns and unexpected issues that arose during the project with Josh when needed. Alex sent Ben Lynch as the on-site Watermark remediation crew leader; Ben was very humble, hard working, honest, and timely in every aspect of his job. From beginning to end, communication was excellent across the board from each Watermark employee I interacted with. I was always able to have my questions answered promptly and politely. Most importantly, Watermark came through with flying colors, passing the air quality testing and removing all debris. It was worth paying a little extra for Watermark for us to have the peace of mind that the job would be done properly.

This is the company you need to be working with for all home restorations. My wife and I had ice damage issues which resulted in an insurance claim. Our insurance company hired out 2 bogus contractors to complete the claim, both companies (I'll leave unnamed) under performed and did not follow industry standards. At this point, we were feeling regret and very unsure if we would get our house straightened out. We did some research and found WRS, best call we ever made!

The owner (Chris) that I dealt with on the phone, was very Responsive, helpful, polite and reassuring . I flooded our 1st floor into our finished basement ceilings. Watermark team came out the next day and started working. 2-3 guys and they also were very professional, friendly ( we hv 3 dogs) and efficient. When they tore down wet drywall, they were very clean and quite, didn't bother me or the dogs. I had to live with a few loud machines for a few days while drying out my mess. But, I guess that was my light punishment for my mistake. Also I'm working with there sister company, TradeMark Building Solutions. They haven't started the work yet, just insurance stuff. But I am very happy so far with them. Great Company's !!!

Watermark Restoration Solutions is the best company I have ever worked with before. As a Realtor, I often have clients in need of restoration services - from mold, to fire, to water damage, etc. I have referred Watermark various times and their immediate responsive to clients calls and needs are unprecedented. Chris responded to my phone call immediately to address
water leaking from a pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen all the way to the basement causing tremendous damage. His crews were prompt, respectful, and competent. Watermark deserves more than 5 stars.

I called Chris because of some weird smells in my house. After a few helpful phone calls, he came out to do an inspection. In about an hour, he identified multiple problems and their likely causes and also gave me great recommendations for how to fix these things myself. On top of being incredibly helpful, he is a very nice man! I hope to not need his services in the future, but if I do, I will call Chris without hesitation.

Great people and company to work with. I just went through a basement flood. They took great care in cleaning the basement thoroughly and salvaging as many of my personal items as possible. I very highly recommend them.

My Family and I found ourselves in a terrible situation. Our home experienced water damage in February 2019. Which resulted in an insurance claim and a contractor coming out for water remediation and repairs. What transpired from then is a lousy game of monkey in the middle with my family being the monkey between contractor and insurance. Our home was completely torn apart and over half was unusable for two months; With no end in sight. My Family and I decided to fire our original contractor and begin looking for a new one.
