I have used Ryan on 2 investment properties. 1 was a townhouse rental property renovation and the 2nd was a single-family flip. Ryan did a great job on many aspects of both projects including: demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, roof repairs, interior trim, kitchen cabinets, windows & door replacements, building a deck, and landscaping. These were large projects that finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend Ryan for these projects and more.
