Quick and great work. We’re glad to have some peace of mind with our roof for at least another 5 years. Only thing i’d add is that blowing away the debris from the walkways would have been a nice touch when the team was done. Happy with everything, however!

The crew at Roof Renew were very professional, conscientious, and efficient. Although my roof was in pretty good shape, they only treated the sections of roof that was needed. I appreciated the honest assessment. Also, while cleaning the roof, they cleaned the siding that looked bad. After they showed me pictures of before and after, I had them soft wash the rest of the siding. Their quote was less than my regular soft wash guys. The house looked great! Even though there was an issue with oxidation staining on some of the siding after the initial wash, they came back and used a different solution to fix it. I would highly recommend Roof Renew!

Roof Renew did a great job on our roof, which is 25 years old. There were a couple of trouble spots after the initial cleaning. But, they continued to work on it until it was resolved. Now my roof looks like a new roof. I appreciate all the work they put into it. They were very informative and responsive to our questions. I would recommend Roof Renew to anyone with an aging roof and need a new roof, but are reticent to invest in the costs associated with a new roof.

Excellent, well informed, timely, and well implemented service from start to finish. All staff really personable, helpful, prompt, and hard working. And importantly, the treatment works! The cleaning was really effective, and the final treatment makes the roof look like new. The technicians took a lot of trouble to keep surrounding areas clean by spraying with hose while cleaning/ treatment was being done. Thoroughly recommend!

Hector and Joey came by early, with a twenty minute notice beforehand. They did a professional set-up, caulked the few spots on the roof where necessary, and then applied the treatment. At that stage, one man was on the roof while the other was on the ground with a water hose, spraying any spillover. The job was completed efficiently, and cleanup was complete. In all the Roof Renew crew did a very satisfactory and professional job, and I gladly recommend them to anyone desiring a roof renewal treatment.

A squirrel ripped up a number of roof shingles trying to gain access to the attic of my rental property. The Roof Renew Team came out the same day and covered the damaged area with a tarp (because there was a forecast of rain which did come) until a permanent repair could be made. Their quick response to my request for help prevented damage to my house. They also made a permanent repair a couple of days later after the rain storm had passed. All done in a timely manner with a low cost. And, yes, I am related to the owner but my review accurately describes my experience.

He explained the process in terms I could readily understand. I was so impressed with the phone interview, I didn't hesitate to hire Roof Renew to work on my 14 year old roof. They did exactly what he described and did a superb job on top of it. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up, watered down the sides of my house and bushes (even though the product isn't harmful) and used a leaf blower to clean up everything on the roof before applying the product. Very pleasant and did exactly what he said they would. They got to me within a week of my first call. And answered all questions clearly. They fixed popped nails and any potential areas that may leak ie: around the chimney and pipes. Coated my shingles to restore their flexibility and lengthen their life. Time will tell how well it works but I am confident it will because they give a 5 year guarentee.
