To say Terry went above and beyond is a complete understatement. Every day I came home there was progress and no mess left behind. He wiped every surface to make sure it was clear of saw dust, even showed up on a Saturday to finish! Very fairly priced, quick to respond, incredibly professional, and takes pride in his work. I can’t wait for our next big project to bring Terry on board.

Ward Contracting installed our pergola last week, and they did a terrific job. This was a kit we ordered and the install was a bit challenging. It went very smoothly and Terry and Nick did such beautiful work. Communication was terrific, they were very prompt, and the worksite was immaculate when they finished. Had an attic vent blow off from high winds, leaving a hole big enough for birds or squirrels to get in & setup residency. Called several contractors & either to busy or just not interested in the job. Terry stopped by the next day to give an estimate for job. Talked to us about what he would do & the cost. Was able to schedule job in a quick time frame. Job was done & no critters living in my attic! So happy we hired Terry!
