Wadeson's Home Center

Visited Wadeson's many times this year (almost weekly) for various home improvement projects. As mentioned by other reviewers, all of the staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. On the one or two occasions that what I was looking for wasn't on the shelf, they offered to order it for me. Also, the advice of the in-house expert (he looks slightly older than the other staff and seems to have tradesman's experience) has saved me money and prevented me from making mistakes in multiple plumbing projects. There's always parking available as well as someone to help load heavy things like gravel into the car. Whereas I have often bought the wrong product on Amazon which ends up as useless clutter, whenever I go into Wadeson's I can easy see the dimensions and quality of each item. It has proven to save my time and money in the long term. Highly recommend this store.

Great employees that seem to be able to answer any questions I've ever asked them. The selection of merchandise is good and there's always parking spaces available.

Went in a couple of times for plumbing supplies. (women) behind the counter never moved just yelled out isle numbers, which turned out to be wrong. A young man tried to help because the, plumbing guy wasn't there, but to no avail. Terrible service, exorbitant prices I guess they don't know covid is over.

This store has something for everyone. From spices to light bulbs. The store is very large and clean. The shelves are stocked and products are easy to find. I will definitely be going back.

It's a little on the expensive side. But everyone is helpful. I don't mind paying a little more especially is they offer great service

Nice courteous staff and the place is well stocked.. However I purchased a length of rope there that caused me almost $9

I just saw a similar rope elsewhere for a little over $2

So they are a little pricey but it seems that they're the only one around so you pay for the convenience I guess.

So apparently the price of plexi glass has gone up at this store 5 times what it was a few years ago. We went to have a piece of 24 x 36 8th inch plexiglass cut and they charged my husband $97 when a few years ago we purchased some of the same for $30. He didn’t even think to ask the cost and was shocked at the price. After they cut it they said it was so much because he had to buy the whole sheet even though they didn’t tell him this ahead of time or even bring out the scrap pieces for him to take along with the piece he asked for. We will not be going back to Wadesons.

Even under construction, staff is helpful and takes the time to show you what you are looking for, without overspending

Incredible selection of stuff including fasteners, paints and outdoor stuff like dirt, seed, and fertilizer. A true Home Center, right here in town

"Honesty is not the best policy", Unfortunately my experience renting a U-Haul cargo van didn't go well. I rented a cargo van @ 10:14am weather was clear and very cold (5-degrees). The gentleman that helped me was very nice, he explained the procedure very clearly. As the van was warming up, the windshield was full of frost. While the vehicle was warming up I did a walk around and inspected the vehicle and completed my text check out with no noted damage. I drove a total of 32 miles for the length of the rental. I drove from a storage facility to my residence, never exceeding 40 mph. As the windshield defrosted I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I attempted to re-enter the text vehicle condition app., but once is filled out I couldn't make the adjustment. I am not happy about the additional $95.00 charge. I returned the vehicle @ 330pm, I also filled the vehicle and returned with more fuel than I received it. I went inside and brought this to Wadeson's Mgr. I never had a chance or given the benifit of a doubt. I will be taking my business elsewhere , Ive been a customer a long time and believe in taking care of local stores. Next time ill be heading to Roe Brothers!!

A little on the pricey side, but they have a little bit of everything. Convenient if you don't feel like driving to Lowes or home depot for a quick item.

Love this place has a large variety of supplies and feed for animals and the staff his kind and very knowledgeable. Awesome place. Baby chicks have arrived.
