I want to give a shout out to the auto body shop! I hit a deer on Tuesday morning. Was able to continue to drive the car to work. After work, I dropped it off at Vogel for repair. Estimate was just under $ 5000. They had to replace just one of the front lights, the other one was not damaged. On Monday, I asked Megan what it would cost me to replace the one headlight, and it was more than I cared to spend. Tuesday, Megan called at 5:00 and said the car is ready, so we picked it up immediately. She then told me that one of her guys sanded the light and put a clear coat over it. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! LOVE IT!! Megan and the man who did the work (sorry, I didn't catch his name), went above and beyond! Vogel is very lucky to have such caring people on their team! I would highly recommend Vogel's auto body shop to anyone!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Kevin was very helpful, knowledgeable, laid back, easy to work with. No pressure at all. It's a small, very comfortable dealership and they don't work with the Auctions. They offer local trades and new cars. This is why they include a lifetime power train warranty on all cars they sell while you have ownership of the vehicle. They also don't charge doc fees and other charges that large dealerships do charge. Plus, he gave me a great deal. I absolutely love the car I bought and this was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Called them to pickup my vehicle for what I believed was gonna be an expensive repair and have to wait a few days… nope they were there within an hour to pick it up and found the issue and solved it within a few hours and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to fix it as well. Who would have thought a simple burntout tail light could prive to be a lifesaver? Well let me tell you...I brought my 2005 Chev. Colorado in because we couldn't get the right taillight or hazard to work. After trying replacing bulbs, we called Vogels and they not only found used taillights (parts no longer made), their technician, who was doing the oil change (I asked if they could squeeze it in) noticed the wheelbearing was loose. We just picked up my truck and I tell you it drives like new! And ..I'm safe because of the fine service I received at Vogels in Kiel.

I've been taking my new truck there since 2019. Every single time it's been in something has been damaged or nearly damaged. Brand new fender scuffed, bungee cord left under hood bouncing around, all 4 wheels damaged when new tires where installed only issued a 50 dollar credit, tailgate scratched. I would not recommend their service team. Techs don't pay attention at all to what they are doing. Never going back.

I called to have some work done on my vehicle. I was told I would be able to have a loaner car for the weekend while my vehicle was being worked on, however Vogel had given away all their loaner vehicles in the time between when I called and when my appointment was (2 days apart). Luckily I had a different vehicle at home to use while mine was being worked on but I was less than impressed with their communication. I expected the bill to be higher than most repair shops as vogel is a certified dealership but I felt like I was overcharged for what work was done to my vehicle. Almost 3/4 of my total bill was due to labor. I understand it takes time to properly repair a vehicle but some of this seemed excessive to me. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this service center unless I was in a pinch. That being said, they were fairly accurate with their initial quote and I didn’t notice any additional charges some other service centers might try to sneak by you.

Very good experience...will definitely be back for future service on vehicles...found issues with our new vehicle that was purchased at a different dealership...brought to my attention and parts were ordered...all very friendly and a pleasure to work with..

Went in with an intermittent issue. Service personnel took the time to understand what I was experiencing. All possible items were checked. Could not recreate the problem. Gave me a print out on what the tow haul feature does. Will continue to monitor the situation.

Absolutely taking my car here again. They service was fast and friendly! Everyone I met had a smile on their face when they greeted me.
