Insurance is becoming unaffordable to the point one may cancel and start just saving money for the same reason for insurance went through the roof besides never using it on claims and the premiums keep going up. It's like the ones that don't use it get penalized for ones with high claims by paying for there screw ups. Make them pay for there screw ups and quit penalizing the ones with low or no claims for are rates keep going up when they should be going down for being claims free. Quit putting profits over people.. This isn't targeting this company entirely but all insurance companies for insurance isn't affordable anymore from what you pay for especially for fixed income individuals..

Cheryl always answers calls or returns calls quickly. It is nice to have an insurance agency with knowledgeable staff answering the phone instead of automated answering service with prompts.

Kind caring and as responsive as she can be with the current rules with AmFam, I have used her for all our insurance needs after a horrific expierience with a discount company (Flo) Go local!! Go with a real person based in the USA

American Family Insurance has been good to us. They have been keeping their rates good, Cheryl is always there to answer my questions, and she takes the time to explain things well. It is special when an Insurance company actually takes the time for their customers. Insurance is big business and most companies do not take time for the personal touch.

Also when Covid was bad they sent out checks to help. That made an impression!!!
