I loved working with Visionary! I recently had all my countertops replaced and they handled everything! From demolition to touch up paint and I could not be happier. The communication was great and Lucas went above and beyond to keep the project on a tight deadline. The attention to detail was impressive and I feel like I have a brand new house!
I also super appreciate finding a company that is locally owned and operated on the peninsula and I love that they prioritize supporting other local businesses.
I already have another project lined up for them and I’m sure they will not disappoint!

Prices were reasonable and the staff were kind and helpful, they were able to squeeze me in when they previously said they were too busy. Ended up doing an outstanding job on the repairs and painted it over as well.

My partner and I ordered a murphy bed and were having one absolute hell of a time trying to get it anchored to a firewall. We spoke with multiple handyman services all over Kitsap and even had one come out to help - but they declined.

I called Visionary and spoke with the owner, Lucas, who understood exactly the task as we talked it through and was immediately able to both determine a solution to get it anchored and also took the time to answer all of my questions about how it will get done, safety, worst-case-scenario, etc. He also took the time to explicitly validate my anxiety in asking these questions and helped educate me on what was going to be done.

The gentleman who came to do the job, Tyler, was equally fantastic. Tyler came around timely, knew exactly what needed to be done, and also helped put our anxiety at ease while successfully getting the wall anchored successfully.

I normally don't write reviews, hardly ever. But the experience I had working with Visionary was genuinely shocking at how experienced they were, how willing they were to take the time to educate us, and frankly how personable and kind they were.

Nothing but great things to say about this company and these folks. This is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and I mean this wholly, there was almost no way we could have gotten this done without them. Simply the best.

From contacting the team at Visionary Handyman LLC, to the completion of the job, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations. The entire team (from owner to installer) took pride in the job they were doing and explained each step. When issues arose (not their fault) they quickly called in an expert to ensure everthing was done perfectly. I have worked with other companies in the past, but I now know this is the only company I will use in the future for my projected home improvement projects and renovations. One of the best experiences I have had with any company in the Kitsap area.

We called Visionary not knowing what to expect. That first phone call and all calls since, were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. We have a complex Victorian Farmhouse that we're remodeling, and some 2nd and 3rd story, facia that's difficult to access, that needed prep, priming and painting, before installing new gutters. With gutter installers arriving on Friday, we were under the gun. Lucas and Nick came and addressed our construction needs in a professional and efficient manner. The price they charged for the work was reasonable, and considering we're retired on a fixed income, the price was a big bonus. Thank you Visionary for taking care of our final prep for new gutters.
