Vision Builders - Sioux Center, IA

The workmanship is average at best. Seems like there are too many workers and not enough supervisors which allows for the shoddy workmanship. Another issue is upon our final payment Vision stopped following through on their promises to fix items we pointed out during our walkthrough. Now we’re stuck trying to get them to return a phone call or just simply do what they said they would do. My advice to anyone either using Vision Builders or thinking about using them is to make sure all workmanship and repairs are completed BEFORE final payment is provided.

We hired Vision Builders to replace the shingles on our house. Troy was very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied with the job they did, and they did not leave a spec of trash, and picked up all the debris and nails. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. Since the roof has been on, we have had some problems with the shingles blowing up. I have contacted Vision Builders twice in the last 4 months and have had no response from them. Would think twice about using them now.

I live in Sioux Falls, SD and our home's roof was damaged by a hail storm in 2014. Vision Builders replaced our roof and exceeded our expectations! Our roof looks amazing and the communication was excellent. Troy answered all my husband's questions. Vision Builders also builds new homes and if we ever to build I would definitely put them at the top of my list for builders due to their honest communication and excellence. Thank you Vision Builders for a beautiful new roof that will protect our home for years to come.
