The crew at Vidall Pros has been great from cleaning out the old soaking basement flooring to the reconstruction team. Very professional team they have I would highly recommend them for any water damage recovery job.

I left a voicemail on Google service approximately at 11 am. They called back at 2 pm the same day. I described the interior and exterior work to be completed. I asked if the scope of work something their company could do. I wanted to move forward with an appointment for an estimate. The rep asked for my insurance company. I declined to provide that personal information. As I informed the rep, my insurance does not deal with any 3rd parties/contractors. They only deal with the insured on the policy. The rep then began to adamantly exclaim he needs that info in case I submit it to my insurance company. I confirmed I just need a written estimate on their company letterhead and I, the insured, would handle the leg work as previously told. The rep kept demanding this info which made me uncomfortable and distrusting. The rep said he needs my insurance name to put on his form. I re-explained my position. The rep didn’t care how my policy Peoria and what they require. I asked why is there pushback unless they really can’t complete the proposed work. The rep said it is a red flag if I don’t provide my insurance company info. That was derogatory and untrue. I clearly informed the rep they may or may not cover the work and I am prepared to pay for the work myself. The rep kept arguing for my insurance info. I told him I shouldn’t feel like so am arguing with a contractor to obtain an estimate. I quickly informed them zi would go with another contractor who is not argumentative or overbearing. The company Vidall, was very unprofessional, derogatory and overbearing. I can not trust high pressure salesmen on something I’m paying for. I had not hired the company and can only speculate the future disasters I would encounter in the future. Thank you Vidall for showing your true colors in advance… RED!

I was very pleased with the work Aaron did for me. He was very professional and I will always use him again. In fact, this is his second time here and I would not hesitate to encourage others to use him.
