Ragnar Remodels, LLC

We found Ragnar Remodels via Google and decided to go with them. Michael gave us a free estimate the day after the initial appointment, and started work shortly after. He built a porch roof extension and renovated our bathroom. Michael is a professional, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He was great at explaining exactly what was going on and why it was going on. The price was reasonable, the quality of work was great and everything was done on time. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend them to anyone looking for home renovations.

I called 3 or 4 other companies for an estimate on a small bathroom remodel in Lancaster KY at my granny's. I think 2 actually showed up but only one ever provided me with an estimate. I finally found Mike and his guys. He gave me an estimate the same day I called and when I compared it to the other company I was shocked. Like the difference seemed almost criminal. Mike was at our house within the week and gone a week later. We love the new bathroom and won't ever use anyone other than Ragnar Remodels!

This is one of the worst places anybody could ever go to, to get any type of remodeling done at all. if I could give it no stars i would. I don't even no where to begin, first of all whatever prices he gives you that will change I signed an agreeement but he always uped the price almost every week, everything we wanted done he doesn't have the skills to do them, we are currently paying someone else to correct all of his wrongs so we are paying double.... Paint job looked like a 2 year old did it, He did our electrical all wrong and I was told it could have set a fire, also the mini split he put in that we bought he broke it and we had to buy a new one and because he put it in wrong it never even worked.
He also was never reliable as he was suppose to get the job done in 3 weeks but after 3 mths he was still working on it. He would say he will be back in the morning and wouldn't show up for 4 days that happened often.
We would call but he never answed his phone. He also didin't know how to do siding which seemed to be easy enough but not this company, so much materials that we purchased were stolen. He would get young girls he found on craigslist to help him out from time to time and no one was a real professional. He overcharged us $5,000 dollars and the worked was undone and aweful and he is still asking us to pay him $1500.00.
I am angry with myself for giving him a chance, there's lots more to say but I feel like I am ranting on and on. Buyer Beware!!
