We recently worked with Michael from Victory Home Remodeling on a complete master bathroom remodel, which included demolition, electrical, plumbing, design, and a full layout rearrangement. This was the second major project we were doing with Michael.

Michael is honest, reliable, and takes great pride in his work. He holds himself to a high standard, and it’s evident in every aspect of the project. What really impressed me was his ability to not only build a clear vision but also stick to his commitments, whether written or verbal, he always followed through.

A standout moment was when work was already done to code and met my expectations, but Michael still went the extra mile to improve it.

It was also a pleasure working with him and the designer to navigate unexpected challenges. Michael was flexible, solution-oriented, and never made us feel like adjustments were a hassle.

We were in a dire situation with a previous contractor who left us with a partially finished home for over four months. We were desperate to find someone who could help us, and thankfully, we found Michael. He was able to come in and quickly fix all the issues the previous contractor had caused, including some very complicated electrical work with our smart toilets. He has a great eye for detail and made sure everything was installed perfectly, including the vanity, mirror, and lights. Michael is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our concerns and went above and beyond to get our bathroom back in working order. We are so grateful for his expertise and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

We love the new space and were thrilled with the conversion process. Ben came over, reviewed the project, submitted the designs, got the permits, and started on the construction. The crew reviewed the project in detail, and we felt very comfortable with how our new bathroom would look.
