We hired Vertex Developers to remodel our powder room. We obtained 3 qualified bids before hiring Vertex. We are 100% satisfied with the work performed. Oren provided excellent communications and listened carefully. His construction supervisor (Isiah) also communicated well and listened to us. All the trades used did top notch work. The workers were all polite and cleaned up daily. I was so happy with the work that I also engaged Vertex to do a minor remodel of the kitchen and laundry room of my rental house. They also did an excellent job at the rental house, followed a strict timetable and had the house ready in time for my new tenant to move in. I highly recommend Vertex Developers and plan to use them again in my house.

I had Vertex come by the house and take care of a whole lot of things needed to be taken care of. They did some painting throughout, changed out some floors for beautiful new carpet and vinyl, added in some new lighting, replaced my old ducts, and new insulation. Everything turned out beautiful and was done in a professional timely manner. They were very helpful with us when it came to picking colors and floor selections. I put this off for a while but I'm glad we got it done now and I couldn't recommend Vertex any more. Nate was very helpful throughout the whole process. Give them a call they can help you with any of your construction needs.

Had a great experience with Vertex and getting my home painted. Ben met with me and her was super knowledgeable and trustworthy. We planned exactly what I wanted and he was ready to get to work promptly. Sometimes I feel like contractors can take you for a ride but I was comfy with Vertex’s pricing They did an excellent job for me and will be my 1st call on future home improvement projects

Ben and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. Our upstairs bathroom only had a bathtub and we hired him to add a shower, tile the floor and add subway tile to the shower. They were very professional, kept the working area clean, and removed all of the debris at the end of each day. They pointed out any issues they saw with our old pipes and spoke to us before doing any work that was not previously agreed upon (something that I think is very hard to find with a construction company). We actually already hired him again for a smaller kitchen project.

Vertex did many projects for me. They have worked on my kitchen, bathroom, exterior snd interior paint,and various energy efficient projects such as air conditioning, solar panels, and tankless water heater. The project manager Oren took care of everything from start to finish. The crews were all clean and efficient. I trust them with everything i need in my house, and i would recommend them to anyone.

Ben did an excellent job . The price was fantastic, it was lower than it was 20 years ago. I am very happy and very well pleased with everything he did. He finished on
time. He even did the screen for my gutters., even though it was not in the original deal. He does excellent work and I recommend him highly.

I did a painting project with Vertex developers and it turned out beautiful. I am happy with how punctual the workers were and very hard working. They were very clean and neat and left no trash around. I am supremely impressed! If you need any painting work done around your home definitely give Vertex a call they'll take great care of you!

I was very impressed with their Vertex Representative, Theo, he was such a nice person and did all that he could to help us. We were in the process of signing the contract, but due to very unfortunate circumstances we had to cancel. They refunded my money with ease and understood my problem. I will be happy to use them in the future. GREAT customer service.

Oren managed the repair jobs on our house and was very personable. He is an excellent communicator, easy to contact, and easy to work with. Above all, his workers did a very good job on our home repairs and I appreciate that they finished each job quickly.

I’m pleased to share my experience working with Ben on a recent kitchen remodel. Having had a bad experience with previous contractors, whose team provided subpar service and did not adhere to the agreed upon timelines, I was very suspicious at first. But, now I can attest that from start to finish, the entire process by Vertex Developers was conducted with professionalism and a commitment to delivering the results I expected. Ben took the time to understand my vision and budget for the kitchen and provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. I’m very happy that I took his suggestion to use Quartz instead of marble on the kitchen countertops and appreciate that the installation of cabinets, countertops, and fixtures were executed with precision and detail. I highly recommend Vertex Developers for any kitchen remodeling project.

Built and waterproof a mew deck for us and was able to cover before the rain and finish before the big storm.
Results are good and considering hiring Ben for more work to be done at our house.

I’ve called upon Vertex Developers several times over the past several years for projects ranging from installing a completely new roof, to window replacements, to replacing plumbing, to installing tankless water heaters, to water sealing my entire foundation, all of which were completed with the utmost of detail and on budget. I speak highly of their quality of work and professionalism.

Ben, who supervised our renovation, did a great job, which included fabrication and installation of a old French door to replace our forty-year old one, and installation of new vinyl flooring for the kitchen and home office.

Vertex Developers did a great bathroom remodel for us. Our house is more than 70 years old, and the bath was 1960s-era and really needed an update. We wanted to remove the old tub, and create a large shower area with no glass so we could (someday, if needed) roll a wheelchair right into the wash area. Oren and his designer quickly came up with a plan and provided a materials list of the items we needed to buy.
A detailed inspection revealed the floor joists were smaller than expected, which required a change because our desired slope wasn't possible. Oren's team quickly came up with 3 options for dealing with it, and waited patiently while my wife and I considered the options. It took us a few weeks but once we decided, Oren promptly proposed a start date.
They worked fast, and I had to shop quickly to get the items here when needed. They removed all the old fixtures, replaced damaged studs and joists, created a new floor slope, installed new floor and wall tile, tankless water heater (with updated gas line), vanity, toilet, shower set, recessed medicine cabinet, fan, new door, new outlet, moved the electrical switches, fixed built-in cabinets, and painted. Construction start-to-end was about 5 weeks, which included inspections by the city. The bathroom looks great; clean and modern, but also simple and not ostentatious. Just the way we wanted it. Vertex did a great job. They communicate very well, answer the phone when you call them, and provide regular updates. I will contact them again the next time we are considering a project.

My mother is 72 years old and needed to remodel her kitchen.

They weren't the cheapest (somewhere in the high-middle range)
though from the very beginning, Vertex exhibited amazing attention-to-detail and were attentive to any questions/concerns my mother and I brought up with outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

My mother needed personal accommodations during the project, so Ben and Oren took the liberty of arranging a clean space in the house for my mother to stay protecting her from exposure to the dust and debris.

Oren and Ben introduced us to Jennifer, an interior designer, that gave us a professional and well thought-out 3D model of the kitchen plans.
They helped us with tile choices and countertop options and always kept us updated five steps ahead of what was going to take place so we were ready.

As project managers, they caught on to small details needing correction that we didn't pay attention to, and had it all taken care of.

A few months after the project was done, we needed to remodel my mother's bathroom for easier access to her shower.

Once again, Vertex was our first choice.
Their finish-work was impeccable and clean. They followed up on every request we had throughout the job and in general were very responsive. I could reach them even at weird times late at night (something I really appreciated because of my chaotic working hours)

Vertex did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom remodels. I have a 3500 sft house with a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We had a financial and time budget that were both kept. The workers were professional and showed up on time. Workers also cleaned up daily before they left which was very important to me since we have kids. I will definitely use them on my next project, thanks for a job well done.
